sam mam: This place don’t do returns which is bad for business but they only do exchange,,,,ok, ,my original part costs 150 it was the wrong part (didn’t go anywhere, still in the store) and the new part costs approximately 30,,,,it was a burden for me to get my money back and in top of it I took a loss of 40 to get my refund,,,,,first let your customer knows beforehand no refund, and just be honest with parts pricing 😉

maurice brown: I called because I needed a battery. The associate was real nice and told me what to do and suggested I have my son do certain things to obtain the best one. My son had no problem and stated the salesperson was extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend. They saved me some money.

One part was not in but they referred me to their other store without me ask if The other store had the part, very proactive. The wait was not long as they had 3 people working. I will return for any parts needed.
Suzanne Thomas: I needed an alternator for my grand caravan. I went to O'Reilly's first and they wanted $310 for a new one. I called Holbrook Auto Parts and they told me that they had one left on sale for $111. I also priced them online and got a range of $122 to 389. I will check with Holbrook first for now on for my auto needs.

Rakeeah Tellis: My husband visited this store yesterday for a battery. He found 1 priced for $100 dollars, so their prices are good. However, when we installed the battery we found out that there is actually another issue with the car and that it doesn’t need a new battery. Upon returning it back to the store we were told that al the prices were final and that they do not do refunds. He also said something like because we actually installed the battery they can’t take it back??? Lol I think that is ridiculous. So now were suppose to just look at the damn battery and be out of 100 dollars? That’s just bad business.

brado jacko: Got a used rim here for half the price of new. It was already pulled off the car. A big plus. Yeah, the place is filthy with bulletproof glass etc; you know the drill. But, so are most salvage yards and the owner was nice enough and had the unique part I needed exactly when I needed it.They charge 4 percent extra for credit card purchases. So, pay cash if it's expensive and make sure to ask for a receipt.

Milly Rich: I got my driver side front window fixed there and before leaving I informed the staff that it moved extremely slow going up and down. They told me it was normal and should speed up. My driver side front window got stuck down in the middle of a snow storm and their response was "You can buy a new one". Instead of a feasible suggestion they want me to pay $80 more to "refix" a problem that shouldn't have been a problem.

Simeon Knight: I have usually had very pleasant experiences with bull Auto but this is the second time that I'm going over there to get a part for my 2003 S-Type Jaguar and they told me that they had it then when I got over there they told me that they didn't have it I wasted gas money time and I'm very frustrated I wouldn't like to get on this particular rating because I'm dealt with them in the past over the course of almost 20 years however if it's happening right now and it seems like it's a trend once is perchance twice is a coincidence three times as a plant attack I'm not going to give them a third time to be able to waste my time and money like that I hope that it doesn't hurt their business but that's the rating that I have to give honestly.

brittany stack: I had gotten a flat tire and my boyfriends dad came to help me. He was trying to remove the tire from my car and it was fully stuck. Roger who owns central ave was in the parking lot and was kind enough to pull his truck around got the tire off using his truck! I drive a 19 year old car so that thing was really stuck.

They have prices listed online and they tried to accuse me of changing the price as if I’m some hacker. Petty over $25 extra dollars. I do not recommend. They are dirty the place is dirty. They lack customer service. They are very rude and thieves go anywhere else but here even it’s a few extra dollars it’s not worth the disrespect.

It is being installed now so I can't give a quality at this time. It was rated an A by them.Expanding on my review the starter was installed and still working as it should. Added a star do to this.
