Stacy Marie: Great service, great conversation, great wine - BUT when we received our bill for the glasses of wine and bottles to go, we noticed that we were charged 12 dollars a piece for a charcuterie board that we didn’t order and thought was complimentary. It was a complete shock and for the three crackers, tiny cheese, and dried cranberries that again we did NOT ask for but it was slipped in front of us as our glasses were placed.We were going to come back and order a case…..needless to say, we won’t be going back at all after that. I’m so disappointed in what I feel was someone taking advantage of the situation. Had it not been for that - 5 stars.

We drove over an hour to have her birthday dinner in Ann Arbor because she is hoping to attend U of M Law school next year and we wanted to see the area. Her Aunt and Uncle live out of state and ordered a special bottle of wine for her to pick up to surprise her. My son went in with her to film her giving her ID and getting her gift. She is a great great kid and has no interest in drinking but was excited . She came out in tears! Her original driver's license had her original home address , the paperwork work had her Lansing address. She even asked Secretary of State about this and they said she wouldn't have a problem. She follows rules to a T ! The man at the counter grabbed the ID stared at it for minutes said No , won't work! Then he said " order is canceled " my son was filming. She tried to talk to the man, he was horrible. ORDER CANCELED!!She came to the car upset. I went in and explained the situation, I also called the people giving the gift to explain. They weren't allowed to pay over phone and too late to reorder.ORDER CANCELED!!The sales person was rude! I said it's her 21 st birthday, He said " I NOTICED "We understand he has strict protecal but it was ridiculous how rude he was. The worst customer service I've ever encountered

Nope Nope: Overpriced tourist stuff.That said, it’s pretty good overpriced tourist stuff. The kids love the gummies and other candies, we like the jams and regular dried cherries for eating out of hand.It’s pricey, you could get similar for cheaper at local grocers, but it’s all pretty good.

John Couperthwaite: This place has so much of what makes Michigan great! All of their products are delicious and they have great samples on rotation. I loved the medium cherry salsa and the late harvest reisling. I was so glad i could try the wines before making a decision, but they are all amazing! Dakota was especially helpful with all of our questions and shipped our gifts to share with friends in New Jersey. Their flatrate shipping is unbeatable. This is our new go-to spot for sharing Pure Michigan with our friends!

K R: Samples are greatIf you live in Michigan cherries might be a part of life. This chain store has several locations and always has samples available. There are sweets to try, I sampled the dark chocolate cherry, my favorite. I also tried the white chocolate covered cherry, it was sweeter than I'd like.The guest service was great. Some locations do cherry wine tasting if you're of age. If you prefer saltiness, you can try a pretzel dipped in cherry salsa or cherry BBQ sauce.

Drew Hunt: Awesome store! Being from out of state it was fun to see a whole store dedicated to a staple food here. The free samples we’re really fun giving you a taste of several of their delicious foods. The Cherry Root Beer is fantastic and reasonably priced for a specialty food. The staff were all really helpful. Beautiful store with fun atmosphere and a wide product selection! In my opinion easily the coolest store on the street!

Richard Riley: We aren't from the area but get our here 1-3 times a year, and often make time to detour to Cherry Republic when we do. The staff is delightful, the store is lovely, and the various cherry treats/products are mostly excellent. They offer tasting stations for several of their products as well, including several of their wines, jams, and salsas. I definitely recommend stopping in when you're in the area.

Ben Roos: Everyday Wines is a pretty ironic name because they carry wines that you do not see everyday in the United States. When I came to Ann Arbor I did not expect to find relatively obscure wines that you might only find in the big US import hubs (SF, NYC, etc.): things like orange Georgian Rkatsiteli, Greek Retsina, Hungarian Tokaji, and funky natural wines from all over Europe.While this collection is not that deep - you might only have 1-2 options for a particular varietal or region - EW curates their breadth well, ensuring that there is a great wine you'll love in whatever budget you have. The staff is very helpful in navigating their inventory, whether you're a new wine drinker or an experienced connoisseur.

The woman who answered was so apologetic and kind, and without any prompting on my part she offered to drive over the missing bottles when they closed. She hand delivered them to my front door! Sarah Stedman: The customer service is not great, I was ignored the whole time I wandered the shop, and for a few minutes as I was standing in front of the register, until I told the people on staff that I was ready to check out and was met with a snarky, "we'll be with you in a minute". Many of the wines did not have information cards, either, so it was very difficult to find what I was looking for. I'm very disappointed with the service I received here.

Nathan Merrill: Used to be a huge fan. I have near every store pick available on my whiskey shelf. I had stopped in once every week or two and spent hundreds of dollars at this store. But it is going to be really hard to support a store that would be so rude to customers for no reason.I went in because I follow the store on social media and they posted that Goose Island bourbon county stouts and variations were available. When I asked someone behind the counter about the beer they walked over to a box and handed me a 2020 bottle. I told them I have that version and was more interested in the 2021 or variations. He then proceeded to argue with me and tried to falsely explain to me that 2020 is the new release. I showed him the post on facebook and he just got annoyed with me and grabbed someone else from the back who would know more. The person from the back came up clearly annoyed. It is in no way MY fault that other people don't know about what is being sold and posted to social media. After getting the 2021 I asked about the other variations and he said only 1 per customer. I said well my wife is here, can she buy one, and he said no you came together, only 1 bottle per group. And he just walked away from me after that. It said NOTHING about 1 per person in the facebook post nor anywhere in the store. I was trying to buy a bottle of another variation. I wasn't trying to buy a case or something crazy. We went to multiple stores after that offered 1 bottle of each variation to each of us if we wanted. Moreover they were able to help us find what we were looking for without being rude and treating me like I am inconveniencing them for trying to buy from their store. We were both completely speechless when we walked out of the store. It would be one thing if it was some random place we were stopping. We have been there dozens of times and were never treated so poorly.

We really enjoyed the brunch cocktails, the food was plentiful and excellent, and the service was top notch!There were many dishes on the table, but I really liked the pork belly benedict. Robert Haas: On Wednesday April 19, 2023, in partnership with the Canadian consulate, Vinology featured a wine/food event: "Oyster Bliss: Stro;;, Shuck, & Sip". Combining the characteristics of a walk-around wine tasting with food served buffet style, the event highlighted 7 Atlantic Canadian oysters on the half shell, along with numerous dishes mostly featuring oysters. Along with the exquisite dishes, appropriate wines and beers (many from Canada), and the overall enticing theme, the always attentive and professional staff at Vinology made this event an overwhelming success. The staff and management at Vinology are to be commended for the promotion, organization, implementation & execution that was classy, efficient, educational, delicious, and fun! Bravo!!

Alex Hall: One of my favorite brunch spots in Ann Arbor. Also one of the few restaurants that will take reservations for brunch. Very nice if you have a group of six or more which can make walk up a challenge. The fried chicken Benedict is delicious along with the chicken and waffles sandwich. Dinner here is also delicious with a great wine selection.Parking: No dedicated parking. You have to park on the street or a nearby garage.
