Advance Employment: what do users think?
Bob Stepanovich: Terrible planning, one of the worst place's I've ever worked.
Heather Schubbe: I applied for a job through them. They gave me the address for the company they were contracted with but when I showed up, no one knew I was coming. What was supposed to happen is I was supposed to have a phone interview with the employment company. Why did they never tell me that? Why did they give me the address? Their employee Jay called me the next morning before 8:30am and began scolding me. I should have known better than to continue with them at that point. Next, I went in for a drug test and interview with the employment agency, Advance. I take adderall for ADHD, and therefore tested positive for amphetamines. They insisted I go that day to Concentra and could not go any other time. I cancelled some very important plans thinking I could have a great new job. Wrong. The next time I heard from Advance they said Absopure wanted to interview me again, ok great. It was only at that interview when I was told it was a temp to hire position. I specifically told Advance I DID NOT want a temp to hire position. The interview was almost over so I didn’t stop it. I’ve never again heard back from the agency, so I’m assuming I didn’t get the job (which I didn’t want) but still, a courtesy call would have been nice. I do recruiting myself & I ALWAYS tell someone they didn’t get the job. Completely disorganized and far from professional.
KJ Frank: I like it they find u jobs real fast
Hannah Reinert: Well, they had me quit a paying job then did not have employment set up for me and now that I have worked 2 weeks I have still have no paycheck.
Carl B: This place is a complete joke this was my first time there and they messed me over on my interview. i drove 45 minutes wasting my time and gas to go here and i filled out my Application and they gave me this bogus drug test which came that i supposently had meth in my systom. i take Ranitidine for Acid reflux and told them that there has been cases where taking a higher dosage of Ranitidine can cause a false reading. then they wanted to send me to some clinic down the street to pay 75 dollars for a blood test and drug screen i was not about to go through all of that i know ive never done drugs in my life. and the girl who took the test she had a smirk on her face when she told me about this alleged result she kept grinning so this tells me this place is shaddy and i want no part in it. dont appreciate my gas being wasted coming all the way down there just for them to BS.
Ray Bruner: 12 hour shift in Brighton is a joke your sent home half the time told to take days off due to lack of work great people a couple 12 hour shifts then that's it
Felicia Wilbert: Great company I love my job
Guillermo Maldonado: Thank you to AccessPoint in Ann Arbor for helping me land my dream job with excellent benefits. I appreciate your help. I could not have landed this without you.
Tiffany Roberson: I was very pleased with my experience at AccessPoint. It is rare to find a hiring agency that moves as quickly as they do. The staff was very polite and helpful which is always a plus. They genuinely want to help people find jobs!
Tyler: Great experience! Very friendly and helpful staff who placed me in an amazing position with good pay and tons of room for advancement. I highly recommend AccessPoint of Ann Arbor to everyone seeking employment.
Gayle Bowles: Terrible
Aaron Davis: This place is a joke. Do not go to them!
T: Do not apply here my bf is currently getting shortened checks. It's a guy and gal in the office. The guy told my bf Friday he would resolve the issue and the rest of his check will be in his account Monday. Well today is Monday my bf called up to access point and the gal over talked him and said she isn't helping and he is shortened by 300
Sade Taylor: I will never work with them again, a lot is a lie they told me I was getting 11 am gr8 and when I started working it was less. Plus if you don't wanna work at the location they send you too they power your pay to min wage.

TekWissen®: what do users think?
Israel Dominguez: This is a very well elaborated scam. They asked me for my SSN, copy of my Visa and in a very subtle way also asked for my DOB. People please be very cautious. They use bots to put some good comments about this company. It is outrageous to find these kind of people trying to take advantage of people that want to work in an honestly way.
Dhavalkumar Rabari: I had a fantastic experience working with Kusuma from TekWissen. They were extremely professional, from phone screening to job offer. They were always prompt, attentive, and kept me updated every step of the way. Their communication skills are excellent, and they made sure to answer any questions I had, to provide me with all of the necessary information.Their dedication to helping me discover the best organizations/jobs that matched my skill-set was truly exceptional. I was impressed with their knowledge of the industry, attention to detail, and their positive attitude - always going above and beyond with their services. It was truly humbling how much they cared about my journey and my success.Overall, my experience working with Kusuma was fantastic. They were professional, hardworking, attentive, and made the whole recruitment process seamless. It's been over two years now and the professional relationship has been excellent. I have never had any issues or concerns with them so far. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable, valuable recruitment partner or a job in Information Technology (IT) field.
Prashant Agrawal: TekWissen is one of the best IT consulting to work with. From the recruiting to HR process was very smooth.
Michigan Left Hand: Like other people said. These guys will harass you non stop
Anish Patel: The recruitment process was quick, and the staff communicated with me every step of the way, providing regular updates and feedback. They also provided me with helpful tips and resources to prepare me for interviews and gave me guidance throughout the job search process.TekWissen agency provided excellent service, and I was thoroughly satisfied with their level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a job
Jamshed Ghulamani: This the best compnay to work with at the entry level. All of thier recruiting team is nice and their HR system is well organized. They offer reasonable pay rate. Suitable for those who are job hunters and want to built their carrer in the filed of IT. Thanks
Arshdeep kaur: My experience was above and beyond everyone helped a lot
William Howard: This job harassed me over a positive for over a month. Even after I asked repeatedly to be removed from their contact list. As well as spoke to a Supervisor.Upon asking basic questions about these jobs, I was rushed to try to give them my information. I’ve worked from home before but I’ve never had someone ask me the way that they did. I was met with attitude and them weirdly rushing me. It felt like a scam. Even if this is a legitimate business, they should be ashamed of how their agents behave while searching for potential clients.I’m sure that I’ll receive a response from the owner saying that my review is unfounded but these are legitimate concerns. It also astounds me that this company thinks good reviews means it has no faults? Very confusing. I hope they improve if this is real and if not, shame on you.
Akaza H: Edit:Oh, is that so? Is that also the reason that one of your agents called me an ‘asshole’ for asking a question about the position? No. You aren’t a legitimate business. Also if you’re going to call my review ‘unfounded’, at least don’t use website that literally have bots that fill in good reviews and follows. My experience with your company has only gotten worse and your response is childish, uncouth, and unprofessional. For anyone about to give out your info. These people have been harassing me for months despite asking to be removed from their list.Don’t give them your information. This is a scam. Just go to the actual employer they give you for the job or confirm their usage of this staffing agency.
Stacey H: I filled out a job application on indeed from this company. I live all the way in California, this company is all the way in Michigan?? Seems a little scetchy to me. It's indian people that call from these Michigan numbers as well. Be careful.
Adedoyin Oso: TekWissen is a great place to work. Recruiters are top notch and they will do their best to represent you.
Mohammad Riaz: TekWissen is a good agency company. Their are team member is very helpful minded and specially i want to give thanks Mr. Tharanath Murthy sir he help me lot of for getting job and thanks all TekWissen team member.
Taimani: I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Tekwissen. Asif has been an amazing recruiter throughout my hiring process as well as during me being hired. I have nothing but positive things to say about him and Tekwissen. They have been so caring, genuine, and helpful. I am so thankful for everything they’ve done for me. As well as their help with finding my recruitment.-Taimani
Balakrishnan Rajagopal: Don't give them your SIN or SSN
Kranthi Sai Teja Kuraganti: I have been working with them since 2 years. It is well organized and really great place to work.
J David: They ask for your social security number and other identifying information with and vaguely answer questions about the job openings tbey are trying to fill. Most likely this is a scam trying to steal your identity
PRO MAYOR: Run away! SCAM SCAM...
Quinn Smith: I'm sure this has happened to others.I'm going to explain the star rating first; the two people I spoke over the phone and via email were professional, courteous and patient when asked to repeat themselves or reword things I wasn't understanding, this isn't what the review is about. This review is about the wait time and lack of communication back to various emails sent, as well as a few other items mentioned during the phone calls.* I wasn't told where the agency received my information from, there was no mention of Indeed, glassdoor career builder, etc that I remember being told that would help me link them to where my info was posted publicly.* I was asked to provide the last 5 of my SSN and was informed that it was to check if my information was already in the system of BCBSM. Pretty sketchy, but I have been asked this before from some recruiting companies that were legit (Aerotek, 22nd century solutions, etc.)* I was informed that it would take 48hr (last contact was made 09Sept22, present dare is 16Sept22) to receive information about the Job, and that I could reach out for any questions I may have. I had submitted a review when the time waited went into a week, i was called and asked to remove the review. I was then told a different time frame ( 2-3 weeks or longer) that I would need to wait for them to hear back from the company the resume was submitted to.*I have reached out 3x inquiring about how the process is going to be met with no replies or responses. I chalked this up to a time zone difference since some of the employees work internationally but quickly found out the 2 people who contacted me are located in Ann Arbor.I've been seeing some very mixed reviews from this company ranging from very legitimate to being a data collecting scam. I'm not quite sure what to believe, but from the communication I haven't received about this opportunity, I'm leaning toward this being predatory and want to warn anyone who is contacted to proceed with caution.
John Pacia: Unprofessional they messaged me for a job opportunity a month ago after my response it took them another month to get back to me. This company is most likely a scam and i would suggest ignoring any messages/calls from here.
Kathleen Hourigan: I liked a job listing on LinkedIn from this company (may have applied to it through LinkedIn as well--I've been putting in a lot of apps). I received an email from a recruiter with a Tekwissen email address encouraging me to apply for it. I sent her my resume, but she also wanted me to answer several questions including the last four digits of my SSN. I said I was not comfortable giving that over email. She responded that it was necessary to continue the process. I got a bad vibe and contacted the company they were supposedly recruiting for. That company told me in no uncertain terms that they do not use recruiting agencies, they only accept applications for jobs at their company (and all jobs at the company are listed) through their website (not through third party recruiters), and their own recruiters only contact candidates through email addresses from their company website. Tekwissen is probably the most elaborate hiring scam I've come across, but it is a scam.
alba mariño: Now that I am working on the company, I have encountered some difficulties and inconsistencies with what they’ve told me in the beginning. They mentionI would have full coverage with healcare and dental insurance. Which is not true, I have to pay either a hundred or 2 hundred dollars every two weeks for my health care, and some more for my dental and vision if I want it.Also they said I would have 401k plan which is not true because HR told me it is a plan that was not even implemented right now.I am considering my decision of continuing on the company because it has not been according with what I was told at the beginning.I don’t know what can be done in this situation?
