Vishva Ray: I took 6 months after our sunroom was completed to write this review. Wanted to see how the sunroom held up in the winter. Now that I have had a chance to experience the sunroom for a while, I can say that Four Seasons Sunrooms of Ann Arbor is an excellent company to work with both in terms of professionalism and quality of materials. Our project was delayed by more than a year due to the pandemic. During this time the owner (Bob Clark) kept us informed regarding the scheduled start date. It was pushed back a couple of times due to labor issues but once they got going, they were able to complete it extremely fast. All phases of the project was taken care of by the company. I have received extremely positive comments on our addition. Thank you Four Seasons Sunrooms of Ann Arbor.

Dona Wash: BOB CLARK and his entire incredible team of individuals who prepare Sunrooms on behalf of 4 Seasons Sunrooms of Ann Arbor is beyond our expectations for an addition to our home. It reflects the same if not more the quality we were seeking. After meeting Bob, it was apparent that 4 Seasons was THE CHOICE, the RIGHT CHOICE. Of course adding a conservatory (glassed-in) with so many components of responsibilities i.e. permits have to be pulled, investigations have to occur. His office team comprised of a seriously efficient team, wife Tammy and another assistant Lindsay. And Paul, Bob's extraordinary assistant who pulled everything together towards the last part of it. If one has not done this before, you can't know all the working parts needed for all of it to be superior as what we have. Anything and everything that was not as it should be -- BOB made sure it was or any of his team, if they recognized it-it was timely and accurately taken care of. You have carpenters, bricklayers, electricians -- only the best of the best individuals in this State. Heidi and Brad a marital team actually put the framework for the conservatory together --wow. Frank, a most capable and strong clean-up guy, Family Heating & Cooling provided needed heating/cooling services for the room and Ryan, Austin, Wes and Rob--we could not be more grateful for their input. As the winter is here -- take this time to move ahead with preparation for an addition. Enjoy the life of your home by enhancing with any of 4 Season's products. Bob even arranged for us to meet other pleased clients who had great work done. Of course the essential thing in a project of this enormity -- is TRUST. The Trust and Dedication is apparent. We are the Wash Family in Canton. The only one with a Conservatory (and we have a Hot Tub) -- we are exhilarated every time we step in, we have the privacy and comfort when we do. Lisa Learned: The project took a little longer than I hoped (broke ground in April and finished in October) but I love our new sunroom/kitchen. Bob built a room that was exactly what we wanted. The people working for him are great and everything was completed with care and attention to detail. It's our favorite room in the house. Recommend.

Katja Fisher: The project was supposed to start in June and after the woodwork was put up nothing else happened for a couple months. Apparently there was a delay in shipping the material. Oddly the order date was blacked out on the documents. When requesting a copy with the order date displayed, it was ignored. The wood frame was exposed to weather for a couple months. Finally the work started in August. With no sense of urgency and lack of communication and numerous follow ups on our end, the sunroom was finally put up with one cracked and two damaged windows and a ceiling that was not appropriate to be used for an indoor sunroom due to it's unhealthy fumes. Finally the ceiling was taken off and the windows fixed after several follow ups. We were promised a different ceiling. Again no material came in when ordered. Apparently a mistake on Lowes' end. When we placed the order the material came in within a few days. The owner of Four Season Sunroom had promised to put the ceiling in for us. It's been weeks and we still have a leak on the second floor and no ceilings on the first floor. No communication or commitment date was provided. I lost any faith I had in this company. No sense of urgency and commitment, but excellent when it comes to excuses.

OHAC Marketing: We love our sunroom and highly recommend them (we have referred them multiple times). Bob (the Builder) was throughout, quick to respond and great to work with. His team was professional, respectful and made sure their work space was clean at the end of each day. We built an addition with a stick build sun room over 3.5 years ago and the room has been solid. This space has transformed our lives, seeing the sun and moon from the inside of our home and watching our children play inside, worth every penny! Highly recommend Four Seasons Sunrooms Kitchen & Bath!

Sima Snapir: Four Seasons designed and built us a new 25' x 25' addition to our home. A beautiful sun room. It is amazing! The design includes a 15' x 8' x 51" deep "Endless Pool" for our needs of hydro therapy and swimming exercise. Perfectly done with a bathroom of 8'x 8' with a shower, toilet and vanity. Installed a split A/C unit and it really meets our needs for all 4 seasons. Bob was discussing with us all aspects of the design and the construction. The final finish is a great looking sun-room, where the windows, the roof and the woodwork are very beautiful. Family and friends are amazed as well from the beauty, quality of work, and the very clever utilization of the space. We warmly recommend Four Seasons to anyone!

Bob was a pleasure to work with. The quality of work was great - although slightly behind schedule due to rain and bad weather. Tried to shake us down for the final payment while the room still leaked. Tried to charge us 4x market rate for extras. Please, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
