Food Gatherers: what do users think?
James Mcmahan: They went solar renewable energy renewable cause.
Arbandeep Singh: If you are delivering with your 53 ft trailer with sleeper truck than its little bit hard enter from roundabout and docks are on right side at the back make sure the docks are clear so you can make a U Turn and do blind spot backing and the receiving close around 12:00 PM so be there before that
Dillon Taylor: They do incredible and important work, supplying food pantries and other community resources throughout Washtenaw county with food. I don't know what we would do without them!
Luke Ruczko: I went with some of my friends to get a few hours of community service in. Friendly staff and a clean organized facility. Would do it again in a heartbeat.
Giselle Stitt: They do so much good for others. Dropped off some donations
Mark Dunham: Staff is amazing 👏
Kathleen Martin: Great organization that gets overstock foods from grocers and restaurants to stock local food banks. They have a list of all the food banks on their website.
Formerly Known as Galleria: Great experience making donations to these guys.Manager for delivery (will not mention his name for his privacy ;) was very accommodating of our situation and worked with us to figure out the best way for us to donate food products.Hope to be able to visit and take a tour of the facility once we put this COVID thing behind us..
Felicia Smith: Helps more people than you know!!
Ben Torres: Difference makers....thank you for what you do.
Heather Schellie Trinkle: Great organization helping the local community. Very friendly and helpful staff. It's also an amazing opportunity to volunteer as an individual or with a group (volunteer group, other organization, work group). It feels great to volunteer there and give back.
Thomas Ginyard: Awesome I enjoyed my hours of community service
Valerie Brighid Snowdon AKA Eartha Sundance: Thoroughly rewarding.
Danimo Snowman: Awesome place. Awesome people. It's a true pleasure to volunteer there.
Patrick Daugherity: Great place to volunteer at, they do amazing work for the community.
Lindsay Peters: County food bank. Great mission and a couple hours of volunteering goes a long way!
LakehouseKSLG: What a great thing to do with food - feed those in need!
Kurt Eschmann: Wonderful people! I love volunteering here.
S,Reyna Glanton: I've worked and volunteered in my community for the past 25 years. I use to pick up food for non profit programs that served free meals in our community. I have also been on the receiving end after I became disabled. I've watched Food Gatherers grow from a small place where we use to pick up our supplies way behind the building. Now its 3 times as big and it gets better as it grows. I love the staff and how this company gives to countless organizations and schools.
CareyLynn Flaugher: Great place to volunteer
Timothy Toth: I went to Food gatherers and they gave me a list of pantries and places I could go for assistance wish what is a great help I am from Florida so I didn't know my way around Michigan very well the list that they gave me was a great help and I'm grateful that they are doing such great things for the community and people that are in need God bless all of you thank you very very much

Shelter Association-Ann Arbor: what do users think?
Natalie Rohane: Ok I go here in a weekly basis to eat lunch, the food is better than I expected. Free to anyone at noon to 12:50 everyday. Now as far as bed go there are never any available due to the large increase of people in need. That's not their fault but there are not really any other options. Also I was told I was on the section 8 waiting list for the last year turns out I wasn't even tho a caseworker said I was. That was very upsetting. But I finally did get a great caseworker. Who helped me take care of everything. So there are people who do work their butts off but some people don't know what they are doing.
Michael Alexander: People trying to help people
Michael Fondren: Jesus Is Allah. God is Love!
Cyle Lowe: The staff is helpful with housing section 8 bus fare other things to
Michelle Parks: I thank God that I don't have to live here, but a friend of mine does, I say a prayer every night for him.
Jen Nena: Not helpful at all!! If you need shelter go somewhere else this place is a joke! 400 homeless and they accommodate less than 50!!
Robert Comer: Great place to find help. Meals are better than most restaurants.
Sandra Miselem: I told them I lost my job and couldn't donate any more. They billed me twice after that. That is cruel. If this isn't resolved, this review stays up. Quit stealing my money. I thought I was perfectly clear.
Tyson Westlake: I be tried several stores in the Washtenaw county area and jars on Packard and flat have the best prices and the best quality very worth the price
Donald Patterson “Swaggernaut” Marsandunit: Great! Loved it!!
Getting It In: It's okay because the food is usually ok. And they used to make it easy to get identification, but now its harder. And also for Ann Arbor the shelter is small and there is a waiting list to get in there.... Yes a waiting list for a emergency shelter. This is only addressing a small fraction of the homeless population. Ann Arbors has so much help for housing they just need a 300% larger shelter that is a immediate emergency shelter. All they would have to do is separate individuals based on behavior factors and keep control without losing the mission.
Deborah Ritz: Cant wait til my foundation is putting this place out of business for good!!#patrickshirleypetsandpeoplefoundation
Zander “SaltyCracker” Field: Very friendly staff.
Tammy Brewer: Friendly and helpful people
PENNY FORD: I never thought I'd have to use a shelter, but this place is awesome!!!The staff. Travis Olivia, Mary Ann and Amy are absolutely fantastic
Deborah Bailey: Clean place, friendly help,& good food
Crystal McClain: Homeless can happen to anyone...their services for someone who's going through something is second to none.
Anna Dobritt: It's ok
Karen Quarles: Ok
Timothy Toth: Thank you for all the help that you give to those in need God bless all of you you're in my prayers
Kathleen Martin: The shelter provides a safe, clean place to stay when life leaves you homeless. They also have health services and are a great resource center. There are free meals for anyone at Noon and 5 pm on weekdays and 3 pm on weekends.
