Eric Carter: I have had jim and son's do all my taxidermy. They do a flawless job. I have a half mount bear done by them and a couple antlers on wood shield mounts done by them. Couldn't be happier with there work.

Will Bredernitz: Just another happy customer but that's nothing new from looking at all the other reviews. I've had ducks, fish, skulls, hides and my bear done by Joel and Jim and everything is always just like the day the animals were taken. I moved over 3 hours away from their shop and I will still keep taking my animals back because I know what I'm getting back and how it will look. I know there are other good taxidermists around but you will never be disappointed or left in the dark wondering how long it will be to get your animals back. Thanks again guys the bear is perfect

Jake did a very nice job on my shoulder mount, which is now proudly displayed in my home. His turn around time was much better than previously used taxidermist, and he kept me updated along the way with progress.

As most hunters know finding a good taxidermist is becoming more and more of a challenge. I am so thankful that Jake took on this huge project! We had found a matching set of Michigan elk sheds. After numerous calls to other taxidermists who didn't want the job because of the complexity of it. We found Jake at Third Coast Taxidermy he never hesitated and said he would love the opportunity. He kept us up to date during the entire process. Jake went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with the outcome!
James Kresta: My family sold our 100 year old hunting property in New York recently, and I wanted to give my father-in-law a keepsake of the last deer he ever got there. I had no idea what to do with this rack so I called Jake at Third Coast and he gave me a ton of ideas. Since this deer was taken in NY, in a forest of hickory trees, Jake had a piece of hickory wood carved into the shape of New York for the mount -- it is that sort of creativity and attention to detail that tells the story behind the mount, and makes it so special. Beside the thoughtful ideas, Jake's execution was flawless, as you can see from the pictures. I cannot say enough good things about Third Coast Taxidermy, I just hope one of these days I can bring him a real monster to put on the wall.

D-boned taxidermy and Deer Processing Hunting: Im the butch of coarse i love my work good luck hunting ..... To Rich with the neg post first dont believe it considering i never recieved a complaint back. Not many deer recieve 30 to 50 ponds of burger back and no steaks really i would of came back the same day and complained but no complaints have been recieved back straps dry impossible do to everything is vac packed . yes we do have a walk in freezer considering after meat is butcher you have 24 hours to pick up. Burger bags all broke open cant see that either unless u dropped all of them . Yet no complaint at my business by you or your uncle. Thanks

Tiffany Miracle: I sent my husband to drop off my doe to get processed here as we didn’t have time to do it ourselves. We asked for all ground excluding the back straps. We only received 11th of ground meat and he told my husband it was a really small deer. I’m not an expert but we but we got 25lbs out of my husbands much smaller deer. I will not return. Picture included to show the size of the deer I had processed I would not call that a really small deer.

Skinny Pedal Wide Open: Picked up my deer from them tonight, I am extremely happy I found d-boned. Great price and very friendly. Everything was vacuum sealed and labeled very nice. They cut my skull cap off for me also. I will be taking my all my deer here and recommending friends to them.

Jim: 1st time taking it here and Not impressed with this place. 130 to get processed , 2 small roasts, maybe 6 packs of steaks, my tenderloins ,back straps and maybe 21 lbs of burger..On maybe 130 lb 8 point . not even 40 lbs of meat??? I wont be goin back here.
