Ryan Chrysler: Do not have your bikes services here!!!! I recommend TC Motersports!!!These guys lie cheat and steal to get business then treat you like your the problem and threaten to not release you vehicle back. Worst experience I've ever had. Their service manager didn't even know how to start a sport bike 😕 that should've been my first red flag to not leave my bike with them. They did a full diagnostic of the charging system and battery and said there was a draw somewhere but it would take too much time and money into diagnosing. Mind you it's a naked bike with no extras. Now it is a '99 so parts are hard to find but that hasn't been a problem and they've charged me for parts I never received. Changed all my fluids and gasgets now I have leaks that I've never had before and they tell me it's not leaking at all. Huh, silly me must be imagining the oil stains on my pristine garage floor. Do not take your bikes here for service!!!!

Justin lyons: If you could give higher than a 5-star, or attach tips to reviews, I would. Joe truly went above and beyond. I went in looking for my first bike. Little to 0 knowledge of bikes at all, Joe taught me about every bike I was interested it. He truly listened to what I wanted, and gave me all the guidance I needed. I bought my FTR the very next day. When I went to pick up after hours, the battery was dead. At 8pm I called to let him know about it. He dropped everything on a Saturday night, without asking, and was there in 20 minutes to get me a jump. He stayed behind and spend over an hour teaching me how to ride this bike, so I would get it home safely. Absolutely stunning service. You really can't find that anymore

Chris Mays: Highly recommend. I found my 2009 Kawasaki Concourse on CycleTrader. I have never bought a vehicle by not actually seeing it in person. Scotty Zee was very helpful, courteous and extremely patient. There was a lot of texting back and forth answered every question I had right away. He helped me through the whole process. Not once did I ever get attitude from Scotty. Always “yes Sir” and “you’re welcome”.When it came time for the bike to be be picked up the transport company said they would be there at 5, they close at 5, they were a half hour late! Scotty stayed and waited for them. That is going above and beyond! I’m sure, understandably, he wanted to be done with this deal and out of the shop.I’m happy with the bike and had a great experience.

Super reasonable, answered all my questions very directly, and was genuinely friendly. I came here for a new Suzuki. I did my homework, and knew what I wanted to pay. The price I was offered was less than I planned on bargaining for. I was shocked.Carl was able to get me the bike I wanted super fast (the first sv650x in Michigan) by talking to Suzuki, and has continued to be extremely accommodating with getting me parts for this bike and my others. All prices are less than what I'm used to paying, and labor cost is extremely fair.I spoke with their technician once as well in his shop. He is very experienced, keeps a clean work environment and does fantastic work. The aftermarket accessories he installed for me look like they're factory fitted.All in all, it is apparent that this newer dealership is committed to making lifetime customers through great service and reasonable prices, rather than making a quick buck off someone once. I will continue to exclusively come here as long as I live in the area.
