I had chrome bumpers that I absolutely hated so I reached out to Eric and crew at A2 Customs after another company told me that you cannot wrap chrome...after doing my research and speaking with A2 I made the decision to move forward with wrapping my bumpers and couldn't be happier. They were fast and the quality of work that came out of that shop is simply amazing and cannot be compared to anyone else. DonnaLeegolfho57: I bought my 2023 Tesla Y long range in the beginning of December, so I immediately took it to A2 customs in Ann Arbor, Michigan to get paint protection on the front end of my car. (The part that gets the worst beating from the roads).Eric Carpenter the proprietor was excellent. He guided me as to which product I should use. I had another one in mind but he convinced me to use Hexis brand which he told me had a lifetime guarantee they didn’t spend a ton of money on marketing and was an equally good or better product than the one I thought I wanted. The building and place of business was super nice and clean. Everything was clearly explained, they do a lot of Tesla’s there which made me feel confident with them. It is winter here in Michigan so he recommended me leave the car overnight so they can put it under the lights to make sure it took really well. When I picked up my car, it looked great. I couldn’t even see where it was put on which is a great sign (from everything I read a good job is a job that you can’t see ), I would definitely recommend A2 Customs to anyone who wants to protect their vehicle. Eric will give you what you want and need ,he does not try to upsell you and he’s very honest when you ask him questions, his price was great, and I love the lifetime guarantee. Norman Riley: Struggled a bit initially with the A2 price but am willing pay more for excellent work. I didn’t want to gamble with inferior product and installation elsewhere even at half price. A2 did not disappoint. Premium 3M film with flawless install. I’ve had numerous cars with tinted windows and there has always been random bubbles or trapped dust but A2 had none. Install did not require the entire time allotted for the appointment. Shop is unassuming from the outside but is very professional and well equipped with specialized lighting for film installation. Appointments are scheduled well in advance so be aware of the lead time although is probably seasonal. Nice text service for appointment reminders and confirmation. I decided to take a 4th car there recently, not sure if they sold the Biz or just the customer service depleted over the years. I walked in at opening and told a guy name Ali, I need my windows tinted all 5.I was quoted over the phone $240. He sai yes yes. I specified I jave no appointment, but can schedule one if his busy, he said not busy but leave it all day. I said no I can't leave it all Day, but can come back. Raison why I didn't want a rush job in between other cars. I stated ,I was a retuning customer, and had good reviews for them on Google, and things went south from there. Ali replied they don't car about google, or what people say on there, with a rude tone, then said he doesn't own Google. He continued, his business model goes from words of mouth. I replied ok. Then he says you leave car, I said non, at this point I was reconsidering do I really want to do business with a guy who doesn't care about reviews? He said he can schedule me now, I said non I will call you. He also did call someone on cell to confirm the quote I gave him. Customers aren't king here so proceed at your own risks.

Staff provided details on different grades and darkness of tint with sample boards. I was also provided with cleaning and maintenance instructions after installation. I dropped off vehicle for scheduled appointment and it was finished exactly on time. I'm positively surprised how much heat the ceramic tint reflects.
