The Sports Bar Westside: what do users think?
Ashya: Waitress was extremely nice, and the food was perfect. It also came in a timely manner.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Yunny Rodas: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Barry Stockdale: Found this nice little place from a local service was good friendly food was goodWe will go back if this way againFood: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
J Cate: Would not allow our group to put tables together! We had 10 people in our group. This group would of liked to set outside where it was quieter so we could talk. But when we couldn't all set at one table it was useless. As a group we plan never to go backFood: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 2/5 …More
Joe Semifero: Went in a little after 10 and kitchen was closed, so can't comment on the food except to say it isn't available until closing. Last call was 10:30, and they turned off everything but the lights at 11pm. Not very subtle, "Get out," message. Probably won't be back, might try a second time to see if the unfriendly vibe was a one time thing.
The Man Garage: I was in town for a fishing trip and was recommended this place. The burger and fries were TOP NOTCH. Atmosphere was typical of a sports place. Quite loud but loud TVs are better than loud rock music by far. I recommend this place for a tasty burger and hot fresh fries!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
Beth Welker: Great place to watch sports and enjoy a good mealFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Charlene King: you know what I love best about this place? how even after 6-8 months from last visit- it's a place to enjoy great cocktails, a selection of draft beers & delicious food & staff still remember me! it's the little attention to details that's 💯 better than most!
Joe Scarletta: Good burger and fries. Side of dipping sauce for fries $.60 extra. plenty of t.v. for sports fans. Ok service.
Nicole Paulette: This place is great, it's clean, friendly staff, great food, worth checking out
Leslie Moore: BBQ chicken salad was fantastic and so was the service.
the mom: Decent food. One dinner was really good and the other one was very bland and dry. The bathroom speaker is so loud that you can barely stand to be in there long. The establishment was not the cleanest by far. However, the waitstaff is extremely friendly and a great worker. Drinks are strong but good.
Adrian Forbes: Fun, cozy, family feel environment. Decent beer selection.
Puppy Muffin: Was creepyman staring at me whole time.
Mark Crooks: Always good every thing here !!
Ken Koleda: Staff and service great, not a fan of the enchiladas
mona wright: Used to be an awesome place for a family meal or a nice date night! Menu 10 years ago had a full menu with chicken kabobs, hot turkey sandwiches, steak fries, pork shanks, steak & ribs daily & seasonal specials and desserts .This place used to be packed now always half empty . Last 3 years down to 1spreadout sheet for a menu, options very limited . Quality has all but disappeared with the food. Need to bring back the full menu. Feel for the staff it affects their pay.. Waitstaff is amazing they always try to accommodate with a limited menu. Sad used to be a really amazing place to go
Jeremy Siefken: Wildly unprofessional manager who should not be working in customer service. He gave tons of attitude and made rude and condescending comments to my party of 8 as we were trying secure a table to fit our group. The sign at the entrance says to seat yourself but don't inconvenience the staff by asking if tables can move together to accommodate larger groups or if tables that do fit larger parties could be cleared to seat your party.I understand the stress that comes with working in hospitality but there is no justification for "greeting" your patrons the way we were while patiently waiting by the table we were trying to seat ourselves at, per the instructions. We walked out after that encounter and given tonight's experience, we won't be back
Bill Johnson: Really good
shawn chaney: Excellent food . Great customer service
Dustin Hardesty: Great food, great service, great atmosphere!

Regents Field: what do users think?
Gennady Shulman: I wish in such a busy place they had more waiters. Overall atmosphere was very dynamic. I ordered fried pickles and expected them to be cut in small circles, this is first I saw pickles being cut long. Good beer menu.
Bryan Walker: Great bar and friendly bartender! Jay was awesome! Will be back.
Brian Boesch: Awesome spot! The staff is outstanding, and the environment is great. Highly recommend!
Alec Toth: Overall terrible experience, from the food quality to the service. Our waitress could barely be bothered to tend to us, and forgot parts of both our food and drinks order (there were only 2 of us) because she wouldn’t write anything down. What did arrive - very cloudy water, cocktails that tasted watered down, and food that looked and tasted like reheated frozen meat. Given the number of other options nearby with much better food and service (GP, JP, Ravens Club to name a few) there’s really no reason to come here.
Edward Swartz: Good customer service and selection of beer!
Missy Fulton: Stopped in on St Patrick’s Day. Great food and atmosphere. Friendly wait staff and reasonable prices.. would definitely recommend.
James Corvus: The manager was absolutely rude and disrespectful. She was a nightmare. The food is good but I don't think I will be going back because of her.
dennis kaltman: Very friendly staff.
Evan Stone: Outstanding bar/restaurant with outstanding people! Staff and patrons alike! A zillion TVs so you can watch any major game. Good food. Knowledgeable (and handsome) bartenders. And even old school Nintendo consoles you can play on TWO of the TVs! Also free skee-ball!
Rasky Bukowski (Rasky): Dolphin Dave makes Baby Jesus Cry... 1 star woth Dolphin Dave 5 stars without.
nathaniel church: Best sports bar in town, with great food. Ask for samantha.
Allison Quatrini: Met the owner tonight and she was a real treat. Nothing says ‘my bar made a mistake’ like the actual owner approaching a table and yelling at her guests, and then doubling down when asked to lower her voice and speak with reason. The food sucks and the ‘arcade games’ they boast are broken. Do better.
Ralph melvin: Unfriendly service, bad food terrible....
Mark Hanss: Great sports bar. Free skee-ball and darts, delicious classic bar food, we had fried pickles (the best I've had, and I've had a lot), chicken tenders, fries, and patty melt. Tons of viewing options and angles for broadcast sports. Board games and video games as well. Only possible thing missing is a pool table and I don't know where they could fit it if they wanted one. A bit loud for conversation (our bartender was a heckuva lip reader) and all the bar stools are rickety being the only potential marks against.
Victor Hugo Rohden Prudente: Great place with a reasonably price.
Jordan Vogel: Great spot! Free games and always a good time. Its nice seeing a bar with hands on owners!
Michael Morse: Busy place on game day but our service was top notch with plenty of TVs to watch college football on!
Stephanie O'Callaghan: Fun spot! Came to watch the Um v OSU game , staff was great, they were hustling and working hard. Food was good, enjoyed the wings and chili cheese fries. Wings were great, loved the blue cheese sauce! Prices were good too. Good spot on Main Street!
Mikhail Zolikoff: Perfect place to watch the World Cup with kids (unlike Conor O'Neills). Staff and food are excellent. My only complaint is the lack of double doors to keep out the cold.
Kevin jokes Key: I miss Mongolian BBQ😪
Kyle Feeley: Fun spot, plenty of tvs, good food and great servers. Incredibly unfriendly bartender. Stick with your server.

Brown Jug Restaurant: what do users think?
Francisco Gomez: The service is terrible!!!!Food: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 1/5 …More
Jeff Yantiss: First time here with my family. Very pleased with the food. We will come back again.
Rois Savvides: Loved it! Our server was excellent. Very attentive. The bartender (Brie) is a star!
Jadon Yack: Very shady upcharge of $4 to substitute fries for the chips, without confirming that there was an upcharge for this. The menu lists an *add-on* charge of $4, not for substitution. Our group was also forced to pay in cash because the staff did not know how to process cards. We were also charged gratuity without prior approval, so my bill ended up being 50% more than it should have been, and nothing was done about it.
Eric Reickel: Ultimate Michigan bar! Been going to the Brown Jug since 1979.
林立立: Good drink
Luci Adams: The place is really outdated. The interior is nice for a Michigan fan. The table near us with a couple of black people weren’t served until late, when they arrived before us. Food was not hot for one of our members.
Merrilees Craig: Val is the best!
Thanks It: Great staff. They are friendly. Burgers were great. The fries and onion rings were OK. All in all going to the brown job was a fun experience.
Bruce Geffen: Great overall!
Kelly Reynolds: Great staff, cozy bar atmosphere, loads of drink choices, and they serve Greek food!
Jess Sweeney: Cool vibes, great food!
Brian Walker: Meh, it's good for a college bar. Service was great. I had the sampler platter, it was pretty good for a plate of fried food. The full menu looked pretty good. Beer selection was limited and you could tell by the drink specials it's a college bar. Would have given it 5 stars if not for the 4% fee for paying by card. It's billed as an admin fee but refunded if you pay cash.
Margaret Bohan: Amazing food - the French fries are to die for! Awesome place to bring the family. Highly recommend.
Jake W: Good food, excellent service, and the best pictures all over the walls to check out.
Erik Lyon: As a Michigan fan, you have to come to this place. It's not as big as I had thought it would be but there are lots of great photos of Michigan celebs that have been there. The food was pretty good, although my wife wasn't fully thrilled with hers, which was the Stuffed Grape Leaves. I had the bacon bbq burger and my daughter had the chicken kabobs, both were very good. We visited in February so there wasn't a wait. I imagine this place is hopping on game day weekends.
Tim Henn: We took a break from staying at the hospital with my niece and stopped in for a drink. Meet by a tall grumpy and very rude man at the door. He stepped in front of us with his arms crossed but didn't say anything at first. We looked around him to find a host/hostess. Then he said "ID's", we are 2 people in our 40s/50s so we were very surprised to get carded at the door. While we were getting our ID'S, he moved around us and carded the 2 people behind us. His whole attitude was very gruff and rude. I understand you are in a college town and want to be sure everyone is of legal age but that man should not be the first person you see. We walked in about 5 steps then turned around and left. That gentleman at the door was so off-putting that we didn't even sit down in this restaurant.
Michael Walker: Part of the order was wrong. We order gyros and meat was very dry. Son got a burger and he said it was good.
KRISSY: Pretty outdated, BUT the food was great, the drinks were great, prices were nice and the waitress was very nice. It was cool to see the memorabilia as well. Nice place for U of M fans, Brady fans, etc.
ryan n: Came here with Coach Harbaugh and he bought me and my fellow recruits some burgers! He almost got caught but I think people have forgotten by now
Venson Toreja: Friendly place. Wings could be cooked longer if you are going to toss it in sauce.

The Garage Bar: what do users think?
Max Monegan: Great patio & bar. Connected to the pizza place next door. Decently heated even when it's chilly. Good drinks. The tablets are a little wonky to work with, and both staff and customers didn't seem to love them. Trivia night was fun!
Mitchell Davidson: Drinks are fairly good and reasonably priced (I recommend the amaretto sour). Solid option for college students who don't want the club-like atmosphere of Rick's and Skeeps. Also, a great choice for GameDay!
Evan H: a bit pricey for the quality
Dan Gilbert: The bar itself honestly is pretty good, nice indoor/outdoor seating and big bar. However, the staff, mainly the bouncers are the most disrespectful, unprofessional, and physical group of people I’ve ever come across in a bar. I have seen their bouncers physically confront people on multiple occasions and get, no less than what I would call, violent. On women mind you. Not the kind of business I want to support.
David Lieber: Great trivia night Wednesday night, with cash prices. Friendly staff and good food
Tara Turner: Fun place to stop in and have a drink! It's outside so be sure to bring a coat in the evening. They have heating lamps that keep the space pretty warm. The staff are friendly and is right next to pizza house (late night snack) 😉
Juan Thompson: Gar Bar Happy Hour and outdoor seating area are amazing... But the staff suck. The bouncers are always on some weird power trip - they will cut friend groups in half in line, question real IDs heavily, and just kinda mad dog people in general. cover is also super inconsistent (ranging from 5-20 dollars at any given time/night)
speedy vargas: Great place love coming here
Caleb Vance: Loving the Happy Hour and concept! Can’t wait to watch the game there this Saturday 🙌🏽 #GreatHappyHour
Emily Rouse: Amazing drinks and cool atmosphere
Christine Comer: Decent beer selection and lots of seating. Good happy hour.
Bethany Cardona: great happy hour!
Anya Skala: The concept was cool 😎 the bruchetta was okay. Staff was meh. 🤷‍♀️
Henry Walters: Nice patio!
Taylor S: I would give this bar zero stars if I could. They signed up to be a part of a bar crawl with waived cover and then still charged cover. I find that to be very inconsiderate and rude. I was a college student not too long ago and I understand that they take advantage of those who are driven by popularity, but have some integrity. The rest of Ann Arbor does not respect you.
Rick L: Awesome place, I reccomend the drinks there.
Emily Weaver: Garage bar, infamously known as "Gar Bar," is one of the most obnoxious, inconsiderate establishments in Ann Arbor. Not only do they BLAST music every night of the week past 2 am (even when calling them to politely ask to turn down the music and bass that's shaking my window panes), but they play atrocious music as well. In fact, "What Does the Fox Say" is playing right now.. now imagine it on a Monday night at midnight with bass that I didn't even know the song had. Have some respect and turn down the music when multiple people call and ask or at least play decent music.
muhanad almaliky: Loved the atmosphere and our server was super cool and friendly.
David Patterson: Love the open air atmosphere, especially when it’s not an ideal time for crowded indoor bars
Greg Tyler: Inside or outside it's just a cool place to hang out!
J K: Home football Saturday, night game. At 2 pm there are 2 bartenders for a pretty full house, and neither of them is what you’d call quick. So they set up a line to order drinks, but then dont enforce it so anyone who wants to jump the line can.Anyways, if you’re gonna have a sports bar in Ann Arbor, hire some servers on fall Saturdays
