Great customer service and even got it shipped to me. Received it the next day! Great thanks to Amina for the great help and service. Their Service Dept. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well when I first called and tried finding a way to fix my PWC.

Rob Feigel: Gave me a fake offer for my boat to try to get me to come in. Offered me 30k, then days later they were back out of it claiming 23-25k after they called others they were told not to offer that much. Manager was rude and asked how I could expect a trade price without them seeing a like new boat with no hours? Then WHY OFFER A PRICE FOR IT. This place really has gone down hill the last few years.Update for owner.That is not what happened. I have a text message from your salesman offering me 30k for my boat saying he talked to the manager and we are good, would you like to see that?Then days later I asked him if they didn't want to do the deal and he replied that everything was still fine. Your staff should not be offering trades without verifying they are good with management.

Douglas Henderson: Nice place but pricey...a bike was listed approximately $3900 and ended up being over 6 grand after financing the bike. Come on, Rosenau... don't beat up on your custo's... that was excessive.

The service department sent me back to the parts department to see if they had the tube i needed. Then the service department said I needed to check with the parts department to see if they would change just a tube. These people work in the same building and wanted me, the customer, to figure out their internal policies for them. I left annoyed with a flat tire.

Thomas: Purchased a Polaris ATV and given a 10,500 OTD price. They then reported I didnt pay sales tax to the state of Michigan and I was charged another $630 against my tax refund. Very deceptive.Follow up: I wasn't trying to be sales tax exempt. I know I am not. I paid sales tax to you based on my OTD price and you turned into state and I was charged use tax through state. I am working through the Attorney General and State of Michigan tax department to recoup.

1 1: 👎👎👎 called about a service three weeks prior and they said call back in a couple weeks when their technicians are back to work. So I do and the price has doubled for the same service.. had them even double check it was the correct service and sure enough they doubled it on me. Then they pulled the old well the job is 12hrs long. Which is funny because the book says less than 6 lmaooo and a good tech could do it in 3. So yeah I wouldn't waste my time with these guys. They just lost me as a customer and I will be purchasing from elsewhere. Also the price was over 6k more for the same ski at another location. If you unfortunately have to do business with them I'd get everything itemized and in writing!
