Ice Cube - MedSport: what do users think?
S Pintero: Most of the times I was there the individual to whom I was assigned was working with multiple individuals at one time. This resulted in me waiting up to 10-15 minutes for 'next up' exercise instructions. I do not expect someone to spend every minute with me but to be working with three to five folks at once is too much. I also realized far too late that they seem to want to max-out your insurance visits. My insurance was never billed over the course of several weeks until after the sessions ended. Therefore, I had no line of sight into what the costs might be (for example, $75 each visit for providing two tiny bags of ice). After several weeks doing the same things over and over there, things I could do at my gym, I finally asked if we were planning anything new. When the answer was no, I stopped going and simply continued on at my own gym. I find that irresponsible and a waste of insurance company money and my money, which was not insignificant. Skip the ice here, ice yourself at home. We all have a responsibility to try to keep healthcare costs down and $75 for two small bags of ice is ridiculous.
Jonathan Lynn: If you want to be treated poorly, this is the place to be
Hypatia Magyar: Hey gusy is the name of this place a synecdoche or a metonymy. It's arguable that ice is made out of ice cubes okay but I'm leaning towards metonymy. I used to be obsessed with naming things by synecdoche/metonymy when I was 11 like I would draw a shoe store and call it 'Jenna's Foot' or I would draw a hair salon and call it 'Strand of Hair'. You can ask my sister she also liked it although probably less.Anyway I've been here and it's pretty good 👍
Harry Sheehan: If you like being treated like a number, this is the place for you. Poor front desk service, unaccountable and indifferent. No one looks happy to be there, and in 6 months, they likely won't be.
Daniel Green: Bill Suites was my physical therapist at the Ice Cube. He did an excellent job. i appreciated him working with me. I strongly recommend him to others.
Phil York: Avoid using William Suits as a Physical Therapist. If his communication sucks, at least he's completely unprofessional. Thanks for dropping our son after two plus months of working with him and not clearing him for sport activity. "He could've been running a long time ago" was his statement today, but this was never communicated to our son. The guy doesn't have a plan, doesn't know what he communicated, and when times get tough, he quits on the patient.
Jennifer Germaine: Scheduling is difficult. They are pretty rude when trying to schedule appt. I've called 3 times today and they seem to be closed. Not sure how much all the teams communicate. For being med sports, they don't rehabilitate very well, especially for a kid in sports. Dr Redererer (sp?) Is the worst!!!!! Bedside manner of a mosquito.
Selina Lin: Nice rinks, great and nice staff, wonderful skaters, what's not to love? A great place to practice skating, exercise, or just to hang out! 💗

Dr. Jeffrey A. Housner, MD: what do users think?
Braden A.: Arguably not very good at offer suggestions or solutions. When I told him about my experience he really couldn't give me any insight to what was going on. Don't pay for a professional who can't give professional insight to your problem. I can say this with confidence, as the previous reviewer mentioned, Dr. Housner doesn't care about his patients future health. Clearly he has better things to do.
Maya Lynn: Dr. Housner may be a fine surgeon; I don't have access to the operating room to see him in action. This review is about his "bedside" manner, based on ONE specialty appointment that I'd waited over a month for. When Dr. Housner entered the room and shut the door behind him, he remained standing with his back up to the door. He came nearer only when it was necessary to touch me. The conversation yielded no suggestions, such as "Apply heat or cold," only "Go to physical therapy." (I had been hoping for some guidance, such as, "If you do this and this, it will improve your condition.") Fortunately, the resident, Dr. Sander Rubin, seemed less patient-averse. Dr. Rubin took the time to explain my condition using an orthopedic model. Even one or two encouraging ideas from either of these physicians about ways I could help myself would have made the visit worthwhile.

Medsport U-M Sports Medicine: what do users think?
James Williamson: We live in a country where the doctors make movie star wages, yet I can’t see them to get something done- Such as a couple of, simple, 20 minute procedures on my elbows to get rid of chronic tennis elbow in both arms. I’m told that the orthopedic surgeons will need to see proof of visits from DMC Sports Medicine to evaluate the need for these procedures. Are you serious? You act as though you’ll base my care off of me stating to DMC that my elbows hurt. This is absolutely absurd!!I’ve waited weeks for a response. Leaders in medical care? Not hardly.
frederick smith: So far very knowledgeable and seem to care about your progress as well as your well being! Good listeners with many techniques used in their approaches to problem areas.
Bob Crawford: Great experience. Very knowledgable. They listened and asked a lot of questions so I felt they did a great job customizing to what I needed. Val is awesome.
