Ryan Burkholder: Have had years of terrible service with A2. From the beginning I have been trying to get services I've paid for from the start. Twice I have had to pay for upgrades to get services offered in the original service package. Never has service been reliable and A2 support often makes changes without asking and that cause trouble.A2 support is undertrained and makes mistakes that appear incompetent. Every VPS host I have with them started with blacklisted IP addresses. I have lost customers because of A2's lousy service quality and poorly trained support staff.It costs a great deal to move my customers to another host so I have been trying to get A2 to provide the service the sold me. No luck.Avoid this host!

Greg M: Overall the service is good, I migrated my NodeJS app from Heroku and went through a few hurdles which is expected as they are different hosting providers.On the last few blocks I have contacted the 'guru' team who advised me that I haven't got enough memory to compile the 'build'. They also mentioned that I would be able to do it with pricier plan.I ignored it and logged in to my server through ssh and successfully ran the build command. It turns out that the cpanel terminal doesn't handle that much transaction, not the server nor the plan.I'm a bit upset that I was advised to upgrade my plan from £15 a month to something more expensive when my plan was good enough.It was only that one interaction which was negative, the rest of the guru team is fantastic.

Diego Carvalho: I was a customer of another provider for a few years and every time I tried to get in touch or had a problem with my pages it was a pain. I decided to switch to A2 Hosting and have been satisfied ever since. This year I renewed my tri-annual plan and, in addition to the careful customer service, I would like to highlight the speed of the servers. I never had problems with sites down or slow to open again. If you get a good price promotion, don't think twice and join the A2 Hosting team. You won't regret it... I hope that in three years I'll get a promotion to renew for another three as well. :)
Janko Kosi: They promise 99% uptime and tell everyone how reliable their servers are. Well the servers my websites are using have been down now for the third day and still no fix. A2 apologises and says they are working on it, but what kind of company needs 3 days to fix this?? They are costing us thousands of dollars in lost clients and destroyed SEO rankings. Go elsewhere if you don't want to hurt your business. We have some sites on siteground and the speed is 3x faster and never had any downtime problems.
