During our trip in Europe we traveled to several locations by plane and ferry, we had serval excursions set up, it was seamless because of Colleen.

Eva was great in getting the air travel (saving me 2K), selecting hotels (in perfect and safe areas), and suggesting sites to visit. Most importantly when a flight delay caused a missed flight she immediately re-booked the ticket and comforted us in the knowledge that we would get to the destination in the shortest time possible. Eva was available to us when needed and answered even my simple questions with understanding.

Susan was very rude when it was explained to her that I wanted ballpark prices for me to give my attorney overseas. When I told her I would be purchasing in the next 2 weeks after I get final paperwork from the attorney with permission for the kids to travel, she was rude and said she’s not going to put a lot of work into this when others are willing to purchase now.
