Sent me products overnight as a secondary order.Be careful ordering from them - Items supposed to be shipped Express but after waiting 3 days for the order, we asked them and they responded:"It appears your package was accidentally shipped Ground."Interestingly, their website ordering states that they are not shipping Ground due to delays.

Ra Htr: A month ago, I switched to Ann Ann Arbor Pharmacy from one of the large chain pharmacies. My old pharmacy’s service had been on a downward spiral long before Covid hit. In the almost three years since lockdown, their behavior towards customers also declined. One day the proverbial straw landed. And I hit the internet for the numbers of other pharmacies near me. Ann Arbor Pharmacy was at the top of the list.I called and was literally stunned speechless, when a real person answered the phone. That phone call began the process of getting a new pharmacy. Unbeknownst to me, it took weeks for them to get everything from my old pharmacy.What I saw in those weeks, were my scripts being filled, and delivered to my door, before I thought to have them filled.It’s a nice change to have my pharmacist know my name. And it’s kind of wild to experience in today’s times, the personable services, my grandmother use to talk about getting in her day.
Chelsea O'Hayer: I am obsessed with Ann Arbor Pharmacy! I started going here because they had Covid Vaccines but now I’m transitioning my stuff over to them because they are SO NICE and caring. Another review mentioned that this place is like the Cheers bar - I’m not kidding it literally is like that!! Nicest and most knowledgeable people ever. Also they do pet prescriptions! Just go here!

We started working with them because they were always our best shot at getting in for COVID vaccines, but we stayed because the level of care they put into each customer's case is so plainly obvious. They've helped me navigate the atrocity that is our health care system to find the right medicines and equipment that my insurance will cover, and when they don't have it on-site (which is ridiculously rare given that it's not all that big a store!), they are somehow able to get it there within 24 hours, usually same day.I get the sense that everyone there is so committed to their customers that they understand my medical needs better than my primary care doctor but with the difference that they're willing to take the time to work through the medical system to actually get me what I need.Thank you Ziad and team for showing why it is so important to support your local independent businesses instead of the big chains - CVS and Walgreens should feel embarrassed!

But handling your supplements, medications, CBD oils & more for you and your loved ones doesn't have to be.-If the CHEERS bar (where everybody knows your name) had a pharmacy, this would be it.-If your online gaming group had a pharmacy, this would be it.-If your quarterly girl's night group had a pharmacy, this would be it.-If your favorite aunt who knew everything about everyone and liked to save you money had a pharmacy, this would be it.After being burnt one too many times by corporate chain pharmacies (Rx denied, but oh well, it's not our problem to find out why, you go back and forth with them), I started looking around and found this pharmacy.Insert Aladdin *A Whole New World music here.Pharmacist Z and his team know your name.They work to make sure you understand everything about your meds, and also know the ins & outs of how to pay the best price!Not only THAT, I've gotten so used to the price gouging of pharmacies that my Home Goods-style browsing amongst the aisles here has always kept me finding something new (check out the skin care and gifts, just saying)!And if you are caring for a loved one - the AM/PM blister packs are a God send!I can't rave enough about this place.Get in here.

The big chain pharmacy couldn't help, but Ann Arbor Pharmacy kept an eye out for it and when it came back in stock the pharmacist called to let me know it was in and that he was ordering several months' supply. I am so grateful they were willing to spend the extra time to keep tracking this for me and get it in right away when it was available. So grateful to have found this and will be a loyal customer!

Rosemary Riksen: This pharmacy bailed me out of a very bad experience with Wedgewood pet Pharmacy and I had my compounded prescription for my dog Sophie the next day. I should mention we live on the other side of the state and the script was shipped to me before she ran out of her meds. Sophie is a 70 pound, 13 year old Shepard/Husky mix and with Clark’s help, she will be around for a few more healthy years. The world needs more dedicated pharmacists like Clark’s!!

Nick: Staff are always rude. Once or twice I can understand, it happens, but constantly? it's not acceptable. For anyone who thinks they have a monopoly on compounding pharmacies, there are other options. Masks are also hit and miss. I was behind someone in line who was describing having Covid symptoms and neither them or the pharmacist had a mask on. You guys prescribe medications to people with a whole host of medical problems, I would think you'd be more cautious and show more concern for your customers. If you can wear wear hazmat like suits to compound prescriptions then shouldn't masks be mandatory too for sanitary/safety reasons? Not only for Covid but for other viruses and bacteria.
Porter Street: Amy constantly interrupted and spoke over me when I called. Couldn’t get a word in until I told her to stop and then acted like a child and wouldn’t speak for a while after I was done. Looking for another pharmacy.
Kathie Zastrow: The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They went out of there way to ask if I needed helped & also helped me pick out an appropriate sunscreen in addition to the compounding Rx which brought me to Clark’s. Dr Karen Plymel sees patients at this facility which is EXTREMELY convenient for us who live in northern Ohio. Would definitely recommend and we will continue to use Clarks for our prescriptions and supplement needs.GREAT JOB -keep it up !

Mike Blommer: Went to the pharmacy both COVID & flu shot, with an appointment. They had all the paperwork done, insurance processed, and I only had to sign two sheets of paper.The pharmacist showed me the bottles of the vaccines so I knew what was going in each arm. That was a first, and appreciated.
Jim Miller: The pharmacy's staff is great. They're highly professional and pleasant to interact with on any issues.

R Joseph: Outstanding service with Becca ( Rebecca) I needed extra help finding a product for my cat's. Becca was able to handle answering the phone. She handled all the customers who stopped her along the way as she tried to show me where the item was on the shelf. She is an outstanding employee. This is the best customer experience I've had in retail in years! Excellent service from Becca. I highly recommend shopping at this CVS.Also, this is my favorite place for perscriptions. Always ready and on-time. Once a medication was so expensive the pharmacist helped me find a cheaper place for it.I get all my regular perscriptions filled here. Excellent service.

Ali Fleih: A+ pharmacy. The CVS Pharmacy branch on S. State Street is an excellent place to fill your prescriptions. The staff are welcoming and helpful, and they make sure you get the best possible service. The store is always clean and organized, and the pharmacists are knowledgeable and efficient. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my prescriptions, and the prices are fair. The MinuteClinic on the second floor is also a great resource for quick and convenient medical care. Finally, the store is conveniently located near many other shops and restaurants, so you can easily make a day of it. I highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone in the area! They helped me out a lot and made my day, and one way to show my gratitude is by this review.
outlying data point: Second time I made an appointment online second time I show up at State Street store and they don’t see me on their calendar so somebody’s lying or something is really messed up I am no longer going to CVS for anything zero hello Walgreens

Paul: Had a work emergency (healthcare related) at the time of my scheduled TB test read...I called to see if the clinic could accommodate within the 48-72 hour time frame and they were unable to see me unless it was a scheduled appointment. A TB test takes about 15 seconds.
Max Herzog: I mean it's a CVS. It does in a pinch but if you are expecting great deals and awesome service why are you at CVS? Things are pretty overpriced, but again - it does in a pinch. With the Target now next door I imagine myself visiting this place less and less.

Emily Daum: Not the best customer service. Brought disposable cameras in to be developed and was told that I will be notified when they're ready in the next 2 weeks. One month later, no answer. I email them and get no response. Another month passes by with no response or update on the status so I call them. When I called them, I was told that "they don't notify when orders are in" when I was specifically told that they do. Then when he checked for my order, they said that the photos could not be located. This took 3 months after I brought the cameras in.

Rob Murphy: The absolute worst! Run, don't walk away from this pharmacy. Two days to fill a script, filled it wrong twice and then said we had to pick it up someplace else but WOULD NOT TELL US WHERE. Now insurance wont let us get it fill someplace else. Meanwhile my kid just keeps getting worse!!!!
