Julia Crampsie: About a month ago I had a printing emergency when another local print shop overcharged me and failed to deliver a quality print job. I called Copycat Printing in a panic, and probably not making much sense (this was also my first time having something professionally printed), so I asked them to print a booklet that I needed for the next day... I knew it was probably a crazy and inconsiderate request. Despite my panic and general lack of understanding of my request, they patiently helped me and talked me through the process. Ultimately they provided me with a higher quality booklet than the original print shop, with plenty of time to spare before my event, and for a FRACTION OF THE PRICE. I feel terrible that it took me so long to write this review but I can't speak highly enough of this print shop. Thank you again for all your help and patience!!

Aubrey Jackson: I came into the stapels store #0448 on Mack in grosse pointe at 10am today. I place 2 orders of same day business cards in the amount of 250 per order. I came back at 1:40 pm and my cards were not ready. It is now 3:46 pm and I'm still sitting g here I the store. NO ONE has given me a update on what's going on with my cards. Kayla Eschenburg: Came in today just before noon to take a package to the UPS drop off. After I was going to buy some paper but couldn’t find the type I was looking for. As we were walking out we overheard you asking each other if someone was watching us and stating that my fiancé would never work in an office. These were extremely rude and disrespectful accusations. I was previously a loyal customer and have enough money to buy more than you think I was stealing as I am a hardworking individual who BUYS what they own. I will never step foot in your store again. As for the young male and female who were working in the “customer service” area, you really need to work on your customer service.

I went today, frustrated & nearly in tears, because I got an external hard drive from another store and it was needlessly complicated and not working at all with my computer. One of the employees got me a hard drive that did the same things, but was easy to use, didn't require a password (??) and was compatible with my computer.
