Barnes & Noble College: what do users think?
PAUL RITZ: I was just here for the UDM swag, and they had it.
Yolonda Cameron: Pricey...
Mark Devenney: UDM Bookstore
Chickenwaxs: Great food
Rachelle Bostic: Very clean store!!
Priya Shah: I wasn’t able to find the textbook I needed for class.
5 Foot Pedal TV: They took my money almost 4 months ago and my order is still in process🤦🏽‍♂️ They can’t give me an answer on my $200 dollar order that was so quick to be charged. No item was shipped or even processed. Horrible service.
Clayton Blackwell: Don't purchase books new at high prices. The shop should survey students about their most popular amazon purchases and stock up on those items to make more money for the school. I only go here to get school sweatshirts.
Bernice Hall: Ver enjoying and peaceful for any reading
Phylis Toliver: Wonderful Time ! Love Bargains!! Sade is The Best!! Peace & Love Sexyp!
Don Goergen: Great selection.
Abbas Rizvi: Way too overpriced. It's better to buy the books online from Amazon.
nicholas summerlee: Staff is always changing and the ones that do stay are a mixed bag. Nobody is really that friendly and they seem like they hate working there which is sad. For some it is the only way to get required course materials. I suppose many college campus bookstores are similar to this though. I do wish that the bookstore and professors would work together in a more effective way to make sure books that are needed are in stock or at least aware of what is needed for certain classes.
Urban Treasure: Great bookstore
onita Fuller: Great customer service!
Jonthan Jackson: They have great customer service and it's a great college to go to for an education
Nic Combs: I didn't give them 1 star because I have had good experiences with them but I was recently charged $94 for a book that I rented damaged. Since one of our professors wrote the book, I could only get my stats book at the bookstore so I grabbed the last one. Let's not forget that many other people in my class had issues with their book falling apart.
Nicholas Callebs: THIS IS NOT A BARNES AND NOBLE. IT ONLY SELLS TEXTBOOKS. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A BOOKSTORE. IT IS ONLY USEFUL IF YOU HAVE CLASSES ON THIS CAMPUS.
Lachanda Johnson: Great place

Anec Delgado: Very nice and clean ,easy place to go and relax, look around they have plenty to offer.
pedram salajegheh: On of my favorite destination ever. Nice book store with many option and can sit down and read , have coffee, have you meeting and etc.
Jon Manthei: Classic Book store!
lorie elitawi: Love having a real bookstore to patronage. I think their prices are a bit high but they do run sales and percentages off.
Maryanne Watts: Our granddaughter loves this store. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
Nolan Clark: My favorite local book store.
Jessica C: It's a mess, I was not sure if i was on the store or garage sale
Zeinab Messelmani: This store has books, toys, a Starbucks cafe and much more
Jessica Westfall: Good books
Andrea Davis: This bookstore is clean and well-organized. They have a wonderfully diverse book selection. The customer service desk is incredibly helpful. They will find their in-stock books for you, and they will happily order the ones they don't. Those that they order arrive within a couple of days. They also have a new loyalty program that allows you to earn stamps and $5 coupons.
Irene Gordon: Excellent
Jessica Clover Rushing: Standard Barns and Noble. I was looking for a paperback version of the Blood and Ash series, but they only carried the hard covers. Also looked for some Legend of Drizzt books, but they only had a few. But if you want the newest titles and don't care what cover it has, then they probably have it. I went ahead and ordered my books from a locally owned store and got them within a few days. They also have a small assortment of Lego sets.
Mike Crabtree: Nice place if you like books
Michael Gillette: Im not gonna lie I haven't been in one of these in years but after a pandemic who has right, anywho I liked it here I mean they truly have come a long way from just a book store, although that Starbucks inside ain't a real starbucks. don't expect your stuff to collect stars or nothing, it's like bookstore employees pouring cups lol not real Starbucks at all or at least that's how the guy explained it behind the counter
G66o2oqjiregjust 158u montlouis: My daughter loves going here.
Mr666: Good store nice place to come and read or pick up a hobby ( cards, models)

Reese Schwartz: I love Barnes and Noble. There aren't many book stores left, but I definitely enjoy taking my children here. The rewards program is amazing, the staff is full of personality, and even the Cafe had great service. If you need a day out with your kids, a trip to Barnes and Noble is definitely worth it.
Adele Amine: Very clean, nice staff at Starbucks, kids selection is amazing, good prices.
Elijah Dushaj: Fun place. Starbucks inside which was a pleasant surprise.
Kristoffer Gair: Nice clean store. Staff was helpful, and not pushy, especially when checking out. They usually try to sell you their store membership, but simply took a no answer from me this time.I usually go in for the magazines, and this store has an impressive selection. Overall, a pleasant trip in and out
Michele Rojas: Stopped in for a book or two. Not on sale with 30% like they usually are, but off to the register I go only to be told by friendly lady that my discount/rewards card had expired. It would be $25 to renew. Is it really worth it anymore? Expensive trip, but I love my books. 📚❤️📖
jenny brown: My son loves the Manga section.
George Miller: I loved this store, but its closed now. Shame
Ryan Berney: Not a large selection of Manga
Trevor G: One of the few brick and mortar stores left in the metro Detroit area. Sad they're closing, but glad to have a few left!

Barnes & Noble: what do users think?
Fresh Rice: Nice and quiet atmosphere.
Amber Haney: Only problem is Everytime I come in and out of the place their security thing by the doors go off and I don’t have any weapons or take anything out of the store but other then that good place to get books
Debra Esper: I couldn't find what I was looking for. A very nice employee check on the computer for me. Searched many different places. They don't carry it. No wonder I couldn't find it. 😊
Gen Glo: I love Barnes & Noble so much! It's one of my favorite places
Kayla Koss: I have never had a bad experience ever at a Barnes And Noble so I can't believe I'm writing this. I went with a friend to pick out books for us to read together during the summer and the first set were not priced. The lady who looked the price up was rude and seemed annoyed at doing her job so I went to the service desk and asked if they did price match and let my friend know that yes, they do price match which is cool! We get to the register after browsing for awhile and the lady who had checked the price of the two books for me earlier rung me out and an older lady rung out my friend and their partner and both ladies were extremely RUDE. They said they didn't know how to price match and that the price in store was better than online which was false. The very sweet lady from the service desk who was the manager on shift came to help and after she left, the older lady huffed loudly at us.
Rob: Bought a book from a nice lady at the register, I will for sure go back!
Billy Garcia: It was great, I'll go there from now on, very friendly staff to help you. Thank you.
Tene Stone: My son loves going here. I prefer used book stores.
Trevor Diehl: Love the coffee shop, and I always find at least one book I want here
Emily Brewer: I could live here.
m scott: There is a Starbucks inside
Lynn Allison: Clean organized and nice staff.
Edward Thiel: Great place to get Starbucks and buy magazines and books at a discount.
Mark & Cindy Charbonneau, Realtor Realty Executives: Hadn't been in years...what a cool book store, and more.
fred diparvine: Very nice place. Friendly staff.
Dan Pieniak: Great section of magazines. And love all the discounted books
K Hop: I haven't been in a bookstore in a couple of years. My kids are graduated and I have limited time to read but just as soon as I walked in the store, the smell of books is so unique and familiar. It was so great to just walk around and look at everything again. I actually bought 2 travel books as well as a gift for my niece. If you haven't been here in a while, go back!!!
Mythical Dreams: Cozy place with lots of book selections and a nice Starbucks Café to sit and read in. This place brings peace to my mind, not a thing I would change :)
Marino Santi: Great time taking the kids. They had lots of options for ages 7-10 so they were in heaven. They even asked to stay and read what they bought when they saw others reading there.
B. Anne: Lack of seating post-COVID makes the store impersonable, not the best corporate or managerial decision for a struggling retail enterprise.
frank wessel: Always friendly and they have what you are looking for.
