R C: We just needed water filters for our system he installed or where to buy them. Can't get an answer and have been calling, texting and leaving messages numerous times. Also same thing last time when we needed filters last year. Does not return calls or texts. Absolute terrible customer service.

Laura Greenleaf: Highly recommend. Our water softener went out and the amount of iron and smell coming from our water, we never thought it would be good again. Mike came out within a day and Dylon installed our system a couple days later. Wonderful job, our soft water is back and no smell. We will be calling them again for a osmosis system. We highly recommend Highflow !!!

She has excellent knowledge of water concerns and explained things to me in a way that I could understand. She didn't try to oversell me, recommending exactly what we needed for our home, but also gave us options to choose from. Deb and Mike came out to our house a few days later and installed our system. During the install, they noticed some issues in my existing plumbing and fixed it (at no extra charge) just to be sure that things worked for me for years! The work performed was done quickly and professionally, now we have soft water and love it! I would recommend to anyone that needs quality work, done well! I've already recommended Deb and Mike to my neighbor.

Annie D'Agostino: We recently had CGC Water Treatment install a Kinetico whole-house dechlorination system. We are very happy with the results from this system and the transition to dechlorinated softened water was seamless. No more chlorine smell in our water and no more dry itchy skin from the shower. The CGC installers, Geof and Ryan, were very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and efficient. As they explained how the system works, they answered all of our questions and encouraged us to contact CGC at any time if we had further questions. We would definitely recommend CGC and this Kinetico system!

CGC is an experienced, professional organization that has served me well for over 23 years.
Brian G Higgins: Edd did a great job showing us the benefits of Kinetico, again, as our original water softener system was Kinetico when we first purchased the house. We also bought the reverse osmosis system this time too and are enjoying the fresh clean water from that. Edd stopped by again after installation just to make all went well and tested the water again. They provide excellent customer service, and a top quality water system, which is why we went with them again.

Claudia Voit: Is it possible to give zero stars? I purchased drain equipment for my residential home. Initially they gave me a hard time with the delivery. I ended up having to go out with my neighbor to unload. I suppose because it’s an industrial or commercial company one must have a contractor on the other end to unload? I’m not sure but we ended up having to do it ourselves because we are doing this project ourselves. That was not the main problem.We had some items to return and we’ve been waiting for a check for months at this point. Rich, the manager (?) was extremely rude to my sister and I as we returned a metal grate and silt collection bag that goes in the drain. The total was not a huge amount, either way, Rich was not easy to deal with.One could even see that the guys that work for Core & Main do not seem to be very happy working with Rich. It was a tense environment the short time we were there. The gentleman at the counter told us that we had to wait for a refund check in the mail. 4 months later we are still waiting. I called and spoke with Rich again and he was horrible on the phone.For my next residential build I WILL NOT be using Core & Main.

Brian Sanders: Terrible customer service! Had the great displeasure of dealing with Rich who acted like he hated everyone including himself. He did not even smile. Very defensive. Even got more defensive and acted like we were an inconvenience when we gave the wrong fitting size and commented he had to delete the entire order to start all over again! Will not do business here again.
