Jack Pakela - Trumpet: I go out of my way to drive to the UPS Store on South Main St -- if you live in the area, it's 100% worth it. That's how awful this Jackson Ave. location is.
Nezrin Photography: This is for UPS headquarters. The customer service on Jackson road in Ann Arbor location is bad. I don't know how many reviews will it take to replace those employees. Don't you get a hint. There are people there who don't want to be there. Either make them happy and satisfy their demands if they have any or let them go. Either way something needs to be done. We don't deserve to be treated like nothing.
Born 718: Just dealt with the rudest UPS employee in my life. Was dropping off an Amazon package that said no packaging needed and the employee says it needs to be in a box or bag... The item is actually came in a shippable box so I said it is in a box and the employee Bali Kahlon was extremely unprofessional and would not accept my package. I asked for the manager, and he said he is the manager. Unbelievable....I am a disabled veteran and traveling to the UPS store is a challenge for me, I am very displeased with this service.I just called Amazon who confirmed no packaging was required and they are going to have UPS pick it up from my house tomorrow.

Rory Schmidt: Horrible customer service. I just shipped 6 return packages ranging in value from $100 - $300 a package. I had to ask the staff for tracking information and was not given it. I was just told, "well you printed the labels, so you should have the tracking information." Since these were returns, this is not the case. Pretty horrible.

Yu L: I recently returned a package to Amazon and it was clearly stated in the Amazon instruction that I didn't need to pack it for that return. However, the staff refuse to ship for me and insisted that I purchase a $5 box from the store. I contacted Amazon to clarify and their customer service confirmed again that no packing was needed and reimbursed the packaging cost. I never had similar issues with other UPS stores or Kohl's drop off locations.

I can’t print at my house so I always have to use their printer for shipping labels and the price to print one is kinda high in my opinion. But sometimes I don’t even need to do the printing. I’d recommend this location to anyone!

Paola Moncada: Don’t go to this location. I just needed to print the UPS label which most UPS stores just ask you to forward the email to them. They wanted to charge $3 to use the computer and $1.50 to print the label. I don’t mind paying for the label but using the computer seemed a bit too much!
Possibly Frank but not really: Don't go on a Sunday. The guy charges 2 bucks to put a piece of tape on an Amazon return and calls it 'required packaging'. Great way to build a customer base by hustling them for a couple bucks. Enjoy your 1 star review.

I tried dropping off a package that had an incorrect label, and instead of helping me understand what was wrong the associate repeated "This cannot be shipped" over and over when I tried speaking. It was disappointing. I took my package to another location which answered my question immediately.
Rachel Yu: If I can give a negative star to this UPS branch, I will. I've had very horrible experiences with this location. I've been visiting this store for my Amazon return at least once a week. Their staff is horrible and rude. They make you feel like you are a burden every time you walk through the door. Their Amazon return policy is inconsistent and it feels like they change it on the fly to make it difficult for you to do Amazon return. I've been there weekday and weekend. Almost every staff there is unfriendly except for the one with the beard. This UPS branch's owner really needs to work on their customer service!

Ruth Ann Buntin: This store does things different than any other UPS Store I have been to.Whether it is 1 customer or 5 customers in there, they give you the feeling like you are being rushed and they are being inconvenienced.There are no smiles, no welcome, and if you don't request a receipt for items that are prepaid shipping before they complete the transaction, they won't give you one and may tell you they can't go back and print one😔I love UPS, but this is my 3rd or 4th time using this location, and their customer service is definitely different than any other location in Michigan I have been to.
Teri Turner: Took a bulky item that needed to be packaged and sent to Ohio last Friday. I put no rush on it, but it was a Christmas gift for a child. Staff were very accommodating & pleasant and I was in store for about 5 minutes total. Reasonable charge & when I looked at tracking on Monday, the item was already delivered.!!! Kudos. I’m so pleased

Steve Gregory: I have multiple units across metro Detroit and i find this facility one of the better ones. The units have insulation on the ceiling. some have power. The rates are very reasonable , especially for ann arbor. I find the other reviews some what ignorant and have bad expectations when using a storage "shed". rodents and animals are everywhere and its up to you to protect your stuff. No matter what they will try to get in. No storage place is rodent proof. This place and other places have traps but it doesnt get them all. Realize if you want it to be perfect you need to take precautions and double box and wrap valuables to protect them. The team here has always been nice to me and very helpful with my specific needs. Randy Stanley: Paid for 2 units they put money towards one and sold my other unit that had alot of valuables personal papers and other personal stuff alot of money worth in unit and personal items and stuff that is not replaceable admitted to it being a glitch in there computer system had proof of paying for the units and all what a joke this place is there scam artist
Kostas Boutsikakis: This has been the worst storage unit experience I have ever had. I have had this unit for two months now. I went to my unit a month after I stored my things in and there was mice feces everywhere. I places traps and in one week have trapped 9 mice already. They have destroyed my couch my mattress, blankets, clothes, and everything they could get in. I called the company in order to talk to them they said the manager (Tony) will call me back. The lady was laughing on the phone when I was describing the mice ruined my things.Just an update on my experience with this company. The manger called me he was very calm and I don't care it is what it is mentality. He didn't sound shocked that my storage had mice. I have attached some pictures from my unit in case there as any doubts.I hope they learn that this is not the right way to run a business.

Anthony, in Tech Services at the Arborland location, went above and beyond to diagnose the issue, provide repair options and then to help me find a replacement laptop once I made the decision to purchase a new one rather than to repair. I really appreciated his patience and professionalism!
Thomas Petiet: One of the few places where photocopying and simple digital printing is available, as well as business products. I don't want to wait when I need toner, paper, blank CDs etc. Plenty of parking and ease of purchase.
