Michael Park: I moved recently and used my old address in error when ordering a product. It was returned to CHP. I called and the nice lady was able to get my order to my current address.
William Heisel: I sent in my ancient Polar watch. Within a week I got it back with a new battery and a new crystal. It looks like new. Plus I got a new strap for the transmitter. And all at a great price. These guys are good, fast and inexpensive. In addition to Polar service they also sell wellness products

sdallas0222: Binson’s came through for me …. I listened to a friend after my sleep study last fall and had my Script sent to US medical in Livonia … I started calling US medical every month and was told you are still on the list …. After 6 months I ask US . To take me off their list , went back to my Dr who wrote me a new script and suggested Binson’s… Wow! About 3 weeks later ,I was in Ann Arbor picking up my machine …Jeffreye spent quality time explaining all to me and fitting me with mask … he was very kind and informative… I called the next morning with some questions , and talked to Austin who also spent the time on the phone reassuring me and things I could do to adjust myself to the CPap …. What a supportive caring team … I highly recommend these guys !
Work Hard: Horrible customer service. Don't try calling they will leave you on hold for a long time. Business Definitely need some restructure. On hold right now as I type this 15min in. You responded to this review faster than it took you to answer your phone.

Howard Cooper: I wanted to get some supplies from Binson’s, so I went to their Ann Arbor location. I spoke with Mystye who took excellent care of me. She was both courteous, and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. She made some recommendations from her own expertise that I appreciated.After leaving, I realized I wanted to get something else. I decided to call and got in touch with their call center. I was put on hold twice and treated very poorly. I got the impression I was unimportant and even a bother to the representative. She told me I had to wait a week or so for someone to call me back. I explained that they had already left a msg, so I was calling them back. She eventually transferred me to the Ann Arbor store where I got, you guessed it, Mystye. She was very apologetic and handled my order very efficiently. 5 stars for Misty, 1 star for call center.

Tim Nutt: I wish I could give a negative 100, they have frustrated me for the last time. I waited 2 months before posting this review because I didn't want to give an emotional review. But I have been with them for 5 years for my cpap supplies and each year the customer service has gotten worse. Every anniversary I get new cpap equipment and it always took a couple calls but this fall it took 13 calls and two months to get my my equipment. When I call they would transfer me to the wrong department, no one would answer and eventually they would hang up on me or 8 times they said they didn't have my prescription which was sent 11 months ago or they needed my doctor's approval for a nasual mask or regular tubing. I would call the doctors office and they call Binsons directly while I waited on the other line. After it was suppose to be taken care of and I didn't receive my equipment I would call Binsons but they wouldn't check. They just tell that they don't have it. Tamara from Warren should be fired because I knew they had my doctors prescription and I had to threaten to talk to hear supervisor if she didn't check. She finally did and found out that they did have the prescription from my doctor. They are either idiots or just like hurting people. I have left them and recommend that no one ever deal with this horrible company. I hope they go out of business.
Alan Crill: Called the Ann Arbor store only to be placed on hold for nearly 8 minutes and then to be told they don’t carry universal walking boots at that location. Very frustrating!
Gene Laskowski: They did not seem efficiently on top of things, so that I had to explain multiple times what my situation was, and I got the feeling they were shuffling papers and files instead of helping live human beings.
GLynne Roman: Excellent experience! Instructions on using my new CPAP machine were clear and my questions were patiently answered. Therapy has gone well and if there ever was a problem, I could immediately turn to Binsons for help.

Patty Sperendi: I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and had to begin the process of being fitted with the CPAP machine. My husband has had a machine for many years. He got his most recent machine at Binson's and was very pleased with the service.I was very anxious and nervous and didn't think I could ever wear a mask while trying to sleep. I was able to ask many questions and the person who helped fit the mask and set up the machine was helpful and took his time with me. I just could not get used to the mask. It kept making noises and releasing air which drove me crazy, and it certainly didn't improve my sleep.I went back to the store the next week. I met with Charlene and she recommended another mask specifically for side sleepers. It worked much better. She was so helpful, patient, and kind.I have very sensitive skin and I would wake up every morning with big red marks all over my face. At times it was so bad that I looked like I had measles. My husband's mask has a foam covering over the mask so I thought this might help the red marks. I went in again, told them my problem and was fitted with a new mask. The person who helped me was very patient. However, this mask was not near as comfortable or workable as the second mask. So I talked to Mystye on the phone who was very understanding and because it was time for my insurance to cover a new mask she sent me a new one in the mail.I told Mystye that I felt so embarrassed that I had been given so many masks before I finally found one that works, but she was so kind and assured me that many people have to try different masks before they find one that works.I still would prefer not wear a mask. But I know I must for my own health and well being. Knowing that I can go to Binson's for assistance is very reassuring.
S He: Sent the wrong frame for my CPAP the 3rd order.Mask doesn’t fit. Called, they insist they have “never” had my correct size, although they sent me the correct size the first 2 orders. Won’t refund my money. Told me to call my insurance company to see I could get it covered through another CPAP supplier (??). They don’t listen. Wait time on hold is at least 30 mins a call. Asked to speak to a supervisor, wasn’t allowed.
Wendy's World: My prescription ran out last year and no one told me. I kept getting robo-calls but on hold for so long I would have to hang up. Finally reached a human and was told about the prescription, told my doctor and it was re-booted. Called again, put on hold again, finally talked to someone who said my equipment would get to me in 3-5 business days. It’s been two weeks and the equipment that I’m using is ten months old. I liked the old company better because the equipment was sent automatically every three months.
Kay Shain: They are friendly, very helpful and they want to make sure you understand and things fit. They will give advice to try to help and most of all they take time with you. We left with all questions fully answered and confident with the equipment. She also gave us her card and encouraged us to call if we should have any questions in the future. Tad Mirochna: I was in Michigan for a couple week visit and my CPAP mask harness failed. I am not able to have a restful or long sleep without this device and it had been two very miserable nights already.My usual durable medical goods provider offered 5-10 day delivery, as usual.I asked Binson’s in AnnArbor if they had a replacement and they did.In the end, it was not that simple. However, the staff at the Ann Arbor store were exceptional and helped me in my urgent need.A very good and very helpful staff!!Thank you all for the assistance.
Karen Quarles: Centerline is no good. My husband has been using his CPAP machine for 3 to 4 years. Last Thursday his CPAP quit working we called Benson centerline Friday and they had no way of getting to him supposedly then they tell us he has to have a prescription or first they told him he does not qualify for a new one because his insurance will not pay for a new one we have to get a replacement or repair but we have to get a prescription we have no way of getting out there but they don't do home visits anymore so they told my husband they would have somebody from Benson's center line call us back that was last Friday it is now Thursday a week later nobody called so I had to call u of m sleep clinic to get a prescription for him we have to wait until Benson's gets it now I have to figure out a way to get out to Benson's to get his CPAP machine done what the heck this is very frustrating I can't afford to be home another week if my husband lines up in the hospital I'm going to be mad
Clifford Craig: Working with this business is frustrating and not worth the effort. My primary care physician faxed the needed prescription twice and they received confirmation. However Binson's kept insisting they never received the fax, their solution was for me to have my physician to fax it a third time! I am moving to another CPAP provider. It's unclear how Binson's can survive with this level of service. I would rate them at 0 if that was an option.
Mr. Ograv: Hold time on the phone is like they really don't want to be in the business. So I drove to the store & found the Resmed prices competitive & the 2 lady's I dealt with were nice. So I have revised the rating to 3 stars from 1. Just wish they would answer the phone. If they had answered, I'd give them a 5.

Laura Bird: Healthcare DME is a great place. I hate using crutches, so if I sprain an ankle, I head there and rent a knee scooter for a very reasonable price. This last time, there was a problem on my end with the rental but the people at the store were very helpful and understanding. Truly service above and beyond expectations.
Alan Crill: Very suspect business… I walked in to the very disorganized and messy store with a prescription from an urgent care for a walking boot for my child only to be told they couldn’t fill the script right away because the script had to be “verified and approved” with the doctor and insurance company. Huh??? It’s not like I was trying to pass a phony script for narcotics. I had a valid prescription with a doctor’s signature and my insurance information on it as well that had already been verified by the urgent care clinic. I was told to wait for a call and then come and pick it up. Funny, they never asked what size walking boot was needed. 2 days go by and they finally call back but they somehow they had me scheduled for home delivery. I received 4 texts the day of delivery and I called them back on two separate occasions stating to cancel the order since I was able to find a walking boot somewhere else quicker and the order I placed with them was no longer needed. I was asked 3 times as to why I wanted to cancel as if I was being interrogated. Very poor customer service.

Christine Donaubauer: Just got a cpap machine from this store and I have to impress what a great experience I had.After a little back and forth with the Dr. to settle on a provider that would have a unit and accepted my insurance, I pulled this company off of a list provided by my insurance. I wasn't sure about the process and called the company to get more information. James was patient and informative, as I was jumping the gun a little, but he explained the whole process clearly and politely. He worked quickly with my doctor to get what he needed to appropriately dispense the machine. He made an appointment for a few days in advance and we talked a little bit about a unit that would be available as well as appropriate for my needs (huge recall, so supplies are scarce)I arrived at the location (it's in a strip mall and you may miss it if you blink). The store is crowded and bustling but clean. A gentleman sat with me and went over every possible thing I'd need to know about usage and care, fit the headgear and gave it a demonstration to familiarize me with usage. He was polite and thorough. They had a process and checklist that left me confident about the expectations of the machine, and follow up so that I able to start using it right away.Night one wasn't perfect, (as I anticipated, it's a curve) but it was a lot better than it could have been, thanks to the team here. I appreciate all the care they put into the process!

Jennifer Dunn: Heath Care DME is the best Medical Supplier I have used in my over 30 years with a chronic health condition. James Rooney is absolutely stellar in his customer service. He knows the inventory and helps me decide the best supplies for me. He promptly returns my calls and emails. In addition, Tim, the company's Respiratory Therapist is also wonderful regarding my oxygen, supply and service. I wish other health care companies provided this type of care to consumers who need this.

Rachel Ferguson: My husband recently was discharged from the hospital after a auto accident and I had bought medical supplies from another medical supply company. I came to Healthcare DME to help me get the proper supplies and fix someone else's mistakes. Not only did I get what I needed at Healthcare DME but I also had great service. I needed measurements for a transition shower chair and they provided that as well as show me how the chair works and can how parts can move based off your needs. I also needed a different leg rest for a wheelchair and they were able to help me with that as well. To top it off they helped me load my equipment in my car. Great customer service!
L W: While I respect that Healthcare DME probably works wonderfully with cisgender and straight individuals, I am writing this review to caution the LGBTQ+ community from using Healthcare DME for their healthcare needs. They have been far from inclusive of me and I am a post-transition transgender man who has a legal name change and 14 years in transition. I can only imagine how they would treat someone newly in transition, non binary, etc. Me being trans really should have no impact on me getting my CPAP supplies from a company. However, for many months, Healthcare DME has continuously created issues when calling me about my CPAP supplies. The first few times someone called, they asked for "Mrs. Liam [my last name]". I explained that they were speaking to Liam [my last name], however, I use male pronouns and Mr. Liam [my last name], would be appropriate. I explained to the person that I am a trans man. They still didn't get it. The person then told me he couldn't talk to me and needed to speak with my wife. I explained again that I am the person they are calling for and I am the recipient of services from their company. We had a back and forth on the phone every. single. time. they called me. The customer service representative could have asked for my date of birth, they could have maybe gotten into the 21st century and recognized trans people exist, however, instead, we had this song and dance every time. I have tried to call them about my own CPAP supplies and I can never get anyone on the phone. There were times that the customer service person who called me refused to speak with me altogether because he said, "You are a man, and I am looking for Mrs. Liam [my last name]". The final time this occurred, when the person who called was unwilling to budge about talking to me about my own healthcare, I cursed him out, just for transparency. I have utilized their services for many months and I reached my breaking point of BS. I hope that Healthcare DME faces accountability for their awful treatment of people who are different than them, since they obviously are giving excellent customer service to everyone else.
