Robert Rodriguez: Owner Brad, with Advanced Water Treatment was once my go to. Now his business and workers have gone to complete garbage and lost the big picture on taking care of his customers. Falsifying quotes, very poor installation, pushing updates, manipulating current equipment to be pressured into buying newer. Got a quote on a fiberglass tank but during install they installed a metal one which was cheaper in price but was not changed or stated in final billing. Installer pushed on a new softener as well that didn't need to be replaced. Installer didn't connect our main feeds to the softener correctly so when it went through its re-gen at 3am it sprayed water inside my utility closet until 630, when I awoke to a water spraying sound. Also didn't connect the discharge hoses in the drain tube and was left laying outside softener to discharge on ground. Called and sent a video of the water soaking my drywall in the utility closet and Brad said he was in his way. (630am) 3pm Brad finally shows up and fixes leaking problem, but now my softener miraculous doesn't work anymore. He left a dehumidifier saying he'll be back in 5 days to pick up and replace soaked disintegrating drywall and add rpf board (August 29). Now it's the end of November and still no Brad and have mold in my utility closet. DONT DO BUISNESS WITH ADVANCED WATER TREATMENT!!!!!

I looked up other companies and found Advanced water treatment. I am so glad I did, I called looking for a second opinion on our setup. Jay came out and come to find out our system had not been setup properly and was not actually working. Jay fixed it and answered all of our questions. Girish Mudigonda: They sold me a new wet unit and the invoice clearly states as ‘softener part new’, but installed a 10 year old unit. I only came to know about it by chance when their sales guy visited for a follow up. They initially misquoted the price for the wet unit but said they would still honor it as it was a mistake on their end, but ended up installing a 10 year old unit without any communication. Now I am not even sure if the rest of unit is new, is there a way to confirm?I tried calling the sales guy who sold me the unit, but he just keeps redirecting me. There are plenty of others in the business, avoid set if you can as there is no guarantee you are getting what you are paying for.Their service technicians are great though, just terrible sales and management.Update: Brad, the owner called this morning and replaced the entire unit with a new one, he sent details from the manufacturer too confirming the same.

Mark go our well pressure tank swapped out quickly, was very professional, left the area clean, and took the time to check our system to make sure it was running properly before he left. Brad Dotson: Mark came out to do the initial assessment. He looked over my softener system, took apart some of the top head and examined the buildup inside. Then he tested the well water pre-softener to determine what system components he would recommend and left me a comprehensive quote.I scheduled to have Advanced come out and install the new system (replaced softener and added an iron filter) the following week. Steve came out to the installation, removed the old softener, moved over the existing salt I had in the brine tank to the new one, and got the new system online. He was excellent and answered all of my questions.I would definitely recommend Advanced Water Treatment.

Leeza Paprocki: The communication has been unprofessional and has cost us time and money because the sales representative misrepresented the services provided and acted like the mistake was mine when we asked for clarification multiple times for this issue. We agreed to the purchase with the understanding that a service was part of the "standard installation".He repeated multiple times that this service was completely standard, performed in every installation, but when I inquired about it after we already signed the financing papers, we were told that it was only standard for one specific optional service they provide that we were not purchasing. The representative's response to lying to us about this was to text me (not call) with a short shrug that basically accused me of misunderstanding when the fault was 100% his misrepresentation. Extremely disappointed, I will not recommend this provider, and I will absolutely not be using AWT for any more if my water servicing.

Previously I had lived in an area with city water where chlorine was my problem. I wasn’t used to the iron in the water, nor the rotten egg smell I’ve had here. Within a week they assessed my problem and had a new water cleaning and softening system hooked up. Having clean water is priceless, but having someone explain why I had the problem I did, and walk me through the solution is worth even more.

A week or two later, he and Spencer came and installed the majority of our system. Unfortunately, there were a few snags that prevented them from finishing it that day, and we scheduled a followup. Spencer and Michelle came to the followup appointment.On both days, they did a really great job. Good work installing everything, warned us about some problems with the way existing system had been installed, and then fixed them at the followup. They made every effort to be clean and considerate. I would gladly hire them again.
