Tom Polk: I wanted 40 custom printed jackets for our RV Club trip. Contacted Connie Cole at Ann Arbor T-Shirt Company.Connie has a tremendous amount of patience to walk me through the process of picking the correct jacket for our trip. Then working with me to do the art & copy for the back of the jacket. Plus, printing the front of the jackets with each person’s first name. I was very unsure of the colors I saw on the computer & Connie made sure the color & art was a perfect fit.I live in Medford, Oregon & that’s a long ways from Ann Arbor, Michigan, but the next time I need custom apparel I will call Connie at Ann Arbor T-Shirt Co. because I know I will get excellent merchandise & service.

Dmitry Vodopyanov: Horrible customer service, after placing a big order I placed a duplicate second order, they changed the color of the writing on the shirts without asking and are not fixing their mistake. When I asked them to fix the mistake they said I could place a new order to fix their mistake, outrageous! I will never order from them again and recommend that you don't either!

They gave me a lower price than other local competitors but are still expensive unless you want something big.At the least you get some really nice print quality. Best stuff I've ever had printed, it just took like two months and emailing/talking to all their staff as if they don't have any form of internal communication.
