Monika Wood: My family and I attended a birthday party for a friend's child and I wanted to document our experience. First off, the good things. The place was somewhat clean (except the mirrored wall, the skating floor was in okay condition, the arcade games were all working, the food was alright, and the music selection was great for people of all ages. They also offer skating assisting devices, which is great for new skaters, but it comes at an additional cost (??). Unfortunately, our experience with the staff soured our experience.First, when we arrived the party mom thought the kids in the party and one adult for each kid had skate rentals available to them. It turns out only the kids were covered, so my husband was going to rent skates to ride around with our child as it was the first time he had been skating. Turns out, he had to pay for admission and skate rental as nothing was covered for the adults in the party. So, that is good to know for anyone who is planning to book a party.Next, my husband went to rent skates and they did not have any in his size available, size 12. They had nothing larger than that either. As a result, my husband was unable to skate. So, I ended up getting skates instead. The skates themselves were okay, a little rough, but usable. A member of our party had purchased a skating assist device and was not using it, so the mother said our child would be more than welcome to use it instead and we began using it.Shortly after we arrived, children from the party came over to our area crying uncontrollably because an employee kept telling them they were going the wrong way on the rink floor when they were clearly going in the correct direction. This child could not understand why they were being yelled at for things they were not doing and being told this in an extremely rude fashion.About 2/3 of the way through the party, the same employee came up to me and my son and attempted to rip the skating assist device from our hands while saying they needed to take the device back. I told this employee that a member of our party purchased it and let us use it. They said their manager told them to take it back and again tried to rip it from my son's hands, nearly knocking him over. I told them it was paid for already and their action of pulling the device from my child's hands nearly knocked him over was uncalled for. At this point, my husband came up and asked the employee what was going on. The employee got rude and tried to snatch the device from our hands a 3rd time. At this point, my husband asked for their name and the manager. The employee refused to give their name and said she is over there very rude while still tugging on the device. At this point my husband asked to be taken to their manager when the employee said something under their breathe to my husband, said "I am taking this, you have no choice, and you can go find her yourself" and snatched the device from my family. This was absolutely unacceptable behavior from an employee to be doing to a customer.When my husband found the manager and explained the situation to them, the manager just nodded her head and said, yes i see. She did not apologize for the way this employee treated my family and refused to give her name to my husband as well. She just nodded her head and offered no positive response. My husband then brought the party mom to the manager who explained that the skating device was purchased by a member of the party and the manager promptly gave it back. It is still unclear why this employee was so rudely trying to take the skating assist device from us in the first place.All in all, the party was nice, but the blue-haired employee and manager on duty were rude and unhelpful to the patrons. So, buyer beware.

Dina Mangiaracina: I went there for there for the first time and the place smelled like stinky feet when i walked in. I skated for 2 hours and noticed when i was done my wheels were black. That just tells me how dirty the place was. I've never had that problem at ithe rinks. I do have to say they played good music .

My boys had a great time skating. both are beginners as were a lot of the other kids there so they didn't feel uncomfortable trying to learn.In fact to my surprise they wanted to skate instead of playing the video games.We will be back.

Michelle Daraban-Najar: I started going to this place before Covid. It’s a great place to get exercise during the winter! Everything is above average. I only miss the Sunday night adult skates where the DJ played old skool music. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

Rachael V.: Class field trip here. They were great at sorting out so many kids needing skates all at once. Had plenty of staff. Did the songs and games to keep things fun. Clean facilities.

Amy Leigh: Very unprofessional. Staff was rude. Very very young children working. Dirty, bumpy, uneven floors. Patrons going every whichever way. People out with cellphones, not paying any attention. A child got hurt, laid on the floor crying, and nobody but myself, batted an eye until I caused a scene. Pretty pathetic when I had multiple people fist bump me for speaking out against this place and the workers.

Kris R: Haven’t been skating in years and this was the place to “see if I still had it.”. The music was nice and the people were friendly. Kids and adults welcomed.

Alaina Copley: Very fun place to skate at. The slushies are very good. I was here 2 days ago and I gave a song request to the DJ and he ended up not playing the song at all. He played like 30 seconds of it one time and turned it off. It was a spanish song. This time I put "clean version" so i dont really understand why the song wasnt played. But other than that this place is great

Stephanie Lucas: Like the prices and free admission nights!Staff was mostly arguing!!Rinks a bit small so gets pretty crazy with everyone goin the wrong way and just crossing the rink no direction at times, people get upset with you, Get dangerous!! Kids got yelled at for shoes on the rink yet what look like the owners friend was drinking monster on the floor, I guess if ya no the owner party on!!Music got pretty dirty every other song!!Rink or the carpet really needs a DEEP clean!!!!!! These are my derby skates had them for over ten years never had to clean them with rubbing alcohol like this befor! They were bright pink when I got there I take pride in my skates I always get compliments. These were nasty when I left couldn't believe it! Didn't use the wrest room so I can only imagine. Side note no changing tables for baby's.Concession stand needs some work, are order of one fry got skipped like three times, They gave us a complimentary fry for are extremely long wait, so 12 minutes added up to omost 25 minute wait for one fry.Please clean your floor!

Monica Dimbo: This arena racial profile young black kids especially 85% are boys. My son was banned for something he didn’t do. He wasn’t involved in the fight. He was guilty by association. The daughter owner Chole banned him for 6 months all because he stood by the fight. The owner Lyle allowed this , if they get our business this place will be shut down. It’s not fair how they treat our black children. They’re other establishment out here. Not all the workers there are racist just the Owner Lyle and Chloe. She refuse to talk to me and my son. When I bought him up there to see what happened. They no proof he was involved in the fight. PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELESE TO GO.

Shay Lighten: This place is awesome! I love the atmosphere, music, and experience at this place. My kids love coming here on the weekends too meet up with friends and skate. It's awesome the staff doesn't force you to purchase/rent skates even if your not skating. I also like how teenagers can go skating with other friends without supervision. The prices were a little high, but we bought my daughter some skates so now it's super cheap. I've never ate here but I know they offer refreshments. Their hours are a little weird and sometimes they will close with just a note on the door. Seems clean and safe environment. I would recommend this rink.

Culinary Trails with Rima: Nice place to skate around. It's $20/hr. They provide skating shoes. Pizza is also available. There is a playzone inside which is charged separately. Overall a nice place to spend an evening with kids and family.

Meisha Bradley: My daughter had a poor experience recently at a class held on Monday nights. I reached out to the owner and found out that the people who teach the class only rent the space from him. He was appalled by how they treated her and offered 8 free skating passes and a full refund. The establishment is clean and well kept. The regular employees (outside of the class) are polite and helpful. The owner was also polite and understanding. He listened and shared similar stories from his personal life. I honestly felt that he truly shared my concerns and would address them accordingly. To be clear, I do not recommend the class held on Monday (And maybe also Thursday) evenings. But I’ve been to several birthday parties here and have had good experiences. I look forward to visiting again.

Christina Verkest: The floor is painted so it’s kinda weird. Lots of kids with those walker things and parents walking on the floor with shoes to help them on a Sunday. Keep that in mind….sort of expensive entry fee compared to other places and limited locker storage, only a handful of lockers.

Diane Bee: Had my daughter's birthday party here and we had a ball! It's so clean and the party area is much more spacious than another popular roller rink I went to recently. All of the workers were friendly and helpful and our party host was AMAZING!! My family will definitely be back and I absolutely recommend!

Alyson Pfeiffer: Wow. Everything was organized and fun. Kids have a blast, the classes have a maximum capacity on them so classes aren’t over crowded. All coaches are certified and even have additional helpers so every kid is attended to. Price is very reasonable and you get 5 free passes to come in for extra practice!

Sierra Mason: Very sad experience today.. they took away a skate trainer from a special needs kid because he was “too tall” my kids were almost the same height. When talking to JOSH the manager he said “you were the 3rd person to say something. If someone says 1 more thing I will have the kid removed” sickening. And announced it on the speaker that if you’re too tall you can’t use it to further embarrass him. Even though my kids were too tall technically and never took away ours. On top of that a girl got seriously injured and had to be taken away on a wheel chair. What if she was able to use a skate trainer? Probably wouldn’t have happened.

Went to the counter to request a refund, the only one able to do it was the worker processing a line of about 30 people to enter. Not worth the wait. Thankfully my child had her own pair of skates so at least she could enjoy the experience.

I love how Chris and Josh greet me at the door super friendly! I've been skating for 8-9 years. I've learned so many new skills and have been able to find a new passion within roller skating. This feels like a second home. I definitely suggest it to new skaters! The place is for kids teens and adults ❤P.s I miss DJ and Floor Games with the Dice, I know so much has changed over the years but doing that with Chris and the other workers had brought so much nostalgia. I miss those small moments. I hope to work in there in the future! :)

Whoever came up w the letter system on the bands to match their card and other band, speechless at your ingenuity, especially for today's thought process. You will go far! Truly. Stick to that LOGIC/TRUTH/JESUS train if thought and you'll go on forever! Kudos! Truly! GB.Ps. Obviously treatment and cleanliness are important too and from what I gathered ya all are doing good. Maybe a little reminder that a lot of your customers are kids and aren't going to be aware of what they need to know or have when they ask you a question. But that's about it. Ex. "Hi can I get skates please?""No you don't have a card.""Ok, but I was told I needed to get skates, I don't know what I'm supposed to do.""YOU need to go get your card"Proceeds to immediately help next in line, cause its really busy and very understandable. Like very. Just that kid was left going, card?? What's a card? What did they mean? I don't understand. I asked this person they said this, I asked that person they said that, who's the person who knows about the magic cards I need to get....ya feel me? It's in life periodt. But this situation I only bring it up cause we are dealing w an age that wouldn't know to know better. We have to be able to be aware of that as best we can so that our Littles don't get swept away in the madness and chaos of it all. That's all. This is an example from a while back so no need for finger pointing. Just was bringing it up. Plus the person was not rude nor was meaning any harm. They just didn't realize to be aware that some of the kids had no idea what a card was cause it was the 1st time there. And this turned out way longer than planned. Was gonna erase cause I feel a bit, ya know, but I'm being asked to keep it up due to the wise awareness this can bring to all in many different aspects of their life. So, when He asks, I try my best to submit to His requests. I would hope the same from one if I were....

Sofia Passero: Roller Rama- Skinny tall guy pale skin very rude kept rolling his eyes and the one guy with middle part kept being rude and rolling eyes at us for no reason check in guys were rude and disrespectful towards us didn’t leave review last time but this time it’s got out of hands there very rude! Girl with nose piercing very nice and sweet helpful and funny!

Shawn Chouinard: This place has been an important part of our families lives for years. As it's aged, it could use a deep cleaning. Also, a major suggestion, get rid of the prize cabinet blocking the walkway in front of the tables and relocate the prizes. It's a safety hazard and when its busy its very hard to navigate especially for the kids. Otherwise we love Rollerama and we will be back!!

Matthew Nelson: This place sure did bring back memories. My kids loved it; the skating was the best, but they also enjoyed the arcade and the laser tag too. The staff were helpful with all the activities and looked like they were having a blast too. Thank you so much for such a wonderful time today! 😀👍
