When it is your turn on the scales, drive up to the terminal, scan your drivers license, select "compost residental" by using the down button and take your ticket. Otherwise, you will have to pay or be turned around at the loading site.After loading up on compost, drive up to the exit scale terminal and scan the previously obtained ticket to exit.The process sounds obvious, but it confounds most people in line ahead of me the last two times I went.

You get 1 trash container, no recycling service or container, no large item allowance, and any of the above is an extra cost and a cumbersome experience to schedule at a time of their choosing, not yours. They changed their service so they only pick up recycling every other week, and frequently skip that too. Shannon said she could waive delivery to come close to matching on line. I paid via credit card and the dumpster was delivered the next day.A weeks later, I got a bill. I called and was told to give some time for my payment to process. The next month, I got a bill for TWICE THE AGREED PRICE! And my payment hadn't been applied.I called again. I was told they would apply my payment and waive the late fees but Shay said Shannon would have to call me back to straighten out the fee.After no word for a few weeks, I called back and talked with Tina. I explained the entire saga. She found my payment that hadn't been applied and after talking to her manager, they were able to take care of my account. She said it was a zero balance and was closed out.Today I opened a bill for THE ENTIRE INCORRECT AMOUNT!!!!I don't have time to keep calling back to talk to people who aren't providing correct information. This is simply ridiculous and extremely poor customer service and account management.
