Wide World Sports Center: what do users think?
A Bar: One of many places in SE Michigan for soccer. Youth leagues and tournaments, moderate rates for teams and renting fields, and teen and adult leagues. Most players have some experience, some "beer leagues" and higher divisions have serious, skilled players. Gaps, tears, and ripples occur frequently in the turf from use and quality issues. Maintenance can be better and policies for injury due to field conditions would be beneficial but the owner is MIA so..
Allen John: As a spectator, it’s just basics. Aluminum bleachers can be cold in the winter and cramped. The air always stinks to put it mildly.
Bart Bartlett: Great place for kids soccer!
Preetham Mohan: Around the season opportunities, well-maintained indoor fields. Have had a great experience playing here for the past 4 years!
Chrissy Davis: A nice indoor soccer place!
Jorge Castro: Nice facilities, and the tacos here are some of the best in Ann Arbor!
Nancy Carbone: Watch our grandsons play outdoor soccer here. Fields well manicured, plenty of space to set up lawn chairs to watch games. Before COVID we were allowed to watch from along the sidelines, now must stay outside the fencing. Views are still good. Must walk up hill on gravel path and across grassy lawn, lawn a little uneven, to get to fields, may be difficult for some people with disabities. However, drainage is good, whereas prior to redoing the fields sometimes it seemed the players were in a shallow wading pool. Can get windy and chill, dress appropriately. Mittens and hats appropriate in cool weather. Sturdy shoes a plus.
Mahogany Boyd: Hot and stuffy! They need way more fans running and A/C
Melissa neumann: You pay a lot for doing travel And don't get the results you expect. I feel like some coaches are only there for the paycheck
Phyllis Lamirand: We watched our Grandson play soccer! Nice turf for him to play on!⚽️
Wilson Cardona: Divertido
Quinn Lowen: Great soccer arenas! Cheap snack vending machines.
Lana Kanitz: What a great place for players & teams, and for family to watch in elevated areas with seating. Concessions are available as well.
Mary Watson: Went to see my grandson play flag-football, great facility and great place for kids to go have fun, my grandsons coach for his orange and black team was amazing, he always was making sure my grandson was having fun and giving him high-fives and helping out other kids learn how to play, great experience, must visit highly recommended
Mary Beth Westin: Fantastic trainer!
Luke: They require that you wear flat shoes when playing on turf and don't allow cleats with studs. I think it's because they don't want people to break an ankle or step on anyone with their studs. But it's 100% way more dangerous to wear flat shoes on turf than studs. Players are WAY more likely to slip and cause accidents/injuries. My friend broke his arm here, it was terrible.
jack morrison: Watched youth indoor soccer game. Nice facility. Happy to see everyone wearing face masks for the benefit of the kids.
jay s: The place is awesome and the food truck in the parking lot is super good
Maureen Welch: I have put my daughter in Kids Kamp and soccer camp here for a couple of years. Over the last summer it has become increasingly apparent that Wide World facilitates an environment that is unsupervised and toxic. The staff and leadership are all very young and inexperienced in working with children. Some examples of toxic policies/incidences: they failed to address incidences when a boy repeatedly called my daughter a slur, they have weekly tournaments where kids who haven't paid to be there for the whole week (my daughter goes 3 days) aren't permitted to get prizes when all the other kids are, inconsistent enforcement of mask policies, etc. When I have asked about these policies/incidences I end up getting yelled at by some defensive kid. I won't be going back and advise parents to look elsewhere if they are looking for a camp where their kid will feel nurtured and supported by competent staff.Edit: This negative review reflects a negative experience that we had, and that others should be aware of. If anything, the vendor's response demonstrates the validity of my complaint and the dismissive gaslighting approach of their management. PS she doesn't want to come back, but thanks for the offer.
Jordon Scappaticci: Well run facility, friendly staff.
Mark Harburg: Great place for all kinds of sport! ⚽️ clean, well staffed, good ref’s. I would visit again. There’s a reason why people keep coming back to this place!

U of M - Sports Coliseum: what do users think?
Dan Nichols: Great place to shelter from a storm! Warm, dry, bathrooms, drinking fountains, all of it. Only wish that they would have unlocked the building before announcing it as a shelter location!
Professional_Pancake: It was a different indoor facility than I'm used to, but it served the purpose it was supposed for the tournament!
Michael Moore: Great facility to train at.
alireza hasani: Not clean
Ken Kaufman: My tea was decent
David: i've spent many a night there in the winters keeping active.

Intramural Sports Building: what do users think?
Barry Ryder: Everything one would want plus
Elizabeth Blackwell: the battles that are fought over the two (2) multipurpose rooms are insane and the queue for the racquetball courts brings out the worst in people
Linda Monroe: Went to my son's kendo tournament it was fun
Radhika Ravi: Great facility. I wish the UM Rec Sports app functioned better. I've spent as much as 15 mins trying to just get the app to work for signing in.
Noah Anaya: The Building itself is nice, but the equipment is almost always out of order and the student staff that works there is rather rude.
Shelly Stempfle: Great power flow yoga class with Bhavani!
Ahmed U. Abdelhady: The building is huge and offers a lot of workout options. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is due to lack of maintenance for the cardio machines. For example, the rowing machines haven't been working properly for the past 6 months and no maintenance happened to them.
Robert Davis: Great gym. Would love a chest supported T-Bar row
Muhsinun Chowdhury: There are plenty of options for different workout equipment as well as basketball courts if you like to hoop. Often, you will find it to be very busy, especially in the mornings, but later at night, especially near closing time, it's far more free.
Martin Daman: BAD. The employees want me to smother during my workout and tackled me for not wearing a mansk.
Nathan Nohr: Lots of options Ive never had to wait for the treadmill
Ammad Hassan: Good
Hannah Ong: Amazingly beautiful gym building with several fitness equipment
Steve C: Big place, plenty of room, but bring a chair if you're there for club volleyball or any other intramural sport. Park (free) around the back of the building near the baseball field. Enter through the front doors. Long walk on a cold or wet day.
Conrad H.: I pay for membership and I showed up today. No warning or email they had closed down the basketball courts before I arrived due to individuals lowering their masks while playing basketball. Extremely unfair to close down the basketball court for everyone due to several individuals. Also no warning messes up people's schedules.
Masum Chowdhury: The best gym facility I have ever been to period. Four amazing floors of premium equipment. Very big spread out building, so it never feels packed. Also the basketball gym is in mint professional condition. They even have study areas, I used to take my books and gym bag and spend the whole day here. I am most productive here and can’t wait for this place to open back up.
Aviswish30 Video games: I loved this place because I would come here and play aau basketball and they had activities down stairs and everything and this team is my favorite too
Avik Mondal: Nice facility
Paul Beckman: Great renovation of a classic facility. Tons of space and hardly ever crowded. If it had an indoor track it would be even better than 5 stars.
Chris Kohls: Field was great, so the games were all good. No spectator seating. Parking lot a little tight.
Mark C: The Intramural Sports Building is a really nice facility with top of the line equipment and great fitness classes. The gym is very clean and everyone is respectful. The basketball courts are in great condition. The summer is generally the best time to use the facility because most of the students are away. The start of each semester brings a massive surge of people and makes it difficult to get in a decent workout without battling for equipment - even the fitness classes get overcrowded.

Central Campus Recreation Building: what do users think?
Sebastien Patino: The CCRB is an absolute, complete, and utter magnificent master-piece. From the employees, to the equipment, to the gym-goers, to the lighting, this facility is unmatched to ANY building here on campus. Its dungeon-esque rooms have created legends for decades and will always have the most jacked individuals at the University of Michigan. This building will be missed in all of its glory and beauty post December 9th.
John Sbisa: Not enough equipment, rarely open squat racks or benching stations. Crowded, little space to move during most hours. Limited cable options. Not built to accommodate the area student population. Gets very hot in summer.
Asad Khan: Legends were born here. The aesthetic may not be as good as the IM; the equipment may not be as modern as the NCRB, but this is where honest work is done. The culture is absolutely unmatched here and doesn't even compare to the other gyms on campus.
Victor Bian: No ac and always crowded but does the job
D. J.: The space is small for the size of the university. This building can definitely use a renovation.
Jonas K: If an outhouse with a couple rusty dumbbells is a 1-star gym, then this is a 2-star gym.
Nick K: It doesn't matter what I say, this place is falling like Jenga at an old folks home.
N G: Old building with low ceilings causing it to get humid. I wish there was more air flow and a newer variety of equipment.
Miss Angelena Rose: Love this place ♡
Paul Beckman: Apart from new equipment, CCRB is just about the same as it was 40 years ago. Thank God they are going to tear down the place and replace it next year.
Alex Kazerooni: No comment, I m is watching ;)
Prathit Shukla: Not the best recreation facility on campus as both the NCRB and IMSB are better as this one is outdated which some basketball rims bent and no private showers unless you go the bell pool locker rooms.
Alexander Harmata: Pretty antiquated facility, but run well enough. The pool area and locker room is abnormally stinky, and the track above the basketball courts gets pretty hot.
Barnaby Pung: Registration desk was helpful. There was a bit of a back up due to a registration mixup with another member, but they resolved it and were polite and apologetic about the delay. Facilities aren't too bad. Hot as blazes in the workout area. Giant ceiling fans to cool down the room are loud and not so effective. Glad they are looking to do a renno.
Sara R.E: Building is old, and equipment is very old but they will have an update starting this year. Many type of elliptical machine, treadmills, weights, classes such as yoga, planking, cycling. Have rental equipment at a decent price. Lockers are a little expensive. You MUST have Your STUDENT ID!! Or you will be denied entering the building. NO EXCUSES. So don't start a argument with the staff. Trainer are great, I had two young ladies, they were very encouraging nice and a great sense of humor. The bathroom for women are like walking into my old high school gym yeah. Needs update very bad. I saw mold on the sink. Many lockers have spider webs because the staff doesn't clean. Some equipment works some don't. Get there early, or after 4-6 gets crowded. I will post pictures later.
Alejandra Mondino: Great place
Rachel Sondergeld: Older building, reasonably priced fitness classes.
Lucian Ramnarase: The facilities could use an upgrade, but they are certainly doing everything they can to make it better. Sometimes, it's a bit tough to communicate with them but it works out.
Jack Bell: Best place in campus to work out
Samuel Jaklic: booooooo
Ilya Kovalenko: At times too hot
