Reecha Bahl: Do not trust this business. I had windows installed from them 2 years ago and they do not stand by Their work or their word. When I had a problem I spoke to their representative who had no problem telling me all they could do before they received my check. Once this was cashed they did not stand by Their word and attempted to charge more and more. I'm sorry to say that even though they have been in business for many years whoever is running the company now allows dishonest employees with horrible unresponsive customer service. Choose another company if you can! Interestingly one of their 5 google reviews for their other location is actually from their employee Steve sleeper - no wonder it was 5 stars - unbelievable!
James Connelly (ConnellyPhoto): Do not trust Pullum for anything. The windows that i bought form them are defective. They said they can not honor the guarantee they gave me because the window company that made the windows nearly a month after i had them installed pullum said. but they could have known that they were selling me an unsupported product .. Pullum is telling me they will not back the guarantee they sold me ... They do not stand behind the products they sell or install ... If you want to get riped off by all means hire Pullum Oh i have had other problems but i will not list those at the moment. | They said they could give me a QUOTE on how much to replace the defective windows they sold me ... oh how nice .. wonder if they will give me a 50 year guarantee like they did the first time

ideisf: don't know who answered the phone there, but they were not helpful or respectful. This is a first time experience for me with this window manufacturer. I don't want to knock there craftsmanship of windows because some dude there was on his rag. I will post a review of the windows after I inspect and install them. I most likely will never deal with this manufacturer in the future nor will I recommend them to friends and customers.

Jai Hamm: After getting estimates from numerous companies, I chose Taylor Made which was a good choice. My windows got in earlier than expected (a month early) so they actually had to wait on my schedule and they were good about that. When the day arrived for install, I received a call apologizing saying they were going to be late and would be there at noon. The crew did arrive at noon and got to work. They were professional, courteous, were careful of surroundings and left everything clean. They replaced 3 windows and a sliding door and were done in a couple hours. Word Writer: I placed an order for a storm door back in Nov 2022. I was told that my door had to be ordered from the manufacturer and they should have it by Dec. 31 and would then call me for an install date. It is now March and I have yet to receive a call. I have called multiples times and spoke to an elderly lady (Lucy) who seems to have an attitude everytime I ask for an update. Today when I called, she told me that its on backorder...and then promptly hung up on me. TERRIBLE SERVICE.Update: I spoke with Stacy and she was able to provide an actual update on my order. I got my door installed after all but I would never do business with them again. The process took entirely too long and Lucy's (lady who answers the phone) attitude and tone were huge turn offs. Bradley Leyten: Had them install my windows this past summer. Every person that came to my house was professional and friendly. The installers were very efficient and did a fantastic job. The windows look great and function perfectly. They slide smooth and are easy to remove from the inside when cleaning. My house had the original aluminum frame windows from 1969, they replaced them with zero issues for a fair price. I'll definitely be using them again for future projects. Highly recommend!

Larry Stone: After several years and many projects working this company ( all excellent experiences) something BROKE. On 7/29/22 I provided them an approx. size estimate for a new picture window on a new property I just acquired. Got the quote, gave the deposit and was promised a 9-29-22 installation date. Several months later, multiple calls, multiple broken promises and they still haven’t come out to MEASURE the window, let alone start the manufacturing process or schedule installation! All this for a house that’s less than 15 minutes from their store! When I finally gave up, called a different company and not only had them come out within two days to estimate it, they measured it ON THE SPOT! What a day and night experience. When I called to cancel due to this unacceptable level of customer service, I received a phone call back within 30 minutes from the owner, Bill Henderson, threatening me not to complain! He told me I can only praise a company when they do good but must keep it to myself when they do bad, really? I was in business for several decades and always tried to treat my customers with respect. Pleasant view Windows used to be my “ go to” for all my, and my associates window needs. Not anymore. Mr. Henderson told me if I dared complained, never even think about using his company again. On that we can agree on.
Dan Jarvis: They lied to me about having a door installer and took a deposit on doors when they did NOT have a door installer. Shame on them.
Dale Zarnick: No warranty service. I have been trying to get my door wall repaired for eight weeks. They have set appointments and not showed up multiple times. They do not return calls. I will be filing a lawsuit Tuesday

Markos Gerges: Great company, they are very responsive and have great communication. Their windows and installation are of highest quality. In my last rehab the windows took this small property in warren to a different level. The people there are also very nice and the fact that they’re backed up shouldn’t impact their rating in anyway.
