Paul Wilson: I have been making wine for 27 years. The wine concentrate does not taste the same. The Cab taste like Merlot or something. The Blackberry taste like nothing. Poor customer service. Do not recommend any more. Won’t buy anything again from them. It hurts me to say this about them but it’s true.

Joe Vittling: Gone Downhill. I have been ordering from this place for years. Now there is a chance you will receive wine concentrate that is not sealed (no plastic retaining/locking ring on the half-gallon container). In fact, the non-sealed APPLE that showed up even leaked all throughout the box that contained the rest of my order. The guy that runs it thought an appropriate response to this would be to send a small pint of apple to make up for this, even though my main complaint was receiving a container that didn't have a seal/lock on it. The small pint he sent also leaked throughout its shipping box. Sad direction this company is going.
