SKY LU: This was the worst experience I’ve had with Starbucks. I ordered 30mins ahead on my phone because I know it is always busy there. When I got there, I didn’t see my order and I asked them. They just kept me waited for another 30mins and didn’t want to check if my order was already taken by someone. It turned out I WASTED 1hr, no coffee, late for my class. VERY DISAPPOINTED by their unprofessional behaviors!!!!!!

Ernest Kovach: Some of the baristas are nice , others are cranky and snooty .There are too many homeless people sleeping in this store, most happen to be strong, young ,lazy ,and are sometimes violent.They are all unemployed, and they get mouthy even if told kindly or assertively 2 or 3 times to wake up or leave!It's like they treat Starbucks as their free hotel, some snore . Then the police are called in thankfully and only then do the sleepy street people scramble back to the streets to lazily beg for money all day instead of looking for an honest job.

Daniel Van: The staff here went through so much bs during red cup day. J the AsianAm girl went through so much with mobile orders and I felt bad because there was 50 people waiting around. Another 30 in line to order at the front. Hope this store creates a collective bargaining agreement /formaunion especially in a town like Ann Arbor.
