The people there were just Great! They helped me find the correct gasket, and gave me, the double sided tape needed to reinstall the bracket and gasket back onto the bottom of my shower door.All I can say is that, I have not experienced this kind of professional service in years. I highly recommend, Wolverine Supply Inc, The owner and staff are all anyone could ask for if you need expert and professional help with bath and shower parts or installations.

Cynthia Abner: This is my first time dealing with this place. I called before hand to make sure they had the hot water relieve valve I was needing to replace on my water heater. They said they had one. I told the guy I would be over in a few minutes. When I got there I was greeted very rudely and told to go away. So you know so far I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even less to a woman.

The first time I thought there was far too much underutilized space and not as diverse of a selection as I would have expected on certain things... I went here over the holiday for a church that I work for... And I was totally gouged for the part that I bought... I paid $299.. for a part that is currently discontinued by the manufacturer in lieu of a better design... And I cannot find this part or its counterpart selling for more than around $100... And only over $100 on a few sites... Mostly the part goes for less than a hundred... And I am somewhat ashamed having passed this to my client... Who trusts and respects me for my integrity.... The client was Vineyard Church whom feeds the homeless people ...and has helped people nationwide with debt forgiveness.... I will never go here again

Bruce Doubles: Outrageous prices. Went for a relief valve for a commercial water and was quoted $364.00. I am a plumbing contractor and almost fell over. Called one of my suppliers and can buy a relief valve for $35.00.

Friendly and super knowledgeable about the mechanics, components, and materials, but also a great eye for design. We wanted to keep the "vintage" style of the old bathroom, but add a fresh twist. She helped us select a deeper soaking tub and the perfect fixtures for our sink, shower, and towels. Also, Amanda was on top of our order. We needed the bathtub ASAP to meet the schedule for installation. It was delivered as she said. We highly recommend this establishment and will definitely use their services again if the need arises.

bill thomas: Went into Ann Arbor store, looked at Kohler toilets, sales person told me they sold to professionals only and would not sell to me. I asked why the store and showroom, again 'professionals only'. Went to Lowes, not my favorite store, but ordered (not in stock) high end Kohler toilets, bathroom sinks for three bathrooms. Lowes delivered the stuff in a few days. Much $$$. My money is not as good as plumber's? Think about this every time I drive by.

george case: Do not under any circumstances shop with Builders Plumbing & Supply. The sales people LIED directly to our faces about a product. What's worse, the sales person Karen has continued to lie. We were promised a "quiet close lid" which would be provided for free. When it wasn't, they offered to sell it to us at a discounted $50 rate. Really? In a loud voice we were told "it comes with the quiet close, which is normally an additional charge". When we installed toilet, no such seat was there. They have NOT responded to email, and have been unresponsive all the way around. We just want what they told us we paid for. DO NOT SHOP here, or trust the sales people. I've never once complained in this manner, but am left with no choice. Will never shop there again until they make it right.

Dragon Wagon: this guy hung up on me. now says "shame on you" and accused me of getting upset? upset about what? i didnt go off on a tangent. we spoke for under 4 minutes, and he cut me off after i got 1/2 way through explaining my situation. all i wanted was some help. he said "glue it" and sounded like he was too busy or something. not once did i act upset. lol. it's broken plastic, not a life or death situation. the next guy i called was super helpful and had great customer service. we talked for about 5 minutes and figured out a solution. this guy here has some issues.
