Marlon Anderson: I've been coming here for months buying the deal that's advertised on the fridge door. I've had issues with their systems changing and not recognizing their own deals but they do their best to keep their word. I'm very thankful and pleased because they seem to address any issues, unlike 7 eleven up the street towards downtown. I just hope they keep the labbats at 3 for $5! With that, I don't mind paying a little extra for my gas because Shell is known to have better quality fuel, if you do your research you'll see why, but sadly I guess I'll just have to find another place to fuel my car and my belly when the deal ends.

Joshua Glaspie: I Shop here all the time and spend allot of money here as I live right down the road, but every time I come here from the hours of 2am and 6am they are closed which is about every single day. You say you’re open 24 hours but never open when I stop by. I will be going somewhere else that I know is truly open 24/7. I understand everywhere is short staffed, but dont advertise hours you are open that you’re not. consistency and reliability is key.

Christina Watkins: Yesterday while visiting this location I was given poor customer service by a girl (with purple and silver hair not sure what color it was supposed to be) behind the counter she was clearly racist and she had a attitude with us from the moment we walked in. My boyfriend asked her could he see what a pint and half a pint looked like and she walked over grabbed half a pint and when he asked her again to see the other one she then got loud and caught a attitude breathing hard and say Oh My Goodness. Then she kept saying do you have id which is normal but it was the way she said it and I showed her my Id but she didn’t have on a mask and no gloves so I refused to let her touch it she then started to yell put it on the counter. I put my id on the counter and I asked her why are you acting like this is a clam nice voice and she ignored me. The girl was so mad she couldn’t even read my Id and I had to tell her multiple times my date of birth. She then got mad because she put all of my items in one thin bag and I told her to double bag it which she had a problem with and as I was reaching for the bag to do it myself she then pushed my items which she is lucky nothing hit me because I would be pressing charges for assault. I know she was being racist because there was a white women behind us who she didn’t treat like that only us.

Lucas: This is a pretty nice gas station. Great selection of all kinds of snacks, food, drinks, alcohol, etc. The bathrooms are clean, but it is only a single person restroom. Very close to the Michigan stadium.

Thomas Roelofs: Avoid LIquor Store. The sign outside says prices at state minimum. Bought a 750 Beefeater Gin and then found out later that I paid $2 over the state minimum. Flat out lying and false advertising.

Cassandra: For those looking to add air to your tires after the minimum temperature on November 3, 2019 shot down to 27 degrees Fahrenheit – DO NOT attempt to add air to your tires at this location. After I spent over $9 on the air pump which lacked any indication that it was broken despite taking my money, I ultimately gave up on the prospect of adding air to my tires once I saw two other people attempt to add air to theirs (unsuccessfully) and drive away. I was able to add gas to my vehicle but I had to go elsewhere to add air to my tires. I am hoping that management will see this review and mark the air pump as broken instead of siphoning small change away from unknowing customers.

Eric Osterhouse: I've only been here a few times since in town but tonight as I walked in to grab a snack and drink after work I had a mouse run across my feet while walking through the isle....the fact that it was in the middle of the store proved to me that the entire building is not safe...tread lightly my friends. I think this location has a lot of potential but that one sight proves a lack of detailed maintenance.

Mikki Sharp: Similar to Angela Tripi, I have reason to believe my credit card info was stolen from a gas pump at this location. Just after pumping gas, my card was racking up erroneous charges. It probably wasn't the gas station's fault completely, because anyone could tap a card reader, but I feel this gas station dropped the ball in not knowing.I also got watered down gas at this gas station before, during the winter. It wasn't good.

Whenever I go there for car repairs or maintenance, I am greeted in the most, genuinely and friendly of manners. There workmanship is 5 *****, and their prices are very competitive with any other service shop in this city. They always take time with us, to explain the work they will be performing and when it will be completed. I look forward to many more years of business with Sam and his crew.

joey C: Sam does a great job on the automotive side of the store. I was even allowed to bring my own oil and filter without any questions or trouble. They are my go to shop for minor repairs such as oil changes, moped welds, and spare tire repairs.

ravi daitota: The review is purely based on the EV charging station not for regular gasoline or convenience store. The station has a DC fast charging with 2 plug option but the touch screen on the machine does not work half the time. Unless you have a EVgo / EZ charge card, do not rely upon this station for recharging your EV. I spent more than 20 minutes trying to get it to work with no results. The credit card slot does not work every time, when it works, touch screen stops responding. Access is from West bound Eisenhower or Northbound state street. Parking is limited. The dedicated EV parking is occupied by gasoline engine cars most of the time preventing EV vehicles access to charging station. I had to wait for one of the regular cars to move out before accessing the EV charging station.

I like the rewards and like that there's the opportunity to earn rewards for gas from different retailers as well (when you get the flyer from the stand before you exit a shell, read it, scan it with your camera, and sign up, then on your email, it will have the retailers that offer rewards for dollars spent).

I have witnessed several people (including myself) just say no and walk away empty handed when he cashiers. This happened today, and the customer said "there's no way" and I was behind him and also said "yeah that's not right". That customer left with nothing, and I believe that I was overcharged intentionally because of my comment. Please contact Shell corporate with any issues with this place.On the bright side, this is apparently a great place to buy drugs from employees, and/or watch them smoke a cigarette while cleaning up by the pumps. Hilarious!

Liz Bizer-Cox: I haven’t even bought gas here, but I stopped in when I was having car trouble — I knew I needed to get coolant but I didn’t know how to put it in and I was pretty stressed. The manager went out of his way to come out in the 15 degree weather and help me with it. He didn’t have to do it and I’m sure I could have figured it out with some googling, but it made a hard day much easier and I really appreciated that.
