Encore Records: what do users think?
G P: Easy to deal with. They know about music.
Alyssa Goch: Are you really diving deep if you don’t have to dive deep for the deep dives?
James Jesse: Good spot. Could use a bigger hip-hop section
Nicholas Reno: Great selection of used titles and awesome staff!
April: Alot of Jazz. Barely any Metal.
Matt Dietrich: Cool record store with a lot of vintage items to look through. Prices were decent for Ann Arbor. Very busy store with a lot of items coming in and going out.
Denny Williams: Awesome Record Store! Highly recommend.
Anthony: Really nice store. Nice people too. I'll be back!
Shailesh Saigal: Great record store with cd, cassette, records ,dvds, etc
William Wang: Local joint
Rohit Karthaa: Vinyl is alive and well. Vast selection of records in stock and some nice deals.
Deb Merritt: A very organized collection. Check it out!
Jamie Krantz: Great selection and really good prices. Staff seemed disinterested in helping or even saying hi. First visit and cool place
Richard Wallace: Great store, friendly staff and a nice selection of old and new vinyl
Nate Loehrke: Fight the power
Michael Bradley: Hundreds of albums to browse. Prices are fair too.
edlovesmaine: Love this place! So much music selection, stuff you can't find anywhere else.Great customer service!
David Eley: Vinyl is the truest reproduction of sound there is for me. They have the VINYL!!
Chris J: The website doesn't tell you that you that they will only buy pristine, completely unmarked cd's. Cd's that are well over 20yrs old will have some marks on them unless you never listened to them. Brought in over 300 and they bought 10. Two of which were unopened. Every one of them still plays without a glitch.
Cory Porter: Great selection. Found some great stuff. My only issue is that they put price tags on back cover. Why do this when they’re all in plastic sleeves? Just put the price on the plastic sleeves like everyone else does. Besides that, no complaints. Staff was friendly!
Kim Batchelor: The best place to buy cassettes. But they also have albums, cds, dvds, and even some books! Same encore you know and love, just in a different place!

Wazoo Records: what do users think?
Brooke Doyle: Wonderful place!! Great selection and the cashier was nice! Good prices too, I’d definitely come back!!
Paige Carr: Very friendly and had good offerings of vinyl
Denny Williams: Hella Cool Old Skool Record Store! Highly recommend. 😎
Barry Jensen: I went to Wazoo and bought an album or CD to celebrate each time i completed a final exam. This was in 1986. Wazoo is still awesome
Jerome Blue: Terrific store for music of all kinds.
Kayla Donaldson: Best selection for my taste
ATG x LIFER: I usually give every shop the benefit of the doubt. But this place is barely a record shop. My personal collection is bigger than their selection.
Megan: Cool little place. They have a decent selection but unfortunately I didn’t find what I was looking for.
Wade Taylor: Cool indie store in Ann Arbor. Great selection both times I've visited. This was one of the select stores that was chosen for the 'A Moon Shaped Pool' listening party back in 2016.
Brad Willis: Amazing selection!
Ezekiel Chojnacki: A neat little shop in Ann Arbor. They have some pretty good deals. I've been to a lot of record and music shops, and they have one of the greatest collections without burning a hole in your pocket.
M K: Small but cool.
Paul Doke II: Haven't been here in years, walked in today and it was like going back in time. Love it.
Someone In Existence: incredible pricing, staff wasnt the friendliest but they more than earned that right based off how well managed, organized, and cared for the collection is.
Kevin Powers: We drive 40 miles to Ann Arbor to hit all the record stores, and never end up anywhere but Wazoo. Best in the city, without a doubt.
Matthew Turner: A tradition in Ann Arbor. Historically the best record store in the city!
Joey Douthit: Pretty nice selection of both new and old. Really like the feel of the place! Would definitely go back
brittany Niccolls: Love it great selection
Mason DeVarti: Found 3 great records today to add to my collection! John was also very welcoming and friendly
Emily Kern: Staff made my friend and me feel very unwelcome, greeted in an almost hostile manner. Found records I would have bought but genuinely didn't feel comfortable interacting with staff further.
Sarah Taylor: Great store, huge selection!

Underground Sounds: what do users think?
Lauren Frank: I’ve been to loads of record stores in different states and different countries, and this one is easily in my top 3. Best selection I’ve ever come across and the dude who runs the place rocks.
Daniel Carroll: Top notch selection.
Gerrick Reidenbach: Underground Sounds features a selection of new and used vinyl, with a strong focus on Indy Rock records. It is a great place to search for original and reissue pressings of any hard to find record.
Edward Dunne: A great place to buy LPs. They have a great selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and it's right downtown. Of course parking is an issue, but Underground is well worth the minor hassle of downtown parking.
Arthur Phelan: Underground Sound is the only place in Ann Arbor to satisfy ur vinyl needs. Matt, the owner, has a vast knowledge of music. He can answer any questions u might have. He and his staff are sincere, honest and knowledgeable. It's Underground sound or no sound for me.
adnan hourani: Fantastic place. Great selection. Knowledgeable staff!
Thomas Russell: Dope
Morgan Knox: Great shop 5 star inventory & service!!!
Jeff: I ordered 2 RSD Records of of their website and got a order confirmation and payment complete email back. Then about 30 minutes later I get a message from them saying my order was cancelled stating I can only get 1 copy per person. I did not know I could only order 1 copy. And this would of been fine but these geniuses cancelled my entire order and I still HAVE NOT seen my money refunded 4 days later. I emailed them asking why they cancelled my entire order and never got a response in 3 days. So I had to email them again asking why my entire order was cancelled and they FINALLY responded stating that is how they do it. Terrible customer service and horrible answer! Why would you cancel a entire order when you could just cancel the one item and fulfill the rest of the order. BUYER BEWARE. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give a ZERO rating I would. I am not a flipper and there was no reason you could not have sold me the one record and just taken the other record off of the order. That should take you about 10 seconds. you are making assumptions and are dead wrong!!
Jodi Jameson: A great place to browse for records. The owner is very personable and friendly. Thanks for the Television record!
Lee Diacetis: I stop by at least once a month, and I never leave empty-handed. I absolutely LOVE the variety that this particular record store has to offer: it has everything from the mainstream pop / alternative that I love to the metal and rock that my husband loves. Even better, it's a chance to support local businesses!
Kelly McMillan: Maybe my favorite record shop. Great selection, friendly staff.
Alan Palgut: Sure, I only got one record there, but I enjoyed it.
Spencer Haithcock: favorite shop around
Kim Batchelor: Didnt end up buying anything but the sale associate was very kind and helpful. Nice atmosphere. A quant little place to poke your head into if you find yourself near by. Its fun just to look! And if you like records they have a variety.
Scott Marentay: Cool.
Thomas Kunkle: great record store!
Tom Hutchison: Place was pretty packed when I stopped a few months back, parking around this place is a nightmare. Huge selection of records, and pretty knowledgeable staff but hard to move around the store when its busy.
Stefan Bryan: Absolutely great place with employees that genuinely care about your experience and purchase! They helped me identify the record that beat got what I was looking for and guided me to other ideas that go with it.Highly recommend!
Alex Morita: Underground Sounds makes for a comfortable record browsing experience with a spacious layout, clearly marked labels and good lighting. The prices seem reasonable, and the staff are really friendly and helpful.
Jason Thomas: Decent selection. A little pricy but not bad. Service was ok. Just lose the mask mandate. These guys are hardcore about that-Not exactly a record store vibe.

Your Media Exchange: what do users think?
Kolin Pauli: Had vinyls from the fabled Captain Beefheart. Great selection, especially for niche bands!!
Nathan Balon: It is a nice store. It is a little expensive on the used CDs. Most items are marked above the going rates online at sites like Discogs or eBay.
Mary cate Baker: amazing store! has such a diverse and great selection, they have things that i could only find anywhere else and keep them in stock. my favorite music store by far!!
John Seay: First time shopping at Your Media Exchange. Just got back into LP’s. Had a great time looking at the classic rock albums. Walked out with five. I’ll be back soon.

Alan Palgut: Very diverse selection, especially of vinyl records
Steve Franklin: Anything you want, just ask.
Mario Streger: Amazing records store. They got everything and a little more!! Very well organized. A delight to come in and see.

a2vintage: what do users think?
Colin Mikulec: Amazing selection and the owner is super friendly and helpful. Great deals to be had and most certainly some diamonds hidden throughout the store. My friends and I spend over an hour cruising and perusing through the wares and left with many gems for our collections. Something for everyone as far as vinyl records go.
Cambria Del: The selection here is jaw dropping, and the owner is so incredibly nice and helpful.
faith mckiddie: Stumbled across this wonderful place on a sunny afternoon and it was the best thing to happen to happen to me!! They have the BEST selection of vinyls, band tees, NASCAR tees, hilarious vintage graphic tees, hats and so much more.. the customer service is top tier as well.. plenty of weeks after visiting I brought my family back and was recognized and acknowledged immediately from our previous purchase and an invite to dance if we feel like it! It’s hard not to get lost in the atmosphere of this shop. I will be back frequently and would HIGHLY recommend this store to anybody on the search for unique finds or an overall unique experience.
J: Nice place . Half music selection half clothing selection. Friendly people
Jillian Minear: Amazing curated pieces with great prices. You feel like family shopping here and it was a great experience shopping and hanging out!
dylan lee: This place is what a record store should be. Questions about players and vinyls are answered very knowledgeable. Owners are awesome!
Adam Spaulding: Awesome vibe and Mama Deb is awesome! Great store and will definitely return
Bailey Verardi: Mama Deb is the owner and she is like the southern mother/aunt/grandma I have always wanted but never had. She has an amazing selection of records, vintage clothes, and many other finds. I felt so at home shopping, I would live in this store if I could. :)
Merle Stout: I came in trying to sell an early Santana record I had picked up because it wasn't quite what I was expecting. Mama Deb bought it back for what I paid for it, going against her own store policy, and recommended an early Fleetwood Mac album that is "so good I'm not sure I want to sell it." Well she sure wasn't lying.A2Vintage has great customer service, Mama Deb cares about the music and making sure it gets to the right person. Highly recommend stopping by.
Quirita Bryant (BellaDama è fatale): I love this place! The owner is such a sweet lady with lots of stories to share.I've found quite a few items here including Pistons gear, records, vintage band tshirts...I encourage everyone to stop in and see what treasures you can find!
Joseph Endler: Such an amazing place!! Awesome Vibe, awesome people. I would literally just go there to chill and talk. It has that home away from home feel. And if you dig vintigate vinyl and other formats, look no further!!!
Jacob Mitchell: I went in looking for a 45 vinyl adapter and they had one.
Lisa Burke: LOVE this store!! Incredible vintage vinyl in great condition. Deb herself is a treasure to meet. Don't miss out... drop by!!
Cooper Regimbal: Cool Spot, neat picks, and great service in all, felt welcomed as soon as I walked in !!
Madeline: Such a fabulous spot!! My cousin has been raving about it, and I finally was able to see why. First, Mama Deb is amazing. Even if you end up coming out with nothing (you won't!), she is a gem. She is so friendly and caring, and really makes you feel welcome and seen. She also pointed out that her number is on the business card, her personal cell number, and to please call at any time, if we needed anything. You must stop in just to say hi!Second, her selection is amazing!! The store has 3 main components: CDs, vinyl records and vintage t-shirts. Each selection is vast and fun to look through. I found a great amount of CDs and my cousin found some cool t-shirts. Items are priced fairly. Also, Mama Deb will offer to do a shot of bourbon with you! She has a fabulous bar set-up, and if it's a Friday, payday, or heck, just a good day, it's time for a shot! Such a fun experience.
jake Hill: Best Vintage Tees and Records around and everyone here is super cool
Andrew Simmons: As a guy that’s like vintage an antique stuff, this is the place you guys need to see. They people that run the store are super friendly and nice to talk to. I will forsure be back to support the local vintage shop! You guys are awesome and keep doing what you’re doing!!!
Debra Ellis: Great store, lots of awesome records and the ladies were very helpful.
Angela Liljestrand: My brother and I were visiting Ypsilanti today and came across this store, the store owner was extremely welcoming and super friendly. :) She welcomed us inside, and was an amazing conversationalist, super hilarious, and had the best stories and jokes to tell. Her coworker was super friendly as well! First time we’ve felt welcome in a store in a very long time, it had so many amazing vintage items and records, t-shirts/clothing, and other vintage items. It felt very cozy and like a home, but also well kept and organized. She was LGBTQ-friendly which made us feel safe and welcome. We told her we were newly local artists, and we were very moved and inspired by her passion and willpower to run her own successful business. It gave us a lot of motivation and inspiration to start our own business in the future. Definitely check this store out if you’re in Ypsilanti, definitely our new favorite vintage store now. It’s such a gem and we’ll definitely come back in the future! Thank you for such a wonderful experience, definitely made our week!!
Jessica Kershner: What a gem of a place! I found out about A2 Vintage while looking up record stores.... and man amI glad I did! From the moment we walked in the door, it was nothing but a friendly and welcoming experience. The amount of vinyl records will blow your mind! There is something for everyone and for people of all ages. Hanging thru out the store are original band shirts and they were amazing to see! But one of my favorite parts of this store, was something we could not buy, it was Deb. What an amazing person! To hear her stores of how she even came into the business was captivating. Her knowledge of music is astounding! She even took the time out of her day to write us in her book for a certain record but also to tell us of other locally owned businesses and restaurants including giving us directions on how to get to them. In talking with Deb you could hear and feel the genuine care and love for her customers and community. Can't wait to return again.
Megan Gizzi: Easily one of the best spots in Ypsi... and in Washtenaw County..... and in Michigan! Mama Deb is truly a delight and makes you feel welcome every time you walk in the door. Great selection of records-- I haven't yet succeeded in walking out the door empty handed. I never know what I'm going to find, but I always end up with something amazing. I can't recommend this place enough!
