Best Taco Bell Ann Arbor Near Me

Russell Talbert: One of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. The staff has clearly checked out. I ordered a pickup in-store and when I got there, the doors were both locked. There were people eating inside and none of the staff came to the door to let me in or explain why it’s locked. There was no sign on the door indicating they were closed. When a customer finally let me in, the woman at the counter didn’t even greet me as I walked right up to her even though she just watched me the whole time with the locked door. They had forgotten my drink with the order so I was getting that as another customer approached the locked doors. The same customer who let me in was going to let the other customer in, but then the woman at the counter asked him not to because they were “closed”. It was very strange. They also dumped my cinnamon twists in my bag upside down and forgot all my sauce. Won’t be coming here anymore. If I could give it a lower rating, I would.

Manikandan Somasundaram: Ordered food through drive-through for my family and kids. Missed a few items so couple of them cannot have food. Also, when I call to ask for a refund, they asked me to come back to the store for a refund, and I did not see politeness. I strongly believe it’s the Taco Bell team responsibility to check whether they have put all the ordered items in the bag before they had it over to the drive-through.(esspecially in drive-through.)

Mike Reviews: I'm not convinced this Taco Bell branch is even running at night since I have never been able to order. The doors are usually locked if you try to walk in, and if you use the drive thru they claim they're out of meat. There are people inside, they're just choosing not to serve people.Edit: If you want to laugh, I tried coming here again months later out of morbid curiosity. The lobby was actually unlocked, but the manager straight up refused to serve me to my face. At this point it's more funny than anything, I've never been to a place that fails to deliver basic service this consistently. At least it's better for my waistline this way

We were given whatever food they threw in the bag, it wasn't what we ordered. If you go inside, you must use a kiosk to order, I hate that. Love Taco Bell....hate THAT store. Mismanaged big-time!

Cody Rossman: Went to dine-in on my lunch break, after placing my order and receiving my food I was informed from the heavier set employee that there were other Taco Bells I should go too. He then stated not to come back and that he isn't in control of other lobbies being opened or closed.

Amaya Hall: I am vegan and Taco Bell has a lot of customizable options for me, so I love going here. I always order things Fresco style, which means no cheese or sour cream. Sometimes the workers get it mixed up or do regular meat instead of beans, but they are always very kind about fixing my order. Recently, I ordered a blackbean crunchwrap before a flight and it came with meat. I was unable to go back to get another one because I didn't have enough time, but I went back a week later after I was back and explained the situation to the manager and she was very happy to remake it for me. I showed her the receipt and apologized for not having proof or anything, but she was adamant that it was okay. The 2 workers who remade it for me were outside when I pulled around the drive thru to leave and they both waved to me—it made my day!All the bad reviews on here (and for all fast food restaurants) have to remember that the workers here are real people with real lives, and real people make mistakes. Things won't be 100% perfect every time, and if that's the case, just go through again and ask them to fix it for you nicely.

Coleman LaBarr: Absolutely terrible. Employees are extremely rude and they never can fulfill an order. Just close the store if you can’t order 90% of the menu or even get the order right. This isn’t just a one time thing. Look at their other reviews and they all say the same thing. Employees at the drive thru will threaten you if you get upset or just call the cops on you if you ask for a refund. If you hate your job that much, just do us all a favor and leave. Avoid this location at all costs, it’s not worth your time or effort. Stop using “the whole world is short staffed” as an excuse. It’s not 2020 anymore.

C L: Absolutely terrible customer service and food quality. I know it sounds absurd to even review a fast food restaurant but this location deserves 0 stars. Their management is the problem. They close their store hours early every night, so why not just change your hours?? They forget items all of the time, they’re rude on every occasion they get and they refuse to make certain items at certain times because it’s inconvenient for them. I’ve seen their employees doing drugs outside of the store and even had a manager admit to it once. This store needs to be shut down or completely replace the management staff. It’s absurd that the Taco Bell franchise has let it get this bad. You can’t blame COVID forever. Do better
