GOFORIT SYSTEMS: I change oil on my promaster truck in every other valvoline station. this one refused. Went to another valvoline place and no problemo. See picture below.

Stephen Lutz: I realized after my oil change a couple of days ago that my car is leaving oil spots on the ground everywhere I park. The technicians had an open disagreement about which oil filter should be used, and now my assumption is that they chose the wrong one. I am taking my car back there tomorrow and will update/improve the review if they take care of the issue. If not, I'm going to have to go somewhere else and hope that they are competent and can keep me from ruining my engine due to lack of oil. Jace Beach: Best oil change experience I have ever had!!Here is why it was so great:- I never got out of my car- I was in and out of the location super fast (less than 10 minutes)- They checked for basic things that might need replacing like brake lights, signal lights, wipers etc.- They found out I had a brake light out and replaced the needed part for $4! (SOO much better than getting pulled over!)- They offered to fix things that could use it, but were not pushy or salesy at all!- They showed me the oil in the engine before and after the change- Super friendly and kindI am sure there are places that I could go to pay less than $52.99 plus tax for a conventional oil change, but this was such an amazing experience that I am thrilled to go there for my oil changes every time!Service:Oil change

I am quite clueless when it comes to cars but I know that maintenance is very important. Justin communicated in a friendly manor and was professional. He explained things to me in a way that made sense and answered my questions promptly. The service was quick and efficient and I am extremely pleased with the quality of service. I really enjoyed how the employees communicated with each other as well. It was a great atmosphere and made me feel very comfortable. Justin gave me suggestions for further maintenance on my vehicle but I felt no pressure to purchase services I didn’t need. Wesley L: Beware! Had to change my review from a 5 star to a 1 star. 500 miles after my oil change, my car was 4 quarts, out of 5, short! My oil light came on and when I checked, couldn't detect oil on my dip stick. I called to ask about this and they said that cars do this all the time and it's nothing to worry about. It's normal. That my car just ate it up or had a leak... Zero oil in my driveway, never had a problem EVER with eating oil. When I've changed the oil myself in the past, I have every bit of 5 quarts drain out. They DID NOT put oil in my car and tried to turn it like it was me or my cars fault. Also, that cheap oil change they advertise is a lie to get you in the door. I used the cheapest oil and filter and was suppose to get 5 quarts of oil.... they charged me 50% over their advertised sale and gave me zero oil. If this is "normal" for them... I'd certainly consider literally anywhere else.Service:Oil change

Will Morgan: I went there to get a oil change, it was expensive $118, with a coupon. I had one custom air valve cover missing. I called to tell them about my issue. The guy says you can just buy it from O’reillys. I don’t know where it is, and I was not there. A manager wasn’t on staff that day. I left a message to speak with a manager. I spoke to Justin, I explained what happened. I said you guys were trying to upsell me. I was only there for a oil change. Then Justin says “you starting freaking out.” That was a lie I asked what are you doing my air filter doesn’t need to be changed, nor my battery. I was there for s oil change!
