Emily Rouse: I have used u Hauls before and I swear they never have everything you reserve. I ordered two dollies and they had 0. After complaining they gave me the party warehouse's dolly. Truck was clean and easy to drive
Katherine Lawrence: After renting U-Hauls in the past from other locations, I'm so glad that I tried out this U-Haul shop that is inside the Wolverine Party Store. They have lots of vehicles, and the staff is both helpful and friendly. A big improvement from my prior experiences, and I'd highly recommend coming here if you need a moving truck!

Laura Tills: I rent all my U-Haul trucks from this location as well as storage. Staff is very clear about policies and fees, and they even let you keep the rental at no charge if they are closed (sundays). Last time I forgot to replace the gas I used, the staff called me and said I could come back to avoid the extra fuel charges ($34!). I could not be more pleased with the service I have received.
Xao Ming: Needed a cargo van for a quick move. Employee was very knowledgable and explained everything I needed to know. They specifically state that they will charge cleaning fee if van not in same condition when I arrive, as I was worried when I read other reviews. Van was clean no problems, no fees.
Rula Issa: Completely useless. Terrible service. Why is she even getting paid ?
Shiba Sundar Dandpat: This U-haul location doesn't even deserve a star. Dealers provide misleading informations, totally unfriendly and charge unnecessary fees (one of them is cleaning fee) without any information. Prefer any other U-haul service nearby if necessary but not this one.
Tejas Navaratna: I recommend staying away from this branch for UHaul rentals, because they will try their best to get the extra money however they can especially from students. I returned the truck in the same condition as I received it and they will find any reason to charge cleaning fees. This has been a common complaint (see the UHaul site listing for this shop) and I don't see them changing anytime soon.
James Wei: worst experience ever.I felt like been offended by the store's indian staff. The store used to be very friendly and feels comfortable to shop there. With this experience, I will never use it again.

Jessica Stowers: Good service just a little slow and unprepared. Rental services seem to be well maintained. Uhaul was good although the process was lengthy.

Jake Mariani: Was informed that my pickup at 8am would be ready. When I showed up to the building around 810am there was no one on-site. All doors to the building were locked. All trucks in the lot untouched. Tried contacting the local office number and it rang continuously to no avail. Contacted Penske Customer Service and even they were confused as to why no one was at the building, since the building states it should be open at 7am. Still waiting for word and availability on my truck reservation. Unbelievable that reservations are handled this way and no one is on-site an hour after they claim to be open.

Mandy Wong: My husband and I reserved a 16 foot truck to be picked up at 7:30AM of June 12, 2019. When we got there at 7:30AM, no employee was there to open the shop. There were 3 additional customers waiting with us. 30 minutes later, no employee showed up. It is absolutely frustrating to tell us to come by at 7:30AM to pick up the truck when no one was there. We ended up calling customer service with other customers to see what is going on. Even customer service wasn't able to locate the person in charge. Another employee from another Penske location had to come check on this location to make sure things are okay yet they cannot help us check out a truck.I do not recommend working with this store. If your store hours say that you open at 7:30AM, you better be there starting your work hours at 7:30AM. This store location is incompetent. You do not make customers wait for than 45 minutes. Penske was able to get us another truck at a separate location that was already opened.

Emily Lefferts: We reserved a moving truck weeks ago for our cross country move. We thought all was fine, until we arrived 90 whole minutes after our reservation started (when they opened, at 8 this morning). Because we got there at 9:30, they had already given our truck to someone else, reservation be damned. There was no warning at the time we made our reservation, and nothing in the confirmation email that indicated that we'd be screwed out of a truck if we didn't literally beat the staff to the building.Their justification is that it's the busiest moving week of the year and we weren't there right when the reservation started. Even so, can you imagine if you arrived at a hotel 90 minutes after the office opened to find they gave the room you reserved ahead of time to someone else? That would never happen (or, more appropriately, it would only happen at a really crappy hotel). Luckily for us UHaul had a similar truck available, so we've taken our business to them and won't be left completely high and dry. Thanks for the extra stress that we totally needed the day before a major move, Penske!

Shannon Renaud: I put in a last minute reservation for a truck rental. They called me to let me know they had the rental ready early. It is a small place, but that meant there was no wait for help. I was in and out quickly and everyone was friendly and professional. I will definitely consider this rental location again.
Adam Rosenscruggs: We reserved a truck online only to show up and be told that they don't actually have that truck and that the online system "doesn't work". Then, we got charged a $75 no-show fee for the truck we tried to rent but couldn't, and I'm having to jump through a bunch of hoops to get my money refunded.U-Haul folks up at Wolverine Party Shoppe saved the day for us, I'd recommend calling them up before trying Budget.

To answer the phone, hold the call, and come back 3 min. later to say the mgr is not here. (Liar!!! You knew before you answered whether he was there or not!) I asked him his name? (Dave) Oh! I just spoke to you the other day and clearly you said "I am the manager!" The games you play & the lies say.So now I go on with my concern as he studdars and don't recall his remarks of the fleet of trucks Budget rents. But Dave was fully aware of my issue at hand, an unsafe and hazardous truck to rent let alone to drive. I have to wait till my contract closes out before anything can be done. This call was to verify he seen and noticed the issue and he denied it!!Poor customer service! I won't rent from this location again let alone Budget! This is what Budget stands for and put up with!
BENJAMIN WHEELER: Good pricing on rental trucks jus very difficult to find there location. They have no signs out by road to let you know they are there.
Chris: Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I rented from this location twice now. The second time while dropping off the vehicle, the attendant didn’t even check the mileage of the truck and charged me $35 when I know I never went over mileage. I also filled up the gas tank. He didn’t ask for my name or want to see any receipt. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. I’m furious I ever chose to use them. When I called to ask what the descrepency was, I was sent to some call center and a lady in another country asked for my name three times. Then she hung up!Please trust me. Don’t use this location.
L &J: Good service and good prices. Online coupons keep prices below UHaul and trucks are a bit bigger. Ask for Dave!
Bill “Bill” Keilitz: Nothing major, just a few minor issues. No cruise control. The cab is not a separate enclosure from the box so it is pretty noisy. I wish the radio had bluetooth so I could play my own music.Truck did what it was supposed to, move stuff from Point A to Point B.
