Chelsey Draper: EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I come here it takes at least 30 minutes in the drive thru! Even when they have no one inside they take a ridiculous amount of time. I absolutely hate coming here! I don’t feel safe enough in this area to come inside as I always have my baby with me.

C Jennings: Awful bank. Terrible customer service. Staff is not knowledgeable about banking. Hidden fees. Very unprofessional staff all the way around. Scammy. You are Better off going through Green Dot than this bank. Sad to say. I’d rather give zero stars if I could.

Maddi Ibanez: They do not properly qualify their clients when they pre-approved, do not communicate on a high level with stakeholders, only have one UW at the whole company. Break contingency dates. Please, avoid this place if you do not want the heart ache.

Bryce Richards: Easily the worst mortgage bank I have ever had, and would give them 0 stars of I could. Sadly my mortgage was sold to them, so I didn't have an option. My rates are 3.75 and 4.125 on the 2 mortgages that were sold to them, and I am honestly considering refi'ing with another bank just because I HATE this bank that much! They move at a snails pace, they are out of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines and I hope they get investigated. I am on day 40 of trying to drop my PMI, and I even sent in my $800 check for the appraisal the first day they allowed me to request the drop PMI. That's right... I sent a check in the mail because this company is so out of date they don't accept Credit Cards and deal everything through standard mail.This doesn't even take into account the 3 months it took to have a simple name change and add a 3rd party user on the accounts.THE WORST!

scott foster: Just the worst customer service from the branch manager on down. No common sense. You can tell this is probably a branch that’s going to be closing and they put their low level bottom of barrel to staff it! Don’t go there if you can help it!! This is why Huntington bank is doing so well. They understand customer service!

I could not be more impressed. Joe takes the time to not only explain transactions and procedures but to offer suggestions and insights as to options I wasn't even aware that I had. I see him more as a business partner than a banker. I always feel like he has time for me. Thank you. You have made my professional life easier and less stressful.
Cee Miller: I was disgusted with the service I received from the call center today with Megan! She hung up on me when I was inquiring about being tripled charged at restaurant employee by mistake! I felt under valued as a consumer and disrespected! 5/6 minutes later I spoke with Holly from the call center and she took her time to help me! Holly deserve 5 stars! But Comerica I’m giving you 2 just because of Megan! Time frame 1:45-2:00pm

I am giving this branch a 5 star rating because of the professional way that Joseph the Assistant Banking Manager helped me. He was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. A very pleasant experience and I received the loan. Excellent customer service. Joseph came to our home on one occasion because mother had difficulty In walking. Also• there is no charge for appraisal• My loan application was processed in three weeks• no charge for credit review• no charge to pull title review to my home• if you apply during a promotional period, you may be able to get an introductory rate that is lower than the quoted variable rate.Carl M
