They may have lots of shiny faceted crystals but the negative emotions reflected through them caused me to FLEE! I’ll NEVER go back! If you are a remotely empathic person, don’t shop there, crystals hold energy. I won’t bring that foul energy into my crafting room.

You know I never thought about it but the staff are all Caucasian? They really need to get a new staff that is really good at customer service and clean up the place. The building is old and dirty. I'll bet have never seen any new inventory.

Empress Lona: I DON'T KNOW WHY BLACK PEOPLE SHOP HERE!!! I am disgusted at the way they've treated me and saddened to have witnessed other BLACK patrons being treated poorly also. Every time I attempt to make a purchase here the nasty smug attitudes of the employees prevents me from doing so. The first time I ever visited this place I encountered an employee that was so rude that I called and complained about her, which is something I never do!!! My complaint was handled with courtesy and my disdain for the place subsided. Thinking that my experience was compartmentalized to one employee who was just having a bad day, I have visited this store again multiple times without making a purchase for the same reasons. Recently my daughter and I visited this business and again didn't spend money. We will not ever be returning as it is clear that behaving rudely, contemptuously, and smugly is not just specific to one employee but it is a culture in this place and we REFUSE to support it!!!
