Justin DiNatale: HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Mike is a true expert at his craft. I had him install a Reese 5th airborne sidewinder kingpin on my old 2000 fifth wheel. We ran into a couple hurdles because my fifth wheel is so old and most mechanics would have simply said sorry this isn’t compatible. Mike was patient and creative and fabricated a way to make it all work. I was super impressed how calm he was through the challenges he encountered and how he managed to overcome them. I feel like Mike is a rare find and will definitely be keeping his number for any mechanical needs in the future. Philip Zoldak: I called Mike to help me with my RV brake repair on a used RV that i bought. He took his time to do a thorough inspection and recommended a total brake service. He was able to do the work incrementally over the course of 2 months in my driveway which was fine because i wasnt in a huge rush and i could get other work done on the RV house portion at the same time. michael macdonald: Angel on the InterstateMy 35 foot rig, with an exhaust pipe dangling inches from the pavement and a damaged drivetrain, was about to lay down and die (all consequential to an ice-hardened snowbank refusing to give way when the rig clipped it in jam-packed rush hour traffic with NO shoulder nor suitable exit available). My family called “the mechanic without limits, borders or conditions” the rig doctor of Michigan, Michael Gilmore. This polite and well-spoken truck medic showed up. The weather could not have been nastier but Gilmore was not deterred and set about to repair the damaged rig. His diagnostic explanations were articulate and instructive and even offered solid advice. He was our best Christmas gift! I cannot praise this man enough; he cared for us while we were down for repairs bringing a heater and good cheer. Bad things may have darkened our holiday; Michael would not let that happen. Donna Genyk: James is the absolute best person I have ever taken my trailer to for it's annual service and tune up. He was able to "speak my language" and explain exactly what needed to be done and why. I have never found communication when getting my trailer serviced to be very easy, often getting different staff each visit, so James's open, clear, detailed style of communication makes the whole experience an A++ for me! He puts aside not only time to evaluate your trailer needs, but also to discuss all the details with you. He was also able to prioritize essential tasks, things that could improve the functioning of the trailer but were non essential, and suggest quick easy and cheap fixes to things that bothered me about the trailer. IHe gave detailed estimates which he then come in under. I will go back to him yearly, in fact I would drive quite far to do so. I cannot recommend Vector Services, Inc highly enough!

Matthew Lang: So glad I found this hidden gem. I was looking for someone to repack the bearings and inspect the brakes on my camper trailer and got that and then some. Like they say; "you don't know what you don't know," and I knew a lot less than I thought. I left a more informed and responsible RV owner/driver, and for that I'm grateful to James, the owner and master tech. James is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and approaches each job like an engineer. Safety is his utmost concern and he approaches repairs and inspections from that standpoint. Ovidiu Adam: James did a great job on the trailer, servicing the bearings and replacing the springs. This was not easy, because a small trailer needs very soft springs, and he did invest the time and effort to find the right parts. I highly recommend Vector Services for any trailer job.

I had been putting off taking my trailer in for service due to the inconvenience of having to take time off work to take it to a shop and then not being able to use my trailer while it was at the shop. Then I found Vector Services. Having them come to my house to work on my trailer was a game changer. And on top of the convenience factor they were also professional, courteous and did an excellent job on both the repairs and routine maintenance. I feel much safer hauling my horses knowing everything on my trailer is now working correctly.

Instead of leaving my trailer at the service center for weeks, they came to my barn, did a complete annual service, showed me the parts that needed to be replaced, and finished the job the same day. He also took the time to inspect the entire trailer and fixed a couple other minor issues that I hadn't noticed. The tech was friendly and answered all my questions.
