I found Krush Events Venue and reached out, not only were they able to accommodate our party but they were super professional and the inside is PERFECT. Tonia Force: We were here for a celebration of life. It's a pretty spacious venue, but the owners could do a lot of little things with it to make it more inviting and pleasant to be in. It's very dated. The bathrooms kinda raggedy. Just making some improvements to that would help tremendously. But I guess this is here to be affordable for people who are not wealthy, which is greatly appreciated. I don't know what my niece paid for it so I don't know if it was worth it. I'd she got it cheap then it was worth it. If it was prices competitively with other venues then it would be a terrible deal.

The extra touches (gift bag for the family, condolences to the family written on a display board).Very spacious kitchen, complete with stove and refrigerator, nice clean bathrooms with more than one stall. Closet to hang your outerwear. This place is a gem.

dee brack: My husband’s repass was done at the 7 mile location. The owner was wonderful, I left my speaker there and didn’t think about it for weeks. When I needed it I remember that I had taken it to quite nice and call the owner and she accommodated me by going there so that I would be able to pick the speaker up. I appreciated that. If I am ever in need of a venue I would definitely go back to them. My entire family thanks you for accommodating us on such a short notice thank you again.

be :}: they gave me a super hard time at the door because i didn’t know the full name of the person i bought machine girl tix from. i literally had the ticket pdfs open with the codes and everything and they wouldn’t let us in. when i finally got the person’s name, they couldn’t find it in their database or whatever so the girl at the door had to talk to her boss to get us through. we ended up missing a lot of the set, which i’m still pretty bummed about. invest in some qr code scanners or something bc your system is jank (edited back to one star bc i only felt bad about it briefly when they replied trying to shame me)

Great location, beautiful inside area, outside patio area and beautiful architecture, plenty of parking. It was my dream venue and I’m in love with it. You can really make it into anything you want! Emily, the main contact, is very knowledgeable and was so helpful the entire way through. They also work with a lot of great vendors that they recommend to you. Joey Kelly: Just went to a show here for the first time & man it was managed poorly. Doors opened at 7pm & I got here at 7:10...didn't actually get inside the place till 8:10. Mind you, it was below 30° & windy as hell tonight. Everyone was outside freezing badly thanks to a very outdated practice of will call tickets. It slowed down the line movement tremendously as they had to look up people's names on a computer before letting them in. I was shaking the whole time & my hands changing colors from the cold. To top things off, the first outta 2 bands, begun their set at 8 even tho like 30-40% of the crowd was still in line outside. You guys need to be more thoughtful with coordinating events.

Lauren Flynn: Really bad as a concert venue. Terrible sound quality and space, it had a bad set up for ticket entrance (long line even 1.5 hours after doors) and no coat check so people just threw everything on the floor. Overall could hardly hear the band because of too much bass. Would not spend money to come to a show here again.

Keirra Williams: So I had a surprise birthday party at their Lounge for my grandma our time was cut short the DAY OF and they told me at the last minute, because they over booked. While we were still breaking down the second party was rushing in to set up. Mind you I had planned this well in advance. I was so upset that I paid 1-9 and had to cut my grandmas event short. Then the lady over the phone tried to convince me that I agreed to cut the time short through email, knowing that was not discussed at all. I was told that I would get Refunded $150 for the time lost the following Monday and I never got it. I followed up with them through email and through phone several times and they have yet to refund me my money. Her party was in January it is now February and I haven’t gotten anything back. The only reason they get two stars because of the location and my grandma had a nice time the decorators that I hired did such a great job decorating but the way they did business was unacceptable.

The preparation was handled very promptly and professionally especially while dealing with an unexpected situation. The venue was clean, welcoming and the right size for the amount of people who attended. The menu prepared was very savory and served at an appropriate temperature and we had food left over, which tasted even better the next day. The staff was also prompt and took care of everything from serving food, drinks, packing the leftovers and cleaning up during and after. Thank you to Shawn and staff for your efforts.

T&L: I was going to have my wedding and reception here but i found a bigger place for the same price. I called them a week ago asking for a refund they said call next week so i did and havent got a call back or answer now its going on 2 weeks. I would not recommend them to anybody I know. Tonya Anderson: Decorated at The New Rosedale House for an event. We were provided a floorplan sheet that listed 16 round tables that we planned to use for guests. When we arrived there were only 10 tables set-up. We were already limited to 2 hours to decorate and the wedding guests and bridal party were on their way because the wedding ended earlier than the Bride and Groom thought. Our team found the additional tables and luckily enought chairs to set-up, many of the chairs were broken. d We found several tables with cake icing dried up evidently from the previous event. We went in the kitchen to find something to clean the tables with and there were so many gnats flying around. I then understood why the caterer told the Bride she was not going to use the kitchen. The floors had not been vaccummed or swept. This all took away from our decorating time. The lighting in the place is not good at all. Two people fell because in the corner where the stage begins, the lighting is so dim you can't see that there is a stage. There was only one garbage can that the manager put out for guests to use to throw away food plates. The manager stood nearby the garbage can to continually empty it when it got full. The back room where we were allowed to store our equipment overnight was awful. Burst balloons from another event were all over the area as well as empty boxes scattered all over the place.Prior to the event starting we set-up tables and chairs that were not our responsibility to do. We did it because we did not want to delay the event any longer. After the event was over, we made sure we swept the floors and took out the garbage because that is what you are supposed to do. Oh, I should mention that there were garbage bags from the previous event left in the storage room. We took those out also with no problem. But to the owner, shame on you for attempting to put down our decorations because you don't want to accept what we found to be true when we were there. Shame on you for not holding the previous event host to cleaning after their event like they were supposed to. SHAME ON YOU for not making sure the venue was in it's best condition before our event took place. There should have been no need for us to make a complaint about anything if the venue was ready and set-up as it should have been.Our goal that night was to make sure the Bride and Groom were happy and had a beautiful reception. We accomplished our goal. But one thing I know, I will not recommend this venue to anyone.

Robin Kelly: WALK ON BY!!I went to assist the event planner in decorating for a wedding reception and OMG!The bride and groom's table had bare patches in it where the woid veneer had cracked up; the was a fist sized hole in the corner of the table. The leather on the chairs had splits, tears, holes and the foam was visible!Dank, smelly, filthy - the place needed vacuuming and there was dried food on dome of the tables!The hallways and main room were littered with broken balloons, USED DENTAL FLOSS PICKS, and wadded up tissues, did I mention the entire hall stank like mold and mildew?? I didn't see any -but half of the chandeliers were burned out and it was dark in spots. The women's room had 1 tiny hand dryer on the wall that blocked 1 of the 2 stalls.No, don't walk on by, RUN!small hand dryer on the wall
