Roger Henriquez: I went looking for flowers and graduation cards and found exactly what I was looking for. They were conveniently located right after the entry. Quick stop when you are looking for them.

Jordan Gillo: Always a great experience. This week I was in tears in the parking lot (just had one of those days). I collected myself, went in, grabbed my stuff, and checked out in Maddie’s line. She was amazing. She was so sweet, overheard I was having a bad day and gave me the plant I was going to impulsively buy myself to try and make my day better. Which then made me cry again, but happy kind. I went back to hug her, embarrassing tears steaming down my face, and she was so sweet. Just the moment I needed, to know there are good people in the world. It made my whole week ❤️

Maggie Martin: LOVE this place! The owner is a sweet lady who knows how to make anything, just ask her and she will show you all the ingredients!

I will say i couldn’t find a cashier for about 4-5 minutes and there were no employees in sight for the majority of the time I was shopping, but I wasn’t in a rush so it was fine. The quality of products was good & id recommended stopping by if you want their food.

Lisa Zhang: They sell expired foods. And some foods have neither the date of manufacture and the date of expiration. I went back to change the expired products. But one of the products on the shelf all expired. I had to pick a different product. The cashier did a poor calculation and didn’t reimburse the right amount of money.

Huan Li: Great place for Japanese snack and drinks, it’s even better than one world market in Novi in those two regions. Great variety and place is pretty clean! I find many things that’s not easy to get even in Asian markets. The only thing is that they don’t seem to have a lot meat products, but I wouldn’t even call that a flaw.

Dorothy Li: I come here for the Asian veggies. It is hit or miss. Sometimes their freezer food is freezer burn so you never know if you are going to get what you want or something melted and deformed. They try to keep it clean but it looks pretty typical of a Chinese store, worn and a bit chaotic. It is still a cut above many other Chinese stores that are filthy and stink. This one is swept clean and doesn't have rotten food stinking up the store. They are fast with checking out. They also tend to sell expired food frequently so if you are obsessed with not expired food, check the dates carefully. And no, they don't discount expired food.

Ron Rajda: I really like the selection of healthy breads,soups,teas etc. The selection of frozen meals and ready to go meals is also very good.

Scott Riedel: Jericha was irritated that we hadn't counted our return cans. Then she couldn't find our membership and said she couldn't help. We decided not to buy the product that we came in for and get it later. Jericha pretty much threw the change into my wife's hand. Some change landed on the scanner and Jericha saw it, no apology.

Joanne S: I have been a customer of better health stores since they first opened. I refuse to come to this location ever again. They are very deceptive about coupons. I’ve been told many times that they no longer except coupons or more recently that they only except 15% 1st of the year when other stores still except 20%. They say it’s corporate that tells them not give coupons but then why would corporate send them to me by mail? It just makes them look untrustworthy. I appreciate the other stores which I still go to being consistent and truthful.

Kim Tran: Amazing customer service. Very knowledgeable staff. Offered help the moment I came in. One staff saw me reading through every single label of vitamin c, and kindly came over to explain everything in detail and recommendations for what I needed. Went above and beyond! Had smoothies here on a few occasions during lunch time. Prefer to order ahead to pick up, was delicious, convenient.
Danielle Primeau: I contracted the obvious “ick” aka covid-19. One of my friends called the store and talked to a guy named “Gary”who was super helpful and so kind. He set up a walk out pick up order since I couldn’t go in the store due to covid. It went flawlessly and I got what I needed to treat the symptoms I’m having. 10/10 for customer service and just an overall amazing experience. Thanks for being there for the community.

Jason Comstock: As a loyal Whole Foods patron, I was reluctant to give this place a shot, but it was well worth it! You can't beat their ample protein bar selection, and I love their paleo/sugar-free bakery options in the cafe. I've also found that the friendly and knowledgeable staff go above and beyond in helping you find the best deals/discounts around the store (and there are a ton of discounts to be had). In a competitive grocery store market, Better Health does a great job of setting themselves apart. Big fan!
