Adam Saadi: Worst experience with this guy very unprofessional just because my sign was aluminum and didn’t cost as much as his other signs he was very eager to get me out the way he had me measure where the sign would be because he was to lazy to do it him self. I measured from one pole to another pole but each pole was 3 inches wide, so me being the inexperienced costumer I did not know I was supposed to measure INBETWEEN the poles. So I was 6 inches over. He knew that and he still came to install it knowing the sign was 2 big… he wanted me to move the green light cameras 3 feet down and obviously I’m not allowed to touch the green light cameras. After he trimmed the sign he’s the professional whatever the measurement is you’re supposed to cut an extra half inch. Yes his prices are good but I regret not going to the place across the street they are way more professional. He wouldn’t even give me a receipt he said he would email it to me and I never received it. As small business owners we all know how important a sign is. My advice is save your self the headache and go to a more professional establishment. The worst part is he had his 10 year old son call me and tried to charge me and extra 100.

Sonya E.: Update: They got these done in a shorter amount of time than I thought it would be. Our 3 awnings were about 35 days from start to finish. It's a process with 3 visits to completion. Choose your style, color, material, then they do a preliminary measure, order material, then back to their shop to cut metal poles/rods to build/weld framework for patio or window awnings, then arrive with crew to install. Even though I did not get the angle cut on the sides for my window awning as I was told I would get I was assured that I received a more substantially built awning that required the straight cut sides because of a stronger welded frame. We also purchased a large patio and front porch awning that look incredible. They've already been tested by a couple of rain storms with up to 70 mph winds! They did fine.My Earlier Post: The salesperson had a very meager showing of examples of the different colors and materials available when I chose the color for my awnings and I ultimately decided I made the wrong choice after getting a few opinions. If you order from them make them bring substantial swatches of their awning or you will suffer the wrath if you change your mind about the color or material. As a customer who put down half the cost I feel I at the very least reserve the right to change my mind for as long a process as it takes to finally get these awnings installed and especially for as long as my family has been a customer of this company.

j cat: When they're good, they're good. But their problems are mostly with communication and service issues on work already done. Must have switched owners or something for it to be like this. Seems like they're pulverizing that good name. We've been trying to get through just to get an estimate on awnings we need. We haven't gotten any response to our emails or phone calls. Obviously they're still in business if there are reviews from only a few weeks ago. Please Blair call your customers back at least to let them know if you're too busy to give estimates so we can find an alternative which I am doing right now.

L G: No one works harder than these guys. We had a complete disaster of a plumbing project that tore up half our deck/awning frame. They we able to reassemble it and make it work for us for the time being for no extra charge, in 90 degree heat no less. Very happy with the products and service I’ve had for the last 4 years when we inherited the awning the house came with. We won’t go with anyone else when the time comes to rebuild.

Shontel Hamilton: This company was amazing! My awnings were ugly and reminded me of a haunted house with plenty yucky stuff on them. Ironically, this is the same company that installed the awnings about 20 years ago, prior to me owning the property. They followed up and showed up earlier than I anticipated. The installers were nice and even screwed in a loose shutter. It's so hard to find companies who will show up to do the work. Keep up the good work!

Aileen Picano: A little disappointed; well, maybe MORE than a little.I had someone over to my house for an estimate on a sun room (at least) over a month ago and I have yet to receive anything from the company; not a call, not an email. I explicitly inquired as to "how long will the estimate take to process" and was told it won't take that long at all. Maybe I should have asked as to what their definition was of "not that long." I know SOME businesses are suffering right now and I "get" that, but waiting over a month for an estimate is far too long in my book. I REFUSE to chase down a company for business. My friends awning was longer then what I wanted and she got front railings with it for $5000. I think my estimate was a complete disappointment and ripoff. I'd be careful before using this company.

A Rogers: I have a 1929 brick home. I hired Wayne Craft to put an awning on my front porch. Due to the large and heavy look of a house like this, i told them the part that curves down in the front could not be standard. They had to find a way to make it a deeper "nose" or it would look chintzy and dwarfed on a house like mine. It just wouldn't look right. Jason the sales guy was wonderful seeing what they could do. I got a call from the guy at shop who actually DID THE WORK so he would understand exactly what i was saying. They had to take it back and work on it to add the extra depth to the nose.. but the final product is beautiful, high quality, and my neighbors can't believe the curb appeal change. I love sitting on my porch. I love sitting in the rain drinking coffee. Everyone comments on it, even my other contractor. I'm hiring them to put rails on my deck.

big laptop: Pretty bad quality. Save yourself the Hassel and call a different company. Had an awning installed that constantly makes banging sounds in the heat. Called on warranty,they came out and replaced the awning. Did the same thing. Ended up calling a different awning company and explained the situation, first thing he said was let me guess, Wayne craft awning? Popping in the sun and wind all day right?

We sought out one company who said they basically contracted through Wayne Craft so we decided to just go directly through Wayne Craft.Jack came out, very professional gave us what we THOUGHT was good information and we went with them.We paid our initial deposit in early JUNE and were told we would have our room up in 4-6 weeks because they were a little behind because of the Pandemic. Not true...We were told that it would be completed in a DAY...NOT TRUE.6 weeks went by and we had to contact them for an update (NOT PROFESSIONAL) then we were told oh dont worry about it you dont have to be there when we do it, so if we only give you LESS than a day notice its fine (ALSO NOT TRUE, AND WHY WOULD YOU GIVE ME ONLY A DAYS NOTICE).When they FINALLY came to do the install in LATE AUGUST. John says "Oh this will be great you will have the use of your room within 2 days"... Im confused because Jack said it would be done in 1 day (Even though I didn't think that was realistic)We had electricity put in, no one said that AFTER the structure was built that the electrician (a totally separate company) would have to come out 3-4 days later, that doesn't sound like I will have use of my room in 2 days.Carlos, the contractor was very nice and professional, however it took him from Friday- Monday to tear down and install the room. ▪︎Then it rained and the structure leaked▪︎They had to come back out and fix the leaks▪︎The screen door was put in incorrectly▪︎There were no locks given for the main door so we could not lock it, then had to come back out▪︎We were told that we could go to home depot and buy something that would fix the screen door, why would i do that and Im paying you to install this new structire▪︎A new contractor had to come out take off both doors and fix the issues.▪︎We were told that it would be 1 inspection (electrical) even after we asked if there would be a structural inspection and were told no and then out the blue we get a phone call telling us WE needed to schedule the structural inspection (Unprofessional)... we made them do it▪︎They missed providing gutter down pouts until we said something▪︎They had to come back and do additional cauking to the roof▪︎ After replacing the door we found additional wet spots which meant water was coming in and they had to come back AGAIN to recauk the door frame.▪︎We had opted for a ceiling fan to be installed and SPECIFICALLY asked Jack, is there a certain type of fan that we should or shouldn't get, his answer was not sure, any fan should be fine... HE WAS SO WRONG. When the electricians came we had already purchased a fan and had to RUN out, during the work day (luckily i have a flexible job) and find a celing fan with certain specificsToday, October 13, we have just given them the check for the final payment because of all the mishaps that took place.In the initial quote Jack stated what the total was going to be and said the permits would be a little extra because its what the city charged. We SPECIFICALLY asked how much he said approximately $30-$40. John comes to collect and its an additional $500 on the bill. This is atrer he called last week asking to collect and we asked for the FINAL amount and he said oh we will contact you tomorrow. If you are wanting to collect, wouldn't it make sense to have the total available for the customer? NOPE not in the case, we were told about the EXTRA $500 today, the day that he picked up the check. They new about the permit price in June, July, August, September and the beginning of October.This is TOTALLY Bad business!!!!Now, I gave them 2 stars because the structure is BEAUTIFUL and exactly what I wanted. They put in some extra paneling from where the old structure was removed. They didnt charge us for the material, just the labor (which should have been free too, in my opinion).Overall, this process was TO LONG, TO UNPROFESSIONAL and the communication between the company and me and my husband was insufficient.Service:Remodeling
