Anna B: For the past five years, I've consistently done business with this service. Unfortunately I had to part ways which is probably much better for the health of my skin!!! :-) Several months ago when I enquired about a tanning package which I specifically asked when it expired before making the final purchase. Fast forward I called to see how many visits I had left and when was the actual expiration date. To my surprise I was told by terse customer service rep that it had already expired; costing me about $100 of tanning. At the time of my purchase, I was told a very different timeframe than what is their IN service contact. If I had been told the correct timeframe I wouldn't made the purchase and chose a different package. I reached out to management to discuss the discrepancy and they were not willing to budge since they only go by the contact you sign when authorizing your card for the purchase. They claimed they show me a lamented copy of the contact at purchase which they didn't. I only saw the lamented package price sheet. Please learn from my mistake and do not rely on the supposed 'experts' that one would expect from a business with limited services. Sadly they just do not know how or want to work with a consistent customer but choose to play the contract game. They can keep my money....but in my case, not my business! TJ B.: The best tanning units around. They have level 1, 3 & 6!!! The only place in the area with level 6. They also have Versa spray tan which does not smell bad. It's the only spray tan I will use. The prices are great!! For All Access package which includes all levels of beds and booths and Versa spray tan. I recommend trying a Cocktail. You tan 1st then spray tan after. I also reccomend using the insta dark.

Matthew Niedner: Fast, efficient, clean. Super easy for a quick in-and-out to get a base coat before spring break or a trip someplace sunny. Yeah, I know my dermatologist doesn't approve, but I'd rather not be a lobster on day 3 of Cancun on Spring Break hailing from the Great Lakes region! Appear to mostly have uprights plus a few horizontal beds, about 10 units in total. Free disposable protective eye films available. Staff are friendly and informative. Not a large chain, so be sure their locations work for you. Great value!

I was impressed with the amount of time she took to cover each method she can use, each product mix she has, and how to take care of my spray tan afterward (after care). I've now had 6 sessions - I go about every two weeks since I use some of her tan extending lotions - and every one has been flawless. Thank you Ann Arbor Sunless for bringing some color to this pale person. All the great look of a summer tan, without the worry of skin issues.
