They were always ready on time, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes reliably each time. Although the process is a little painful, the person applying the procedure made sure I had my stress ball(s) and time to breathe between zaps, which I greatly appreciated. The facility is extremely clean and well-organized. Each patient has a chart which keeps track of the intensity of the laser to ensure the best outcomes. Aside from great cleanliness and care, the staff is also extremely personable. Gary Durrance Jr: Absolute WASTE of time and money! I’ve waited 2 years before leaving a honest review. I started going to Ryan in 2019 for a complete removal of a face tattoo. I was quoted for around 8 sessions for complete removal. I trusted the process and followed directions and after completing the 8 sessions with almost no results and never any good communication about my concerns of my results with Ryan I stopped going completely in 2021. I never informed him that I was going to stop going, I just stopped. He has never once contacted me in two years about my next appointment or follow up on why I am not continuing. I thought maybe it was my body not pushing out the ink. Fast forward I have done my research and starting this over with a highly rated company and have had more success in ONE session with them then EIGHT with Ryan. Also, I’ve been told that the laser Ink Blasters use is NOT meant for tattoo removal. I would have swelling, purple bruising and blisters every session with Ink blasters. The smell of my skin burning. I’ve had zero of that with a different company.
