Also left contrasted streaks and white spots (probably remaining cleaner) on our siding that we had to hose off ourselves. Multiple areas on siding that still have dirt and webs. Also paid for the gutters to be cleaned and left fresh dirt on the outside of the gutters and piles of dirt on our back steps. Overall did get the green off our siding but awful quality for what we paid and were quoted.

Mark Schroeder: Found a window divider missing after the window and screen cleaning was done. Tao , the new owner, said it wasn’t his fault and it was missing when they washed the windows. We showed him a photo of the window showing the divider was there. He’s denied it and called us a liar. And to think I was referring business to them!To follow up, we called, and then sent a text asking about this missing divider, the response was - why you asking now, my payment is due, again, this via text. No other response, no return phone call. Had used this company for years and didn’t have a problem until the new owner Tao bought the business. But there’s other glass and gutter cleaners companies , one of which we just used on my parents house who are just as good and competitive in pricing ! I looked for 5 star review on google which lead me to a company I couldn't reach by phone, a company that only did frame replacement and a company that tried to up-sale me on tempered glass which would be on back order and might have to wait until after the holidays. Every place I contacted was cordial and I can see how they earned 4-5 stars.

Bertha: Bar Windows have streaks of soap especially when sun is on themThe men used the tap by the side of the house and used the hose to wash the top windows. They trampled on the grass and left a huge paddle of mud destroying the grass(Mr. Santos you are welcome to come and see). Then threw the hose nozzle in the grass far from where they found it instead of returning it where they found it attached.I have bush plants by 3 windows. The men stated they cleaned them until they were challenged to come inside to see the still dirty window, then they obliged but still insisted they cleaned the front windows which they didn't but all these were charged.Talked to Mr. Santos who came and cleaned the front windows but ALSO didn't clean the side windows NEITHER did he offer to reimburse or clean garage windows instead of the three windows that were NEVER cleaned.As nice as Mr. Santos was I wouldn't use this company again and also they never disclosed that the bay widows were a $25/window to clean and these are small "bay"windows which was not previously disclosed. Always inform customer first.
Harper Marie: I highly recommend Atlantic Window Repair. They just replaced broken sash cords in 8 windows in my 70-year old house. I no longer have to prop these windows open. Game changer! Owner Ian Benjebara and his crew performed high quality work for me at an extremely reasonable price, far less expensive than the cost of buying replacement windows.

On both occasions, S & J responded to my calls promptly and was able to schedule a service call within 24 hours (important now in thunderstorm season). The workers were punctual, polite, and professional. They got right to work and finished our fairly large house in less than an hour for what I thought was a very reasonable price. They packaged and disposed of all debris in the gutters (mostly shingle gravel), rewound the hoses neatly, replaced all gutter guards, and left our yard with no evidence that they had even been there. And most importantly, our gutters and downspouts handled a thunderstorm the following night with none of the overflow that had prompted our initial call. I will use them again for any problem or for routine cleaning.
Stephen Keat: We used S&J because they were recommended by friends. They did a good job on cleaning our siding and windows, but damaged our deck and broke an exterior light because they used excessive water pressure. When the owner came to give us an estimate, I showed him where the deck railings had been painted and he said they would use low pressure to avoid damage. When I sent him photos of the damage, he said that the paint was old and refused to take responsibility. We will not use them again.

Kathy York: I've been using this company for years and have nothing but great things to say about them. They always call me back and come when they say they'll be here. They do a great job. Last year, I requested a redo of one large picture window that still seemed dirty. I appreciate that the present owner (son of the previous) came back immediately and rewashed the window. It turns out the seal had broken and moisture had gotten between the panes, so it wasn't dirt, but a moisture film, I was seeing.

It was roughly half the amount quoted by another well-known company. I accepted his quotation (with enthusiasm) and booked the appointment well in advance, since two other companies I contacted were already booked up a month in advance. Todd appeared on the day of my appointment and did all the work I requested. He is detail-oriented, hard-working, very pleasant and willing to please. The siding on the front of my home had a lot of grooves in it and dirt had collected that I thought would be tough to clean out. Todd had no problem as he had all the right equipment. My windows and siding are sparkling and I will have Todd back next year for sure!
