KD: My first exposure to acupuncture was due to a bell’s palsy diagnosis. I visited Mike within the first week of diagnosis and was amazed to see improvement after the first visit. I was already seeing a fertility clinic and had multiple failed medicated cycles and 1 failed IUI attempt prior to seeing Mike. Sandra Baker: l saw Mike years ago after my hip replacement surgery and had a problem with my thigh cramping upwhen I walked. After 3 sessions I was back to pain free walking. I don't know why I didn't think tosee Mike first after I hurt my shoulder in July. I tried everything including PT with no relief. Nicole Driskell: Highly recommend. I was skeptical at first but was recommended him by my PCP. I have had amazing results with my chronic health issue. I went to being on 6 meds (and many side effects) and still having major pain... to not taking any type of maintenance medications and have had 3 attacks in 2 years (which is much better than the 2 attacks a day and always in pain, unable to take pain meds). Life changing results.I was also had skydiving accident and tore both of my MCLs. Since I am unable to take pain medication because of my stomach issues (makes my pain 1,000 times worse and gives me pancreatitis) I was miserable. Marino squeezed me in and made a world of difference.

Jennifer Goyette: I would give a zero if I could. I went for acupuncture as a last resort for my back pain since physical therapy had not worked. I was mistaken thinking it would either help , do nothing or possibly exacerbate my current symptoms. I was so WRONG , I now have a brand NEW issue. So PLEASE DON'T make the same mistake I did. I found a PT who is resolving my original back issue but now I have a new acupuncture issue. I have spent YEARS with back pain and now that I have FINALLY found someone who is helping; I have a new pain from acupuncture. Don't make the same mistake I did, acupuncture CAN give you a NEW problem ☹UPDATE :I came back to this review since in all fairness, although it took over a month, a whole lot of pain and a fall from the terrible pain of the acupuncture damage, I am glad to report it has healed.

Timothy Howse: AMAZING acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist! I went to see Marino because I had challenges with tooth sensitivity and excessive sweating. I talked to several different acupuncturists in the area, but Marino was, by far, the most helpful and knowledgeable one that I spoke to. When I visited his office, I was absolutely blown away by his understanding of how the body can heal itself and how the different body's systems work together. He also knows the exact questions to ask to understand what's happening in your body.He doesn't just prescribe "cookie cutter" treatments to health problems you might have that focus on the symptom, rather than treating the root cause. He seeks to understand WHY certain health problems are occurring in your body, in great detail. He is by far one of the most knowledgeable / helpful medical professionals I've ever worked with.I've been working with him for several months now and have noticed a definite decrease in sweating. I have also noticed improved mental clarity, concentration & focus, as well as decreasing inflammation that I was experiencing in my jaw.I cannot recommend him highly enough.

cherie c: This is more than acupuncture. It is life changing. Matt uses A.R.T. before and/or after the needles. It is a type of massage that involves active relief technique. Somehow Matt can apply pressure and movement and make pain immediately disappear. He asks for feedback and movement to see if muscles and nerves have released, if headache went away, etc. I have scoliosis, degenerative disc disease, arthritis. A chiropractor once told me that my neck is “so jacked up” he wouldn’t touch it. Matt is the first and only person who has provided consistent relief. I’ve seen pain docs, had nerve block injections, physical therapy and so much more. Matt has been the best of all of them. Highly recommend.

I don't want to say crippling anxiety, but it was enough to have me in the doctors office pretty regularly, not being able to breathe and regular panic episodes. I refuse to take anxiety meds to band-aid things and no matter what I did, I just couldn't shake it so I decided I'll give Acupuncture a try.Enter Matt....I can HONESTLY say that his guy has changed my life! I know that's easy to read and dismiss, but it's the truth. He is a real cool, easy going guy that shoots you straight and he is AMAZING at his craft. He's not there to sell himself to you or lock you in to never ending visits. He knows that his work speaks for itself and it truly does! After 3-4 sessions using Acupuncture, ART and Cupping, I asked him when I should come back and he said "You've been very receptive to the treatments, you came in with an open mind, gave it a true chance and have responded greatly. I would just say, if you start to feel things grabbing onto you again, give me a call and we will get you back in here." Life has been completely different for me since. And oh, he also fixed my mess of a right shoulder during those 3-4 sessions. The guy is just top shelf and I go back now just for the occasional therapy of it all. As the other reviewer said, your best investment is your health and Matt is worth every dime!

John Hambrick: Matt is one of a kind! I fortunately found him on Groupon. I had major neck surgery and had very little range of motion. I also was still in a lot of pain. Matt told me he could help me but I was pretty locked up. He suggested that I come once a week for a while so I did. Actually it was a little over 3 months. Not only is my range of motion back but I am also pain free!! That was 41/2 years ago! I didn’t need additional surgery ( which was suggested by another neurosurgeon) Matt uses Accupunture and a technique called ART (active release therapy) he is a true master of his craft!!! The best investment you can make is in your health and Matt is truly worth every dime!!

I thought I might feel the benefits of the colonic slowly, but the very next morning I woke up with energy and a clear head for the first time in almost 2 years. I initially saw him for colon irrigation, something I've always wanted to try - loved it! He gave me a book to read on the subject that really opened my eyes. Now I recommend it to everyone! I've also had a mysterious unproductive cough for about a year; my family doctor couldn't figure out the cause. Dr. Brink suggested a 30-day vegan detox cleanse and sold me a great little recipe book, too. He also gave me some very effective herbal supplements and, after two weeks, my cough is 90% gone and at the age of 57, I've never felt better.My wife suffered a massive cranial aneurysm in Jan, 2021, which blinded her in one eye, caused balance and gait issues, and some moderate cognitive confusion. She was hospitalized for a month, and subsequently developed an aggravating and painful case of pudendal neuralgia, which severely limited her ability to bend over and even put on her shoes. We spent thousands of dollars on expensive, out-of-network, cutting edge treatment which helped some, but not much. They were full with appointments, but they would fit me in as best as they could as soon as I could get there. I loved the care I was given. Because of his care, I am looking for a new doctor back in my home state to provide me the same level of care and support.
