Allan Edwards: I've been doing martial arts for more than 20 years and I've seldom met anyone with the skill, wisdom, and teaching ability of Sifu Greg. He goes in depth and fully engages both the health and martial benefits of the art. He has an eye that can really see where his students are struggling and help them to move to the next level. Also, I know very few martial artists of this skill level. It's actually so far beyond mine that it is hard to tell how few. I mean, probably one or two, at least. But he's good! It's rare to find someone with skill like that who can also teach. There are regularly free classes offered to check it out and see for yourself, which I highly recommend!
Andrew Grogan-Kaylor: Excellent School for all aspects of Tai Chi. Nice space and great community!
lisa t: Spiral Chi offers T'ai Chi classes and Qi Gong practices that are well tailored to students of all levels. I really love the space and the classes and the community that is created by the members.
Alex Pettit: I've been a student of Greg's for a number of years now and have found the experience deeply rewarding. Greg takes the time to unwrap and convey the concepts of tai chi in ways that help deepen and accelerate my learning
John Driscoll: Fantastic experience. I highly recommend taking the 8-week beginner's series. Greg is a down-to-earth teacher with a good sense of humor and an accessible teaching style. It's amazing to have a resource like this in Ypsilanti.
Dan Gorzen: I have only attended a few classes however I was very impressed with Greg's skills and teaching ability.
Andy Grogan-Kaylor: I agree with some of the other commenters that this is a great place to learn Tai Chi in Michigan. I've studied with Greg for a number of years, and he is a compassionate, amazing and deeply knowledgeable (and funny!) teacher. Highly recommended.
Thor Santinga: Best place to learn Tai Chi in SE Michigan. Greg is a highly skilled instructor who is completely committed to teaching students of all skill levels. If you have always been intrigued about learning Tai Chi this is the place for you. If you have experience Greg's teaching will deepen your awareness.
