Hiag Avsharian: A+ First Class facility AND Management. I have been a member for the shared office space and now a temporary office with both experiences being more than worth the cost. Dave does a great job managing everything and is always has a "can do" spirit to help in any way he can.

Logan McLeod: I had the opportunity to office out of Office Evolution from May to Dec 2022 & I have to say it's an amazing facility. You're surrounded by entrepreneur's from all walks of life, friendly, collaborative folks, ample access to meeting rooms and common areas, it's very quiet for actual work. Some of the perks, like Cold Brew Coffee on tap are over the top! Dave and his team do a wonderful job & given the opportunity, I'll definitely be back!

Soosmita Sinha: Love love love the staff and the space. Always felt like I was among friends. My first exposure was attending a meeting for an organization I volunteer with in Ann Arbor. Dave was a warm and hospitable host and we formed an instant connection talking about the artwork from local artist that he displays in the common spaces. Fast forward months later I just had my artist reception there this past Saturday. Words can't describe the commitment of everyone who came forward to contribute to the event in every shape or form right from providing drinks, food, gift baskets, helping with logistics, and just being there to support me. A special shout out to Jen who is just awesome and Dave, Carol and Dan. When I finally make a living off my art I will definitely rent a co-working space there :0) Jokes apart, if you are looking for a space that will let you grow and give you a sense of community look no further than OE Ann Arbor.

Chris Yu: Had a great experience renting out the small conference room for the day. Amenities were great. WiFi worked well and we had no issues connecting laptops to the TV. The space was very clean and had a nice selection of outlet options. The kitchen area with teas, coffees, and nitro coffee on tap was a really nice feature. Melissa was very friendly and welcoming - She even gave me a full tour because I was curious to check out the other spaces. Small things that made a big difference were not having to search for parking as there is a big parking lot right outside the building and having several food options within a ~2 minute walk. Would definitely recommend to others!

Jason Rogers: Great offices. Dave and all the staff are super nice and helpful. I was at O.E. for two years and enjoyed every minute of it. O.E. was determined to be "essential" at the beginning of the SARS-CoV-2 outbreaks so they never shut down. When we started going back to offices during that time, Dave was well-prepared to service our needs. I would absolutely choose O.E. again if I was in need of office space. The co-working spaces are nice as well, but I spent my time in a private office. The FREE PARKING is also a huge bonus.

The working space options, technology, equipment and amenities available allow me to focus solely on getting my work done. My office mates are innovative and seem like entrepeneurs at heart, which further facilitates a productive and stimulating work environment that I have not experienced before. It is affordable, the office manager is very responsive, and working there has been a very positive adventure!

Pete Shanahan: This is a great place to hold or host a meeting. The receptionist was more than helpful and we get along .ore accomplished out of the office.
Thomas miller: We keep canceling services but they show back up and get extended. Office manager assured us it would be fixed but it never was. Online attempts at a solution just get some canned response that doesn't fix anything.

Grace Su Ming: Nice space for events! Has large garage door to allow for air flow. Has a stage with sound system and screen and protector
Akira Kashiwagura: Greeted by a super friendly barista at this airy and pleasant coffee shop. Was bummed that they were out of matcha the day we visited but we enjoyed the decor and vibes of the store. Selections of baked goods and pastries were limited to some muffins, a quiche, and a scone; wished there were croissants visible or available. Ordered a small cold brew and it was well balanced and refreshing!
Ariana Ross: Awesome place! Delicious coffee, jalapeño cornbread was on point. Love the decor and comfy seating area! The Cahoots staff is super friendly and made some great suggestions of what else to check out in the area. Overall great place to catch a bite and a coffee, interesting unique items to choose from and a very pleasant atmosphere. Cool to know they have an event space too!Thanks for the great coffee guys!

Charlie Andrews: I've been working from Cahoots for about five months and absolutely love the entrepreneurial bug in the atmosphere here. Everyone seems to be working hard on realizing the future in their own peculiar way.The desk rental rates are fair, the space is bright and open, and the gym is well equipped. Heck, they usually even have a service where they'll wash your gym clothes so that they're ready the next day.I'd definitely recommend Cahoots to anyone in the Ann Arbor area who's frustrated with the work-from-home monotony.

Tom J: I'm a new client of the Regus office in Novi. Set up auto pay, invoice received a month and a half before my lease actual starts no problem until I was hit for a late fee on my "autopay" account for non-payment (within 2 weeks). Basically they said they will charge me a late fee ever month "automatically" if I didn't go in a click the pay button for my first invoice which for some reason they can't accept through "autopay". With most companies that you start a new relationship with would have found a middle with resolution on the issue however their position was that sucks but you still have to "manually click the pay button on the first invoice or we will continue to "autopay" late fees on the account. Looking forward to working with this not so great staff. This was never resolved. Can't wait until my lease is up.
