We had many hiccups come up with our sale (of a 110-year-old house) and our purchase (of a 140-year-old house), and Matt handled them all with calm, reassuring professionalism. He never once caused a problem, and solved so many of them, including ones I’m sure we never even were aware of.We got over asking price for our home, and our offer to purchase was selected from among many other competitive bids. I can’t recommend his services too highly.

She also had a fully vetted list of reputable mortgage lenders which made that part of the process so much easier and less scary. Justine was a delight to work with throughout the process, even as our first offer wasn't accepted and she quickly pivoted to help us get the house we're in now. Even as new homeowners, she's got another great list of recommended contractors, plumbers, etc. which has certainly come in handy! I would highly, highly recommend Justine to anyone who is looking to buy or sell!

Rich saved us a lot of money during the whole process. Just one example is during the chimney inspection, the inspectors weren’t able to perform a level 2 inspection due to the condition of the fireplace. We had had a quote before and were ready to pay for it but Rich took the time and asked for a discount for us and we paid $100 less in the end.Rich is someone who takes pride in his work, he gives importance to his clients, he wants the best deal for them and works hard for it. Brian Urbancic: Why is there no option for zero stars? I had a horrible experience with Howard Hanna as the listing broker on a condo I wanted to rent. After finally getting in to see it, I made a full price offer and was assured that everything looked good subject to my credit report. Because my FICO scores are in the 800 range, I figured it was a done deal. Long story short, I didn’t get the condo. But hey, because they never even checked my credit, at least I was promised a refund of my application fee. I’m still waiting on that refund more than 2 months later. Maybe you’ll have better luck trying to buy or sell a home; but avoid Howard Hanna if you’re just renting.

Jennifer White: Our review is from working with Natalie Hess.Natalie was the seller’s agent for a home we wanted. We were desperate to get out of a yucky rental and had all of our ducks in a row, which couldn’t be said for the brother-sister nightmare agent/ broker we had. I messaged Natalie after it fell apart and in spite of the pool of drama we were leaving, she volunteered to step in as our buyer’s agent. Natalie is a perfect blend of great at her job, kindness, honesty, accountability and efficiency and I have no words that seem enough to cover how grateful we are to her. Anyone who utilizes her competencies is a lucky person.

Melli Yaeger: After vacating a leased home I was told they would switch over the DTE from my name on the 1st. They did not until the 9th and I got the bill for those extra 9 days. After much stressful emailing and voicemails unanswered, they do not care at all. Have shown no effort to even listen to me. Dont trust these people.

Jeanne Dotson: I have been a rental tannant for almost 7 years on my current property and many years before that on others. Only recently had problems with them getting my water bill to me. Finally got them all at once and I think they expected payment on many of them at once...sorry don't have that kind of money. Maintenance person Mike is amazing and always takes care of things.

Yek Yek: Didn't care for my buyers agent. The agent didn't seem to care about my business. Wouldn't answer emails timely (during business hours), mislead me in some ways on topics I had zero experience with (was a first time, single, home buyer. I would have expected an agent to help educate a buyer as much as possible). I would not recommend this branch if you're looking to buy.

Julian Hyacinth: Worst home management ever! As a tenant through Howard Hannah I have never talked to my realtor no matter how many times I call and leave messages. Just recently they sent someone to fix my drippy sink and they broke it worse and left it. Now it leaks underneath and is causeing water damage to the floor. They refuse to change our payment day on the portal to the correct day on our contract and so much more.

Maribeth Woods: Poor service to the owner of the home, tenants messed our home up badly and little to nothing was done for us. The property manager didn't even realize the property had not been cleaned. We discovered it after a 2500 mile trip to visit our property, and he knew we were coming! Would never trust my home to this company again.

We listed in November, and as she predicted activity was slow through the holidays. We regrouped early this year, had 12-15 showings and got a reasonable offer. As a New Mexico Broker, I appreciated Jean's proactive approach as she assisted us doing business from out of state. I highly recommend Jean, and would definitely give her our business again if the occasion presents itself.

When we informed Tracy that we were moving, she outlined her market based sales strategy, a plan for listing, and timeline to meet our transition needs. Yun J.: Working with agents in this company was a nightmare.My family hired agents from this agency two times in the past and both violated fiduciary’s duty which as a result, weakened our position significantly when selling our houses. Their actions were very inappropriate and unethical.I don’t recommend Charles Reinhart.
