I felt strongly enough about our dissatisfaction to repost the following:We used Wooden Dream Homes/Log Home Outfitters to purchase material for our home addition. Unfortunately our experience was very negative. The first shipment of material was outsourced and incorrectly manufactured, the replacement material was late and delayed construction, and almost all material required modification by our contractor due to poor construction. When we addressed these concerns with our sales rep, we felt as though we received very poor customer service from the corporate office. Ultimately no actions were taken to rectify our concerns other than a meeting that concluded with WDH/LHO "understanding" we were unhappy, but stating "sometimes that's just how it works out."In the end we left feeling dissatisfied and taken advantage of. I would not recommend working with or purchasing material from WDH/LHO.

Bob Pyles: We recently did a home renovation using trusses, beams and tongue & groove wood planking. The product is new wood 100% solid pine made to look rustic. It's absolutely beautiful! Tim and Chris were extremely helpful through the entire process of helping us with what would look best, ordering everything needed and then offered their expertise and knowledge on how to install it all. I should also mention their great customer service. This was a DIY project for us and we are so happy to say it turned out amazing. Pictures to follow. We plan to use them in the future for our pool and outdoor surrounding area.

Daniel Slater: I met up with one of their sales reps at a home show and agreed that I would send him a copy of my house plans so that he could get me a quote. I sent the plans to him and did not get a quote. So I emailed him two more times without any response...... He could have at least told me that he wasn't interested in my job.

3point Specialist: They have to place stickers on each piece of wood before they unload very slow process please do the stickers on your time not the drivers time we don't get paid to sit.
