Kimberly Laura: My daughter called for a flat, the driver showed up. He couldn't figure out how to release the spare. This company who say "offer roadside services to help get you out of any situation! "Our drivers are highly qualified, trained tech..." He left her on the side of a major highway at dusk. Everything Is Guchi: They told me they would be here in 45 min. It took nearly 3 hours. They didn’t update me or gave me an excuse until 2 1/2 hours passed. They were probably busy due the snow from the day before and the driver told me they had to clear up the road due to an accident that occurred (which took priority), but it was disappointing that they couldn’t update me on what’s going on or tell me to call someone since it was going to take a long time for them.

They showed up 2 hours late making my own schedule, my own time behind on everything. No one apologized and the driver excuse himself saying that he has nothing to do with it. And the customers service by the way... even worse.

Andrew: Recently woke up to an unfortunate flat tire at our apartment complex. We tried to change it our ourselves to no avail (lug nuts were over tightened). I made a call to Sakstrup (sister company of Brewer's) and they were very helpful and informative. They dispatched Ali from Brewers and he arrived within the hour to help. Ali did an incredible job. Bubblybyte: I recently got into a car accident that not only required a police report, but roadside clearing and towing. Both my passenger side air bags were deployed when the accident occurred making my car un-driveable. Kyle was the one who arrived on scene and he was amazing. He was very friendly, calm and nice. He took his time to explain the state of my car, what my options were, and gave me time to think before making a decision. Never did I feel like I was being rushed or forced into getting my car towed.He could tell I was flustered and shaken up after the accident so he made sure I was okay multiple times. Once I told him I would like my car towed, he made sure I was aware of every thing he was going to do, when he was going to do it, and what to expect once he was ready to tow my car. He did such an amazing job and I felt extremely safe with him and knew my car was safe with him.He even helped me understand the next steps I would probably have to take from here on out.10/10 I would recommend him. Thomas Kennings: I underestimated the snow today and went head on into the lamp post at the intersection next to their shop. Two guys rushed out from the shop to help direct traffic, check if I was leaking fluids, and push me on my way back on the road. I pulled off into the next parking lot and got a 4-wheel drive friend to drive me home. These guys did it out of kindness of heart and saved me from my own stupidity!

This roadside "assistance" company illegally towed my car from my apartment building parking lot, (which was empty) without notifying my landlord, while I was there (making it illegal). The towing wasn't even on record with the police. I wouldn't contract this company as they don't follow procedure unless you want to upset your tenants or customers. They also (illegally) only accept exact cash.They are extremely unprofessional and exploitative. They will make your life as worse as they possibly can and will stall at every step of the process so they can steal as much money from you as possible. Know you’re rights while working with them, unfortunately I now have to take legal action after the fact.

National towed her car moments after she arrived at a home because the car tires were touching the sidewalk, and charged $415 to release the car.There is an unwritten, unposted policy about tires touching the sidewalk in this trailer park that visitors have no way of knowing about. National uses this to take advantage of people unaware of the policy. This is the definition of a scam, or a hustle since the contract was agreed upon by both trailer park and towing company.It was a very quiet day, nobody was walking, there were no other cars parked nearby, not causing a problem for anyone. The actions taken by National cost my family $415, half a days wages for me and my wife while we sorted it out, and cancelled medical care for 3 patients she was unable to see since she no longer had access to her car.My wife has been a home care worker for almost 14 years and has NEVER run into the “tires touching sidewalk” rule before. TQT LLC: I had a Semi-truck towed in to our yard and they have broken upper fearing without even letting us know. So unprofessional but they are good to charge for $10 plus per mile. NEVER WILL USE THEM OR RECOMMED ANYONE TO USE THEM AT ALL.

Statewide was the only towing company that would send somebody out to help. The driver was all ready home with his family but came to my rescue. He was there within 35 minutes. Liz Morgan: The price was okay and they were fairly prompt. The person who answered the phone was great. However, the person who showed up to tow my car wore no mask during the entire interaction, including while I was in the car (wearing mine). While he was polite and otherwise helpful, he was coughing and spitting out the window for most of the drive. I wouldn't rule out going to them again, but only if I had no other options. Especially during a pandemic, I would expect the health and safety of both drivers and customers to be protected as best as possible.

In town from Missouri to move my daughter home, after a 8 hour drive I parked car behind her house for 5 minutes to run inside to grab permit and use the restroom, and when I came back out a random tow truck was waiting to tow car from my daughter’s apartment! Worker said no one called they just drive around and wait to tow people when down time to make money! He forced us to pay $150 even though the car was NOT lifted up!!! Charged for dropService and it was not raised!!!!

Shealy Nielsen: Horrible experience. Towed after not even being there for very long & with a tag. I came to pick up my car with a Spin from over a mile away and then had to wait over an hour in freezing for them even to come open the gates to my car because the building was locked and closed. After many calls, I was told that another tow was done before the truck even came to help me, despite that I was first in line. I barely even got money back for my wasted time, the office was horrible to work with. It was like having to solve a puzzle to get my car back. To top it off, it was $345 CASH, which is something extremely rare to carry on you, nevertheless a college student. This business is extremely shady and has jacked up prices compared to any other towing company in the area. No paper recipes provided, just a text. I have sent complaints to the landlords using this lot and plan to continue fighting this until I can get more money back or go to small claims. Dear landlords: choose Brewer next time.

Marissa Hazard: We were visiting a friend in Ann Arbor, made every attempt to park in visitor parking and due to unclear signage got our car towed even though we were directly next to visitor parking with at least 30-40 spots open for residents. Very predatory practice of towing and charging 345 dollars cash only, when their business website says they take all forms of payment. The driver didn’t even have a 5 dollar bill for change to give to my husband. I cannot imagine working for a company that tows peoples cars for such a outrageous amount of money (that is a weeks worth of pay for some people) . Didn’t even offer us a paper receipt for the transaction said they would take our phone number and text us the receipt. Such an absolute scam, shame on this company.
Kim H: We broke down two days ago on Pontiac trail in South Lyon. The tow truck driver explained to us that he could not take my boyfriend and I home, We told him that we live over an hour away. He called his boss, hello he agreed to take my partner and I home. Then he saw our dog which she was not hiding. And I totally told the car insurance that we had the dog and a trailer. The driver said there was no way to take the dog home. So, what we leave our dog there? Not happening. We had to leave our trailer and a stranger's house. So the dog and I had to walk. We live over an hour away. We ended up walking three and a half miles in a rainstorm until someone could pick us up. Here is irony of the story which is true, the driver was talking to my boyfriend on the way back to our house. He stated that he was so drunk the night before that he could not remember how he got home. So drunk that he had to look out the window to make sure that his motorcycle was home. So basically what they're telling us is that it's okay for one of your drivers to be driving around drunk off the clock or whatever. But it's not okay to take me and my dog safely home. I cannot believe how I was treated by this company, they are outstandingly disreputable and after reading other reviews, I think that the only reason they are still in business is because they make so much money from scamming people. I would give them negative stars if I could.

Oleg Nicolaev: This company is the worst predatory towing company in Ann Arbor/ Ypsilanti. I have visited a friend at his new apartment and my car was towed away in 2 hours. There are no clear signs in the parking lot with direction for visitor parking. Stadium Towing drivers know of the lack of signage very well and take full advantage of the situation. They drive around the property to spot any visitors who park there. It is the biggest scam. I picked up my car in about 2-3 hours after towing and payed $350. They towed it only 3 miles away and charged such a high fee. Don't give them your business. They are not working to help the residents of Ann Arbor, but working for profit crossing any ethical norms. Zack Vance: Loser lazy scam artists! Took the service to change a dually tire and knew the details beforehand but still took the job but were too lazy to change the tire because the lugnuts were big and that would require a little effort. The only reason they took the job was to take the money from roadside but to never show up. They kept the money regardless and now I'm dealing with my insurance company trying to get reimbursed because they never gave a refund for the no show. Make sure you research the tow company and give the company to your insurance agency instead of letting them pick one for you.Service:Tire change

Bri Cremonte: Very kind and professional. Had a horrible experience trying to call Brewer's Towing so I was honestly really nervous to call Fox Towing. They were so incredibly helpful and patient with me. The man I spoke with really kept it short and sweet and was even concerned about how long Varsity Ford might take fixing my car so he gave me great advice to check the different dealerships' turn around time so that I wouldn't be stuck without my car for too long. They even charged me less than what I had been quoted at Brewers. Will absolutely use them again if we need someone. Highly recommend.

Jaclyn Finnerty: I was in a car accident and Fox's Towing showed up within fifteen minutes of calling! I was shocked at how quickly they came out! Mark was extremely caring and comforting as I had my mom and dog in the vehicle also. The expressway was so backed up because of the accident it was going to take my brother forever to even get to us to take us all home. Mark loaded up my Jeep and had us hop in with him and had us put our dog on our lap so he wouldn't be by himself in the Jeep and took us to an exit where there was a gas station/subway so it was easier for my brother to get to us. When we got to Subway he jumped out of his truck and went in and got a cup of water for our dog and stayed with us until my brother got there to make sure we were okay. I couldn't have asked for a better towing company!

Luke Rogers was the driver and he was highly competent, thoughtful and showed tremendous patience in pulling the car to safety in such a way that provided minimal damage to the car, which was a true blessing to us. YOSHICITY2001: The tow truck driver caused about $500+ Worth of damage to my car by improperly taking the car off the tow truck and the company refused to work on an area of my car because it had been worked on previously. The materials needed to repair my car took about a month of hassling because of poor communication on their end. They also refused to pay for the labor and other slight damages. Rajab told me his ETA would be 30-40 minutes, I was very pleased when he arrived in 30 minutes. My fully-faired R1100RT had never let me down nor been towed before; I wasn't sure how he'd handle it, but he assured me he'd moved lots of bikes and not to worry. Brandon Linville: Driver showed up with requested flatbed and proceeded to tell me that my towing job was not completely covered by insurance. He then proceeded to suggest "special measures" needed to be taken in order to guarantee the car would get on the flatbed safety and without damage. These "special measures" would not be covered by my insurance company and I would have to pay out of pocket. I pressed him to describe the special measures and it turned out to be a couple of 2x4 boards to get the lower car on the trailer. It seemed very sly and dishonest as he had nothing in writing, seemed to be making stuff up on the fly. He then blamed our insurance company for not dispatching the correct truck. We called the insurance the next day and they read us the exact note that was left for the company. "Tilting flat bed needed. 2009 Corvette Z06. Low car." The towing company is supposed to be the professional and should always get the vehicle on safely. This should never be an extra charge. Consumers beware. I denied the service and was very unhappy with the company. Very unprofessional, felt like I was speaking with a con artist. As I researched the company, it seems to be built on fake reviews, as the driver (Mohammed) left one on the facebook and google reviews, and the company responds as if he were a customer.
