Apple Somerset: what do users think?
Margaret TenElshof: Amazing service. The representative, who’s name I’m forgetting, was timely and helped walk me through a specific process. She made pleasant conversation while waiting for me and I did not feel rushed. I felt very valued as a customer.
David Sayah: I stopped by today for a pickup. The store is very expansive and well organized. The associates are always very helpful, friendly and suggestive. My pickup took about ten minutes, I was checked in by someone, waited at the pickup area for a few minutes, had someone come check my ID, waited another minute or so and the last associate came over with my items. The store emits good energy, my favorite Apple location in MI.
b.e. b.e.: Good
Dennis Lynn: Representative was very helpful and patient. It was a breeze in scheduling an appointment online and receiving attention right away. Rep was very detailed in how iPhone battery was going to be replaced and cost. Dropped off phone, had lunch at mall, walked around stores, then in about 1.5 hours returned to Apple and phone was ready for pickup. Great customer service! Thank you.
AuntBee: Took my sons phone to this apple store to fix a speaker, was told it would take about 2 1/2 hours, fine we walked the mall and what not, however upon receiving what we thought was his phone, it was not his phone, they had to replace the entire phone because they said they indeed couldn't fix it, was also told we had to take the new phone to t-mobile to have it activated and that we would have to pay to have a new screen protector put on and was handed the old screen protector cracked. In my opinion I believe they broke the phone and that's why it had to be completely replaced, which lead us having to search for a t-mobile store and getting everything squared away, unnecessary foot work and wasted time, we won't be going back to the Apple store at Somerset Mall, if he has any further issues we will be going to the one at Partridge Creek, hopefully they have better techs to eliminate any unnecessary problems in the future. Even the t-mobile employee said they have many complaints from customers regarding The Apple Store at Somerset Mall.
Mk1: Okay service. Not the services you would expect from an apple expert 🙄
russel Khan: This store sells phone that are stolrn snd refurbished, they're very nice when u buying but try coming for help if have phone issues, sorry we have nothing to do that is their answer, stay away buy from your carrier.
Kevin Mooney: I got a new iPhone and the whole process took about 5 minutes! What I find even more impressive is that I only had to decline AppleCare 4 times before they stopped asking me and I was expecting at least 7 times!
Aaron Schultz: Products are good, but service is meh. They are helpful super helpful until you start declining extra assessories and other extras you dont want/need.
Wade Scott: They were very helpful.
abdul wadud: Bad customer service.
Cathy Hou: Bad service, only cheat people’s money, no warranty for any time with warranty
Al Al: Gerald was one the best employees I’ve ever meet in my life not only just in Apple but just as person in general he was so helpful and selfless. We waited hours on customer service to end up not getting anywhere but he was still smiling with hope and was willing to try again but over all one of the best humans I’ve met and if you guys need help or trying to buy anything no one is better than Gerald
Ray Karim: So what happened I was about to ask a girl how to fix my apple watch she just ignored me and start taking to other people!!!
Sanjay Bahura: Very cooperative staff members.
sj: took my phone to the back unlocked without clear reason for a considerable amount of time. and no solution to my problem
wingwaxed 5: Very good service and people
Aaron Kiefer: Quick in and out to pick up my online order.
stavro abed (yologamer): Thieves! They took my money and time, then i still ended up buying a whole new phone. DO NOT COME HERE NO MATTER WHAT! I feel like this was racially involved too. Go shop somewhere else. So rude.
BigSteph: Nice people
Santosh Kalshetti: Ordered online. Picked up from store in Somerset. Very quick service.

Apple Twelve Oaks: what do users think?
Anna Bug: Navid was very helpful and friendly. The blonde manager let me know they were clapping a manager out so it was going to get loud for a second, which was very considerate. The employees are always kind at this location. It definitely helps to make sure your AppleCare subscription is active before coming in.
Lisa Steward: Too slow. Too many appointments booked at the same time
John Randall: I would like to give a shout out to the Apple Store from saving my father from scammers! He was about to purchase a gift card in a very large amount! They informed him NO. They saved my dad and he didn’t lose any of his money! Thank you, we are faithful customers for life. You are a blessing to us!
Frederick Kneuss: Purchased 2 iPhones (1-SE) and (1-13) on December 4, 2022 from the Spectrum store in Fenton as Apple decided no one north of I-96 is worth having business with. Matches Samsung and Google I guess. Today, May 15, 2023 the SE-3 dies. We go to the spectrum store and they inform us to go to the Apple Store nearly 40 miles away where construction makes travel a nightmare. I make a call to make sure they have a replacement as this is a five month old phone under warranty. Of course I get the privilege of an AI answer the phone. It sends me to sales. I explain “EXACTLY” the situation … simply put… “do you have a phone to exchange?” The sales person tells me I need to speak to someone in support and transfers me. The support person answers. I explain the entire “EXACT” situation to the support person who says he is not at the store and has no idea if they have a phone. The support informs me he can transfer me to the store. He says this as I am looking at the store phone number on my phone as I was transferred by the store. I remind the support person of the transfer from the store and he asks if I still have the store phone number. 🤪I now realize I have entered the TWILIGHT ZONE. 🙈Realizing the transfer might create an integral inside a derivative, I declined. So the person at the Spectrum store called this Apple Store on my behalf searching for some kind of intelligence. None was found. Apparently they are not allowed to say whether or not they have any phone in stock. It’s a secret 🤫I understand the possibility of conflict, that a phone may be sold before I could drive there. However, since this would be a warranty claim, the device identification number could be given to have it set aside to do the exchange. Apparently that would be too much common sense. Perhaps there is an honesty or security problem between Spectrum and Apple. That would be scary since I have Apple phones and Spectrum cell service. My ancient Samsung Galaxy S-8 I had for many years never ever had this kind of issue. It simply worked. The conversation with Apple tech was right up there with the “who’s on first” comedy routine by Abbott & Costello. That commedy🤣 was for entertainment. This was not. Not really sure if this is just lack of education, lack of knowledge or just a big middle finger to people that need Apple to fulfill a warranty. Perhaps all three. Or maybe it’s just making the fulfilling of an obligation under warranty as difficult to the customer as humanly possible. Never planned to go to an Apple Store since they abandoned northerners years ago but like getting AirPods in a giant box full of plastic bubble rap, we will have to add to the environmental pollution and use of precious resources and hope they have a phone. It’s a secret. 👌It’s just not helpful.
Fred Shamon: Michael was very knowledgeable and friendly
Olivia Nicole: The ppl are extremely rude and made me very uncomfortable, I will never come here again ever, I’ve never had such a bad retail experience
Theo Solo: Garbage customer service par for the course for Apple, go with service provider insurance for devices, Apple care + is easily junk by every measure compared to Verizon device coverage described by to me by the knowledgeable and friendly associate at the hometown Verizon store.
Melissa Marter: This store and employees do not disappoint! I have never been to an Apple Store before or bought from Apple directly before, but I will definitely do so in future!I walked in and was immediately helped by Andrew answering my questions about my current refurbished iPhone 11 and comparing it to an iPhone 13 mini. He then sent me to Michael to do some testing on my iPhone 11 to see what the cause of the issues were and to see what the trade in value would be.I do not like pushy sales people at all, and both Michael and Andrew were very good about asking what I wanted and just telling me the information when I asked a question without pushing anything. I appreciated having clear cut answers and silent time to think and process the information, despite the store being pretty busy.I ended up trading in my iPhone 11 in store and purchased the iPhone 13 mini. Michael was so patient helping me navigate setting up service on my new iPhone, switching to an eSim card, and getting all my old apps logged into and working like brand new!Michael deserves 5 stars for his amazing customer service and multitasking capabilities- he was serving both myself and an older gentleman simultaneously, without either of us feeling neglected.
Julia Akaah: If I could I give a zero I would. There is no reason if I want to just purchase a watch strap I am set at a table waiting for 20 min while there are 5 people in green apple employee shirts just talking to each other. I left. My time is precious and they just lost an in store purchase opportunity.
Donna Iding: Always helpful and knowledgeable
O.S. Newson: We went to the APPPLE STORE and it is TOP NOTCH! Staff and product availability.
Dennis Decker: Great service, friendly staff! Andrew was extremely helpful!
Loyd Gitari: Much bigger than my local Ann Arbor Apple store.
Claudia Jones: Busy but they provide great service.
Aura p: I went to upgrade my old iPad 6th gen (base model) upgraded to an iPad Air. Note to anyone update the iCloud before you take it in xD 3 hours! It took three hours to try and switch my account to the new air because I hadn’t updated in years. Thank you to all that were patient with me. Yaz, Andrew and I knew I should have wrote the other names down you all were so nice and oh so very patient thank you! -Margo
Brooke Lawrence: Natalia is the best she helped me set up my phone and get back into my Apple ID after I locked myself out and saved me a trip to Verizon.
Jaclyn DeRoch: Lots of people were in the store but everyone was being helped and surprisingly got in and out fast.
lisa lyles: They took care of the problem.
Andrew Thompson: Was helped by Logan today who was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable about everything we chatted about. All around pleasant experience.
WallE B: I was very excited to buy my first I phone. Once I purchased I was not very pleased with the results. I tried texting a friend and random, zesty messages started to send. I would not recommend an IPhone unless, you would like to lose a few friends.
Orlando Cook: After years of frustration with android and Google and Samsung, we finally found relief. Apple is the way to goBeautiful store with incredible customer service. Avery went above and beyond to help me Had a rather unique challenge and rather then pushing me off resolved my issue by recommending transferring my data through the move to iOS everything turned out great I was super nervous because it was my first iPhone but I am satisfied and love my iPhone 14

Apple Partridge Creek: what do users think?
Midge St onge: Wish it didn't have the brick pavers, hard to use my walker there
Tom Pletcher: I love this store. Great service. Totally awesome products. They took of my needs. A bonus was seeing my cousins their shopping. Completely satisfied.
Rob Pippin: This place is absolutely terrible. If I ever conducted business like this, I would be out of a job I go in yesterday. I had appointment at 6:45. I don’t get seen until 730 when there’s only five people in the store for them to tell me that my battery is expanding and they won’t be able to make the repair because they close in a half an hour so when I come back today, drop my phone off and wait two hours to go back in for them to tell me that they forgot to have me sign so they can work on my phone so that I have to wait another This place is absolutely terrible.
Katie Foster: Linda did a great job taking care of my laptop.
Ronald Diebel: Best mall ever.
Woody Oraha: This location is a lot better than it used to be . You wait less and you get service faster and finely there nerds are smart . 😃
Cheryl Cattane: I wanted to put one of the phones on my line on it’s own Apple ID. The wait time was decent. The technician was very knowledgeable. Explaining each step of-the process as she worked. And it was fast and easy. If I need an Apple Store again I will return to this one
Дима Бруньковский: Отличный магазин
Jenna Sakofske: Today is Wednesday march 29th 2023. I think it was Pam who helped me with my devices and multiple issues today and she was very helpful .
Tyler Shores: I've definitely lost count of the number of different Apple Stores I've visited over the years, but I think this was probably the best of the entire bunch.Every single person there was friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent communication on everything.I had some issues right out of the box with the machine that I purchased, but they all handled things terrifically in spite of the challenges.Great store experience, I'd give them a perfect 100 out of 100 score.
Alania Jobe: Dj, KY are the bested. Came in for my daughter's iPhone and they resolved the issue within no time.
Debbie Stallings: I had an appointment this morning. The guy didn’t fixed my problem but changed every setting on my phone. I’ve been trying to get it back to the way I had it all day. I wish he would of fixed my problem. Now I have to waste 2 more hours to go back so they can fix it!
Mary Jo Mathisen: Nick did a great job diagnosing and correcting the problem with my HomePod. He was also very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Nick!
Tyler Finney: I came to this store in December for a repair on my AirPods, I made sure to get a diagnostics ran and they got cleaned 2 times, when I came then they were super helpful and told me they could repair them but it would take 45 minutes, I wasn’t able to get them repaired cause I had a flight an hour later so I asked if I could come back in another time and they told me I could anytime before my warranty expires, I came in today to get them repaired and was told the wait was 10 minutes, 25 minutes later I get a guy who tells me that they won’t cover because they are dirty so my warranty won’t cover it, he then hands me 2 alcohol wipes and sends me on my way, I told him I’ve had them cleaned before and explained I came in December but obviously he didn’t care, I drove 40 minutes to get here to wait 25 minutes for no help and 2 alcohol swabs, thought this store was better than that but obviously I was wrong, wouldn’t recommend for repairs.
Luke Heid: Giselle helped me out with buying my iPad, and she was terrific! She was knowledgeable and asked me the right questions to make sure I got what I needed, but did not try to up-sell me anything I did not need.
Deb Ward: Just got “upsold”.Don’t shop in person.Buy from Apple online. If you shop in person without being fully informed they will only have most expensive option available.
Michael del oeste: Bought a phone for my son's birthday gift and a LOUD shout out to John Mark who patiently and tirelessly assisted and helped us with the purchased and activation. The store is nice and conveniently located inside the mall.
The Delivery Guy: It's was fine
Jill S.: The store itself is fine. Like all Apple stores, it is extremely busy, rather loud and too warm. But it is very clean considering the amount of traffic they get. The displays are set up well so anyone who wants to browse can do so easily.I didn't catch their names, but both of the employees I interacted with were outstanding. The young lady who checked me in made sure I was assisted quickly. I was seen by a tech within 5 minutes. He was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable and completed diagnostics on my iPad without delay. Unfortunately, due to Apple policy regarding "vintage" devices the only thing he could offer was to have it sent in to be exchanged for a newer refurbished unit, to the tune of at least $600. As this device is in perfect condition I'm not ready to do that; I'll just have to plug in and he completely understood. I appreciated that he didn't try to push it to make a sale. The young lady who greeted me also stopped me at the door to see how things went. She apologized for their inability to change the battery and actually seemed quite sincere in her apology. So, these employees get high marks for customer service.I don't fault the store employees for Apple's policy on vintage repairs, and having worked in IT for over 30 years I know that stocking parts for old devices isn't always possible (and certainly not lucrative). I do wish that I'd been able to get a definite answer on this before I wasted my time and that of the store employees. Their service site stated that not all vintage repairs could be done, but since it gave me a price estimate it seemed a battery replacement would be possible. I did try calling prior to setting up this appointment and was given an obviously canned reply to go into a service center for evaluation. Oh well. I needed to get out of the house.
Randy B: Always great service, and knowledgeable friendly staff
Maria Haddad: Michael was very helpful! He really listened to what I needed my iPad for and was thorough in recommending the options available. He gave me a thorough explanation on the ways to backup my old iPad to help preserve the memories I had on it. It was a great and welcoming experience :)
