Kevin John: This makes testing and doctor visits easy. But I will not be using it again. I went here for a TB test for work. They scheduled me my test read 24 hours after my first visit... When you have to give a TB test 48 hours to read. So I had to call and correct that. Then after I sent in my paperwork to my work, they pointed out to me, THAT THE PAPERWORK STATED THE DATES OF MY TEST WERE 1/23 & 1/25 WHEN I WENT ON 2/23 & 2/25. I saw a different person each day and neither of them caught that?! I can't even imagine the potential disasters this office has caused. Use at your own risk.EDIT: They also took $35 from my account days later because, turns out, insurance didn't cover like they told me it would... I really hope what I got was even for the TB test. they confirmed it with me before doing it, but their competence is totally non-existence so who TF knows. Good luck to anyone trying this place.

Scott Mackay: Don't use them if you need an antibiotic. All they will do is tell you to go to your doctor.
Becky Gilbert: Go check in at the kiosk was a bit tedious. Once I got in Shawn was thorough and got me out pretty quick.
Lauren Warsinske: Used the online save your place in line and my apt started on time. Physician who was working was very friendly and non-judgemental. They were able to write me a prescription and it saved me in a crunch being in between doctors. Would recommend to others.
Sean Sutton: Did not hold to appointment times. Set up flu vaccine appointments for my kids. Arrived and checked in on time. Half an hour after the first appointment time, it still said another 20 minute wait for the first and 30 minutes for the second.
Stephanie Yablonsky: My fiance and I just had what we both described as the best medical visit on record, which is saying a lot since I have an extreme aversion to needles and received four vaccines. Pamela Olmstead was a pleasure to talk to and had a great sense of humor (and saved us money on a redundant consultation). I'd stop short of saying that I'm looking forward to the next travel vaccine in my series.
Mary Mille: Very poor. My student had to go back after incorrect care and pay again.Do NOT assume insurance will cover this place!!!! It is not billed as urgent care but as doctor visit!!!!! Misleading

Phimmasone Owens: My son came in with a terrible ear infection. I have nothing but praise for the staff which included the receptionist, Dr. Chinoy and Ammar, his medical assistant. They were quick, knowledgeable, efficient and most of all kind! They went the extra mile to make my son’s experience comfortable and positive. This makes a worried mom relieved and happy.

Nicole Davis: Suggested my daughter go there to get tested for strep throat. The doctors said her test was negative and advised her to take Tylenol for the cold symptoms and throat discomfort. After doing what was suggested, she didn’t get better. So, I took her to another Urgent Care and later learned she had strep throat and was prescribed antibiotics. The staff is incompetent at this establishment and I wouldn’t suggest this as an option to anyone.
Angela Keene: Awful!! Do not go here!! My son was told he needed a prescription and they never sent it to the pharmacy. He and I tried calling repeatedly. But they don’t answer their phones and the system actually hangs up on you after you wait for way too long. Unbelievable that they call themselves a health “care” provider. Find another urgent care if you’re looking for actual care.

T Square: The service was pleasant, friendly and competent.

BJ Jen Stennett: They weren't too busy, so I didn't have to wait long to be seen. My only complaints would be that their' records system couldn't see my U of M file, and I just didn't feel up to repeating my whole history & meds; and that the note the PA write for me didn't include her recommendations to my PCP. Otherwise, staff was pleasant, and I'd go here again if needed. This was on a Friday early afternoon.

Daniel Saulles: I would give them negative stars if I could. A simple strep test took 8 days to get a call back on. That is only after calling them multiple times and sitting on hold for 30+ minutes each time and being assured I would get a call back. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY DO NOT PROVIDE HEALCARE THEY ARE JUST THERE TO COLLECT THE INSURANCE PAYMENT.

Courtney Cade: I went in for a hip injury i only saw the Dr for probably less then a minute he didn't even look at it and just ordered an x Ray, the tech who did the x Ray took horrible pictures and radiology couldn't even diagnose what is wrong with my hip because the pictures were so bad, it also took a week to get the results and I had to walk into the urgent care to get my results 6 days later! No one cared to even call or give Me a call back. Now I have to find another place to go to get a new xray
David Smith: I didn't know I could make an appointment. So people were coming in After I got there. And going before me. It took an hour and a 1/2. For a simple. Drug test for work.
Lighthawk: Easy to make an immediate appointment for Covid testing. Fairly short wait time at clinic. A PA interpreted results. Medicare covered the visit 100%.
